Inner Strength and Resilience Meditation.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Let go of any tension,

Allowing yourself to settle fully into this moment.

Bring your awareness to your body.

Notice the points of contact between you and the surface beneath you.

Feel the solid support holding you,

Grounding you.

Imagine yourself as a strong tree,

Deeply rooted in the earth,

Unwavering in the face of any storm.

Shift your focus to your breath.

Inhale deeply,

Filling your lungs with fresh energy and exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension or self-doubt.

Let your breath become an anchor,

Steady and unshaken,

Reminding you of your own inner stability.

Now bring to mind a moment when you overcame a challenge,

No matter how big or small.

Remember how you found strength within yourself.

With each inhale,

Visualize this strength growing,

Filling every part of your being.

With each exhale,

Release any doubts,

Knowing that resilience already lives within you.

Silently repeat to yourself,

I am strong.

I am capable.

I trust in my ability to navigate life's challenges.

Let these words settle within you,

Reinforcing your confidence and inner power.

Take a final deep breath in,

Filling yourself with gratitude for your strength and resilience.

Slowly exhale,

Bringing awareness back to your body.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

And when you feel ready,

Open your eyes.

Carry this sense of confidence with you throughout your day.
