You’ll begin by settling into a comfortable position, grounding into your body, and inviting in any guides, angels, or supportive presences you connect with. Through reflection on each quarter of the past year, you’ll cultivate gratitude and surround yourself in layers of trust, safety, wisdom, and love. Guided imagery then takes you to a personal sacred space, where you connect with your guardian angel or inner wisdom to receive insight for the year ahead. The practice closes by returning to the present moment with renewed self-love, acknowledgment of your growth, and a sense of steadiness for the new year.
