Close your eyes,

Gently letting go of the outside world and moving into your inner world.

Take a deep breath in and out.

And now drop your focus,

Your consciousness to your heart space,

That place in the middle of your chest.

And breathe in through your heart.

And breathe out through your heart.

Breathe in through your heart.

And breathe out through your heart.

And visualize an ocean.

An ocean of oneness.

An ocean of liquid light of your consciousness.

Dive in.

Swim all the way to the bottom.

You are safe here.

You can breathe easily.

This is your sea of consciousness.

And you are now diving deeper and deeper into the wonderment of you.

All the way to the bottom.

Stand on the bottom of your sea of consciousness and anchor yourself.

Imagine that an anchor flows from your base chakra,

The bottom of your spine,

And it anchors into the very essence of you.

Now that you are anchored to your soul,

To the essence of you,

Swim upward to the surface.

Now you are tethered to your truth,

To your wisdom,

To your essence.

And you are ready for whatever comes on the surface of the ocean.

You can ride the waves.

You can be in the storms.

You can experience it and yet realize you are always safe.

Always connected to the soul of who you are.

The surface of the ocean is your physical life where you are playing out your dreams and desires.

Experiencing what it is to be a human and feel with your physical senses how beautiful,

How wonderful.

And from this moment onward,

Allow yourself to focus on the new ways,

New paths that move you forward to greater kindness,

Compassion,

Love,

Passionate creations,

New ways of being in this world.

Bringing with us all the best of the past generations and intermingling it with your experiences and creating something completely new and wonderful.

This is your time.

Your perspective is needed and you have something that only you can offer this life.

Embrace it.

Take a deep breath in.

And imagine that you catch a wave.

You are becoming a cosmic surfer.

Allow yourself to ride that wave all the way back to shore.

Easily you jump onto the shore.

You lie down on the sand.

And you feel yourself just sinking into the arms of Mother Earth.

Falling into your grace,

Into your heart space.

You can feel your physical body breathing in and out of your heart.

And you feel yourself now,

Your consciousness expanding to fill up your physical body.

Be present right here,

Right now.

And when you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes and smile.
