This is the exercise only version of "An Attitude Of Gratitude Before Going To Sleep". I share my favourite 3x3 gratitude list. You can practice this exercise throughout the day. Research reports say that writing a gratitude list may improve your sleep, self-esteem, enhances empathy, and reduces aggression and effectively increases happiness, and reduces depression.

Hello,

Unique learners.

This session embarks one of my favorite things to do to lift my spirit.

An attitude of gratitude.

So get comfortable and you might just want to listen and repeat your gratitude list in your mind.

Or do it old school like me and grab a pen and paper.

Breathe in through your nose,

Hold it on the top and breathe out through the mouth longer than your in-breath.

Once more,

Breathe in through the nose,

Hold it and breathe out sighting from your mouth.

The 3x3 gratitude journal asks,

What are three beautiful things I saw that people did today?

What was the reason that I found those three things beautiful?

For example,

The woman that walked past me today,

She smiled at me.

So what was my reason?

You made me smile back.

You made me smile back.

You made me smile back.

You made me smile back.

You made me smile back.

You made me smile back.

Next what are three beautiful things I saw in nature or in my surroundings?

You made me smile back.

What was the reason I found those three things beautiful in nature or my surroundings?

For example,

The beautiful purple lavender I saw.

It made me relax and feel connected to Mother Nature.

You are loved.

You you you you you you you you you you you what was the reason that I found those three things beautiful today?

You For me sweet unique learners,

It's sharing this gratitude list and why?

Because insight timer is an amazing platform that has changed my life and hopefully it gives you the same love as well and a little tip before we go which I sometimes forget myself When feeling down go back to your gratitude list and look back on what you've written Namaste
