This Sadhana invites you to gather all your parts, meet yourself with tenderness, and awaken the sacred stillness beneath all the noise. What to expect: Guided opening (13 minutes with music): Breath, metta, body awareness, sacred questions, and intention setting. Silent meditation (30 minutes): Mantra Aham Brahmasmi (I am the Universe, I am Divine). Closing (2 minutes with music): Sealing with OM Practice YOUR way: Stay for 5 minutes or the full 45.
