So let's just begin to bring ourselves into the physical body.
So as you start to bring yourself into the physical body,
Notice if that's accessible to you right now.
So a lot of times,
Maybe we feel a bit busy in our mind coming into the body.
It's a little bit of extra work.
So let's just be gentle on ourselves if that's where we are today,
And just stick with some simple things.
Maybe there's physical parts of the body that are really obvious,
Maybe perhaps you're having some pain in one area or there's some pressure or tension.
Maybe even your hands just feel really open.
So as we tune into the physical sensations of the body,
We're really just starting to bring the mind to a focal point.
Even if we have to try a little bit harder for that focal point,
It's okay,
This is why we meditate.
Deciding if you'd like to explore a couple areas a little bit more.
Or perhaps maybe just want to stay with one or two of the physical sensations.
And then if you have not done so already,
We're going to move on to the breath.
Specifically though,
I want you to bring your awareness into your belly.
So when we inhale,
The breath is going to travel down through the torso,
Fill the belly.
And then as we exhale,
The belly will gently fall towards the spine,
And the breath moves out of the body.
So inhaling,
Allowing the body to expand and open.
And then exhaling,
The belly gently falls.
And we're going to count back from the number 10 all the way down to zero.
We're just going to count the inhales.
So I'll begin with you.
So we're going to inhale.
Exhale,
Just the belly,
The awareness here,
10.
And then again,
Inhaling.
Exhale,
9.
With each number,
As we begin to lower down,
The body becomes more relaxed,
Heavier.
So let's go a little bit more than the number before.
And as you make your way down to zero,
Feeling the bed,
The body,
Very heavy.
Surrendering into the support below you.
I'm beginning to bring your attention about a foot above your head.
Right above this area,
We're going to begin to create a blue bubble around us.
So imagining that this bubble is about a foot above the head,
And it's going to travel around the side of the body.
Below,
Traveling up the other side.
And then connecting at the top of the head.
This blue bubble is symbolizing protection.
Protection of our energetic space.
And then creating two more layers,
The second layer going above that will create now a golden bubble around us.
And the same exact thing,
It'll start at the front of the head,
Work its way around,
And then seal in at the top again.
This yellow bubble signifies wisdom,
Definitive answers.
And then the third bubble will be the color pink.
Signifying unconditional love.
Allowing it to be the biggest bubble.
Sealing in again,
Above the head.
Knowing that we are protected.
We will receive answers.
We are supported of unconditional love.
Moving our awareness down into the root chakra located at the base of the spine,
The perineum.
From this space,
There is a red sphere located.
It is said that it is halfway inside the body and halfway outside the body.
Beginning to imagine from this red sphere,
Our root chakra.
Roots beginning to grow.
Just like a very strong,
Solid tree.
These roots are growing down from this area,
Lowering all the way down.
Into the earth.
This is our root chakra.
Locking us in.
Keeping us grounded,
Solid and stable.
And then moving to the top of the head,
The crown chakra.
Opening up this area.
This chakra.
This chakra is the color white.
Or golden color.
Whatever one calls to you.
And from this area.
Seeing a channel of light traveling up towards source light.
So for all of us,
That source light might mean something different.
Whether you want to define it as the universe or God.
Just light or nature.
Or just not even associated with anything.
It's traveling up to source light.
And then moving to the top of the head.
Making sure that that channel coming down.
Is not full of any fragmented debris.
Keeping that channel nice and open and clear.
The next time you inhale,
We're going to inhale from the ground.
Through the root chakra.
Through the crown chakra.
Through your entire body.
All the way up to source light.
And then as you exhale.
It will travel down source light.
Crown chakra.
And then through the root.
All the way into the earth.
So again,
We're inhaling from the ground.
And through the body,
All the way up.
To the source.
And then exhaling source.
Through the body.
Into the earth.
I want you to stay.
With that breathing pattern.
Watching.
The breath travel through all of those channels.
And at any point,
Your awareness travels.
Into thoughts.
Into analyzing.
Or thinking.
Just bring yourself back into the breath.
Into the imagery.
And then deciding when you want to drop away.
From this breath.
Allow it just to naturally fall away.
When you feel as though it's complete for you.
Now coming back into the root chakra.
Seeing a beautiful red sphere in this area.
Beginning to spin at the most perfect pace.
Choosing a red color that resonates with you this evening.
Knowing that as it is spinning and it's beginning to awaken.
And then moving into the pelvic region.
I want you to place the word guru.
Inside that area.
And then let's move up.
To the sacral chakra.
It's a couple inches below the belly button.
And right in the pelvic region.
The color associated with this chakra is orange.
Seeing your.
Orange chakra spinning at the perfect speed.
The exact shade of orange.
That resonates with you.
Moving into the pelvic region.
And then placing the word guru again.
In this space.
Now move up to the naval.
Or solar plexus.
The color associated with this area is yellow.
Seeing your yellow.
Chakra spinning.
At the perfect speed.
In the perfect shade.
Placing the word wahey.
W-A-H-E.
Right here.
Moving up to the center of the chest the heart chakra.
The heart chakra.
The color is green.
See this fear.
The perfect shame.
Perfect speed.
Knowing that you are opening it up.
Removing any debris or fragments that keep it from spinning.
The perfect shame.
Placing the word guru here.
Now moving up to the throat chakra.
The color associated with this area is indigo.
Blue shade.
Seeing the sphere open up as it spins.
Perfectly for you.
Placing the word guru here.
And then moving up to the third eye it is located right between the two eyebrows.
A couple inches though behind the skin.
This color is violet.
Seeing this fear beginning to turn,
Awaken.
So that you can see beyond what your eyes can see.
Placing the words Ram Das.
R-A-M-D-A-S.
And then coming up with the crown chakra,
The top of the head.
A white beautiful light or perhaps a golden light.
Whatever one resonates more with you.
Opening.
Seeing this open.
Spinning.
Placing the word guru here.
Now traveling through the mantra up the chakras.
We'll begin together.
The root chakra guru.
The root chakra guru.
The second chakra,
The sacral chakra guru.
At the navel.
At the heart.
At the throat.
Third eye.
Ram Das.
Crown of the head.
Guru.
And then back down again to the root.
Guru.
The second one of the pelvic region,
Guru.
The navel.
Wahey.
The heart.
Guru.
The throat.
Guru.
Third eye.
Ram Das.
Crown of the head.
Guru.
Keep going through.
Allowing the movements to be fluid and steady as you travel up.
And then back down.
Continuing through a couple rounds.
Finish up at the crown.
Knowing that each of your chakras is awakened,
Open,
And nourished.
Now,
Start to bring yourself back into the physical body.
Before we start to awaken.
Go back to that root chakra.
Reconnect the roots into the earth.
So that we end on the ground in place.
Not to lock yourself back in,
Connecting to the earth.
Start to feel the physical body again,
The support below you.
And as you begin to bring yourself back into the physical body,
Maybe start to awaken small movements.
You don't even need to open your eyes just yet.
You don't even need to move a lot just yet.
Start to know what we're going towards.
If you're lying down,
Stack one hand on that heart chakra,
The other hand on top.
If you're seated,
You can bring your hands in prayer in front of that area.
Internally bow the space.
Behind the hands or underneath in the heart chakra.
There's a symbol of showing yourself love and respect.
And I want you to send yourself a message something you might need to hear right now.
Knowing that it's true.
Alien.
Maybe even creating a little bit of an affirmation right now for yourself.
Just placing it in that area.
Affirmations are always said in a positive way if they have already happened.
I'm at peace.
I am flowing.
I trust.
And then from your heart chakra sending out love to someone who might need it right now.
