Part of the 5 Elements Series in this Water Element Meditation. We use a visualisation of Water, the only element that absorbs memories. Immersing ourselves, we heal memories of the past, releasing them, cleansing and purifying us of past hurt and pain and loss. In this meditation, you are guided to connect with the fluid energy of water — allowing it to wash through your inner landscape, dissolve old emotional memories to restore harmony within. You will visualize water flowing through every cell, carrying away pain, judgment, and stagnant memories. In ancient Indian wisdom, water is seen as a living consciousness that holds the memory of creation itself. Just as it purifies rivers, it can purify our mind, body, and soul.
