This is a 10-minute guided relaxation meditation. I will guide you in gently bringing your mind to your body in flow with your breath. With each breath, you will connect to parts of the body and in your mind breathe out white light to that part of the body. A simple practice that can have a deep impact on your body and your energy state. This has been recorded for you to be in an upright seated position. It can also be practiced laying down. You need nothing else other than yourself and your breath.
