The intention for this meditation is to embrace the practice of a healthy lifestyle.
So settle in,
Get comfortable,
And relax.
Reminder,
Meditation means mindfulness.
So stay awake,
Be aware,
Be mindful.
Lay your hands gently onto your knees with the palms open to receive the gift of transformation.
Close the outer eye and begin to breathe.
Breathe in through the nostrils.
Exhale through the mouth.
Again,
Breathe in and a deep sigh.
Last time,
Breathe in and exhale.
Create a receptive space,
Open and willing for transformation.
Begin to connect.
Connect with yourself.
You are a spiritual being having a human incarnation.
Your birthright is a life of health and wholeness.
As you embrace your physical practice,
You empower the mind.
Your body is the temple of your spirit.
Therefore,
Your physical and spiritual self are one in the same.
The I AM mantra is the greatest mantra we use.
Sometimes consciously or unconsciously.
When you say I AM,
That is your truth.
Today,
Only positive,
Affirmative I AMs.
I am strong.
I am powerful.
I am health and wholeness.
Choose your action plan for your physical practice.
Today,
You might go for a run.
Cardiovascular training empowers the heart.
Maybe you walk up steps or you pick up a weight.
Strength training to remind yourself how strong you really are.
Maybe yoga will be the practice of the day.
Flexibility reminds us to be flexible in life.
Embrace your mindful eating.
Eat the foods that nourish the body temple.
The sun-infused foods.
The living plant.
The oranges.
The grapes.
The greens.
Eat the foods that love you.
And rest.
Rest is such an important part of the healthy body life.
Remember,
Remember your body is designed to move.
So move today.
The human incarnation requires movement to be healthy.
The physical practice strengthens and empowers the body temple so we may fully participate in life.
Your mantra is a tool to empower your thinking.
When you train the physical,
Use your mantras.
Connect the two.
You are empowered by principle.
As I work,
My physical,
I get stronger.
As I rest,
I heal.
As I move,
I know I am alive.
Self-love is when we tap into the space of healing.
For all practices brings us to a stronger and better self.
Self-love.
Be grateful for your activity.
Be grateful to breathe.
Be grateful to move.
Love yourself through each and every workout.
Through each and every physical practice.
Find love.
Find a community that you love to exercise with.
For there is love in each and every practice.
For there is love in every action.
Today,

Today,
I am empowered and energized for my journey of transformation.
Today,
I live my greatest life and I unleash the power of health,
Fitness,
And wholeness.
Today,
My thoughts empower my life.
So take a deep breath in.
Feel the body,

The prana,
