Let's begin by finding a comfortable posture,

Sitting or lying down,

Whatever allows your body to feel supported and at ease.

Gently close your eyes,

Take a long,

Slow breath in through your nose and exhale fully through your mouth.

Allow your body to soften.

Let this be your time to connect inward.

Start by noticing your body.

Feel the points of contact with the ground or surface beneath you.

Let your shoulders drop,

Unclench your jaw and rest your hands gently.

Allow gravity to hold you.

Now scan gently from head to toe,

Noting areas of tension or discomfort.

With each exhale,

Imagine those areas loosening and softening.

There's nothing to fix,

Only to acknowledge and allow.

Bring your attention to your breath.

Notice the natural flow,

The inhale and the exhale.

You don't need to change it.

Let the breath remind you,

You are here and you are enough.

Inhale I am present.

Exhale I meet myself with kindness.

Now bring to mind a moment recently when you felt inadequate,

Judged or hard on yourself.

Gently hold that moment in your awareness.

Place one hand over your heart if it feels comfortable.

Imagine offering yourself the same kindness you would offer a dear friend in pain.

And repeat silently,

It's okay to be human.

I am learning,

I am growing and I am doing my best.

I am worthy of love and care,

Even in imperfection.

Let your breath carry these words deep into your body.

Now rest quietly with this affirmation,

I offer myself compassion with every breath.

I am enough as I am.

Repeat slowly and gently,

Letting the words settle like a warm blanket around you.

Take a final deep breath in and a slow breath out.

Begin to bring gentle movement into your body,

Wiggling your fingers and toes,

Rolling your shoulders if it feels good.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes gently.

Carry this sense of compassion with you through the rest of your day.

And remember,

You are always worthy of your own love.

Thank you for watching.
