Love, love, LOVE! I was having an issue focusing on my pre bedtime checklist, when this popped up on my home page videos. Within two minutes my head tuned out the mind chatter and I was able to finish what I needed to do. Almost trance like. I look forward to trying a meditation to this insanely cool piece of music!
