Nurturing Inner Patience Meditation.

Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Gently close your eyes and take a slow deep breath in and exhale fully.

Allow this moment to be a pause in your day,

A space where you don't have to rush or achieve,

Only rest.

Begin to bring your awareness to your body.

Notice where it meets the support beneath you.

Allow your shoulders to drop,

Your hands to relax,

Your face to soften.

With each breath,

Invite your body to sink more deeply into ease.

Take a moment to scan from head to toe,

Noticing any areas of tension.

Breathe gently into those spaces.

Let your breath carry softness and release with each exhale.

Now bring your attention to the rhythm of your breath.

Don't force it,

Just notice the inhale and the exhale.

Feel how your breath anchors you to the present moment,

With each breath inviting calm and stillness.

Say silently to yourself,

I am here,

I am steady,

I am patient with myself and with life.

Picture a small seed in rich soil.

It does not rush to become a flower.

It simply receives light,

Warmth and nourishment,

Trusting the timing of its growth.

Now turn that image inward.

You too are unfolding in your own time.

Whatever pace you're at,

It is enough.

With every breath affirm,

I trust my timing.

I release the need to hurry.

I am growing gently and fully.

I am patient.

I honor my process.

I trust in what's unfolding.

And let these words settle into your heart,

Offering warmth and reassurance.

Begin to bring gentle movement back into your body.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Take one final deep breath in and a long,

Soft breath out.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Carry this feeling of patience and trust with you,

Knowing you can return to it whenever you need.
