I AM meditation.
Sit in a relaxed position,
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
Within each of us is a door to our spiritual identity,
The identity before and beyond the body-mind identity,
A door to our true self.
This door is the intuitive sense or feeling I AM or I exist or simply the feeling I.
Sense this feeling now.

Notice that it's a very natural feeling.
I exist,

This I AM is not associated with the body,
Name,
Gender,
Roles,
Beliefs,
Past or future,
Success or failure.
It is the unassociated being.
This is your primordial identity.
Sense that feeling one more time.

Notice the sense of calm,
Notice the sense of strength.
When you sense this feeling,
I AM.
This is not to be repeated mentally like a mantra.
This has to be sensed.
It has to be intuitively felt.
It has to be recognized.
This is a sense we already have.
We just need to tune into it or recognize it and we can do it by simply feeling I AM,
I exist.
It's immediate knowing.
Yes,
I am here.
I do exist.
The I AM when associated with name and form takes on the limitations of the name and form.
When it stays as pure I AM,
It is unlimited.
It is pure love and pure potential.
Again,
Let us stay with this intuitive existential feeling.

The sense I AM remains.
It does not come and go.
Hold the I AM as your anchor.
When you get engaged in thoughts,
Do not blame yourself or fight the thought.
Simply come to the feeling I AM.
The thought will naturally drop away.
Let us spend a few more minutes with this feeling I AM.
