Let’s get our vibration up! How do we do that, though? By doing things that create happiness in our souls! Sound fun? There are many ways to raise our vibration and just doing one can help create newfound happiness that we never expected to have! Let’s discuss and meditate!

Good morning everybody.
Welcome to morning meditation.
It's so good to sit with you all every single morning.
Beautiful.
So thank you for joining me.
Today I want to talk about,
Because I get so many questions on this,
And again we do this really fast,
Right?
We do a short meditation in the morning.
So this is a short sort of little course or whatever you want to say,
Short little talk before we get into meditation.
How do I keep my vibration high?
I actually work really hard at keeping my vibration high,
Keeping my mood happy,
Keeping myself up.
I've worked at this for many,
Many years.
Many,
Many years.
And I will share a secret with you.
I wake up on the sad side of the bed almost every single morning.
Almost every single morning.
And if you start out your day on the sad side of the bed,
You're going to continue that way.
It's just fact.
So unless you do something to counteract that.
So that's what I want to talk about today really quick,
Is keeping our vibration high or raising it.
Actually raising our vibration or keeping it up.
You know,
Quickly,
Right?
There are so many things that you can do that you don't even realize to get your vibration higher,
Right?
So I'm just going to name a few and if something resonates with you,
Then that is your thing to do.
That is how you get your happiness on or get your happiness back,
Right?
First of all,
I listen to music that inspires me.
That makes me happy.
And I've probably said this before like a million times on this show,
But ABBA,
The song Dancing Queen just gets me every time.
I actually cry.
It makes me so.
.
.
I love that song because it's about freedom and it's about joy and it's about,
You know,
I love that,
Right?
So that's like one of my go-tos.
Yeah,
Now you know me.
I dance.
You can ground yourself in nature and go for a walk in nature.
Appreciate nature.
You know,
Some people,
That's how they get themselves.
They raise their vibration,
Right?
You can do something nice for anyone else,
For someone else.
Buy the person in the car behind you a cup of coffee.
It's such a beautiful way of doing that.
And then there's the gratitude list.
Gratitude can really,
Really raise your vibration.
Being grateful is,
You know,
Just because what we're doing is like,
People always talk about,
Oh,
Let's do gratitude.
But here's the thing,
We can put it in different terms if that kind of tweaks your mouth a little bit,
Right?
We can put it in terms of just being appreciative for what we have in life.
We can be appreciative,
Just appreciative for the clothes that we're wearing.
Appreciative for the car that we're driving,
Even if it's a clunker,
You know?
We can be appreciative for so,
So much.
And you know what?
Sometimes if we just take that extra moment,
Like that cup of coffee,
Right?
If we just take that cup of coffee and savor the flavor in our mouth,
That is gratitude.
And then also,
Getting your vibration up.
Did you know that meditation gets your vibration up as well?
Absolutely.
Especially if you do like a mantra that just speaks to your soul.
I've told you,
I have a couple that just speak to my soul,
You know?
David Gee,
My meditation teacher,
His is,
And you can tell,
He's never said this,
But I can always tell,
A Humbra Masami for him is his just,
He just,
You can just feel the excitement,
The love,
The joy when he does that,
When he does that mantra.
Right?
Or Moksha freedom.
Seriously?
You know,
You got to do stuff that,
You got to have like your go to mantra be one that just gets you.
And for me,
I have a couple.
Thank you.
For some reason,
I default to thank you.
If I start out with one mantra,
And you know,
Technically you're not supposed to change in the middle,
But if you,
Sometimes it just morphs into thank you for me,
Or the ho'oponopono.
Right?
So what we're going to do today is we are going to get our vibration up,
And we are going to,
We're going to do a high,
Hopefully,
You know,
Hopefully it gets your vibration up.
We're going to do a high vibration meditation.
So let's,
Let's get our,
Let's get ourselves situated.
And let's see what else here.
Okay,
So,
Okay,
Let's get our eyes,
Get ourselves comfy.
Let's close our eyes really gently.
Perfect.
Perfect.
Perfect.
So as we begin to get ready to sit in the stillness for just a few minutes,
Let's get ourselves centered on gratitude for today.
What are three things that you are grateful for?
Three things could be something as small as you washed your face and you feel fresh.
It could be the weather outside.
It could be that you love the world.
Whatever feels right for you and feeling the appreciation.
Now we are going to,
I'm going to give you a few options for your mantra.
And hopefully one of these sticks out to you as a mantra that helps you raise your vibration.
There's always the mantra of thank you.
Always a perfect choice,
Always a good choice.
Then shanti shanti means peace.
And that,
If that resonates in your heart,
Shanti is the way to go today.
Then we can move into some affirmations.
I am happy,
I am love,
Or I am joyful.
Or today I choose happiness.
Which one of those speaks to you?
Perfect.
For me today,
I'm going to choose three of them,
The three affirmations.
I am happy,
I am love,
I am joyful.
I am happy,
I am love,
And I am joyful.
Perfect.
So as we get started,
I want us to start at our heads and put some attention on all of our muscles in our body.
Start to relax ourselves.
Our heads and our minds,
Our neck and shoulders,
We carry so much in our shoulders.
The weight of the world.
Just relax our shoulders and our neck and our arms and hands,
Our chest and abdomen.
Let's go all the way down your body.
Our hips,
Thighs,
Legs,
Calves,
Feet.
And now let's put some attention on our crown chakra,
Just above the top of our head.
As we see that crown chakra opening,
Let's imagine the white light love of the universe coming down into our bodies,
Filling us up with all of that white light love and joy.
Every cell of our body filled with love,
Pure unconditional love.
All the while continuing our mantra.
Let's all sit in the silence,
Feeling the beauty of the energy coming down in to us.
As we repeat our mantra,
I will keep the time.
And let's begin.
I am love.
I am happy.
I am joy.
I am love.
I am happy.
I am joy.
I am love.
I am happy.
I am joy.
I am joy.
I am joy.
I am joy.
I am joy.
I am joy.
I am love.
I am happy.
I am joy.
Let's start bringing our awareness back into our bodies.
Start moving our fingers and toes.
And let's take a nice,
Long,
Deep,
Deep breath in very,
Very slow.
Breathe in through your nose.
And breathe out.
And when you feel comfortable,
You can open your eyes.
So,
How did that feel?
I hope it felt as good for you as it did for me.
I love the I am happy,
Or today I choose happiness,
Or today I choose love.
Well,
I love it all,
I guess I can say.
So today,
As you go through your life,
Think about your mantra all day long.
And if you just get a few minutes,
And things are just kind of rolling along,
Just think to yourself,
Whatever your mantra was.
I am happy.
