Good morning friends.

How is everybody today?

Today is apparently,

I just found out,

The International Day of Love.

How amazing is that?

A full day dedicated just to love.

Yay.

Of course,

Isn't Valentine's Day also the Day of Love?

But whatever.

Today is the International Day of Love.

And you guys know I love the International Day of Happiness,

So we can always use more positivity out there,

Can't we?

So I'm going to get right to our meditation today because what I want to do is a full chakra meditation.

And you know,

It's just,

I just got this inspiration to do a full on chakra meditation because it just feels,

It feels like that the earth needs this right now,

That we need this right now.

So,

Okay,

So everybody get yourself,

Get yourself situated and get your pillow or your blankie,

All of that kind of stuff.

Whatever it is that you like to use to be ready for the day.

And so,

Let's take a nice,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and release.

And that felt so good.

Let's take,

Let's do that one more time.

Take a nice,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and hold it,

Hold it,

Hold it and release through your mouth.

I love taking deep breaths in because it helps release just all that stagnant energy that's just sitting there,

Beautiful.

Get yourself situated on a chair with your feet on the ground or cross legged.

Get your blankie ready if that's what you choose.

Let's concentrate on our,

Starting at the bottom of our feet.

Keep that nice and relaxed,

Relaxed.

Your feet and your legs.

Let's put some attention on them and allow them,

Allow those muscles to relax.

All the way up your leg and move up a little bit to your abdomen and just concentrate and think about the muscles there and allow them to relax.

Then move up a little bit further to your torso.

All the organs that are right there,

All the muscles and allow them to relax.

And your arms.

Let's allow those muscles to relax.

And now let's move up a little further to your neck.

Allow your neck muscles to relax.

Put some attention on them,

On those muscles.

And then your head.

Let's put some attention on your head and your brain.

Allow your brain to relax.

Now that might sound a little odd,

But let's just consider allowing our brain to relax.

And now I'd like us to imagine roots growing out from the bottom of our feet,

Down,

Down,

Far down into the earth,

Almost tethering us to the earth.

And this would be in correlation with our root chakra,

Our base chakra at the base of our spine.

Allow those roots to then,

Now that they're deep into the earth,

Allow those roots to start absorbing Mother Earth's energy.

And let's imagine a beautiful red light emanating from our root chakra.

This beautiful red light fills the room where we are and makes us feel so warm and content and peaceful.

And now let's move up just a little bit higher to our sacral chakra.

And let's imagine the room filling up with an orange color,

An orange light that's so bright and beautiful.

A light that makes us want to be everything that we ever wanted to be.

Our passions for life,

For love.

And now let's move up to just below our breastbone,

To our solar plexus.

And with that comes the beautiful light with an amazing yellow color,

That beautiful sunny yellow.

That kind of color that creates joy and happiness within us.

And now let's move up just over our heart for our heart chakra.

Putting our attention on our heart and allowing the room to fill up with a beautiful emerald green that sparkles.

Filling up our hearts with love.

So much love that it makes us want to tear up and cry.

With joy,

Pure joy.

Now I'd like to move up a little bit further to our throat chakra.

The chakra of truth,

Our own truth.

Let's put some attention on our throat and allow the room to fill up with that beautiful,

Amazingly blue color.

Just absolutely stunning.

And allow our bodies to soak in that gorgeous blue color.

The chakra of truth,

Our own personal truth,

Speaking and living our truth.

And now we move up a little bit higher to our third eye.

Just above our brow.

And let's invite in that amazing deep purple color to fill our room and allow us to understand and appreciate our intuition.

And as we sit in that amazing light,

The purple indigo,

We say thank you.

Thank you.

And lastly,

We move up to our crown chakra.

Just above our heads,

Coming out the crown of our head.

Pure white,

Pure white love light coming down into our crown chakra and going through our entire body,

Every cell.

It's pure white light love and energy.

And it mixes with the energy from the root chakra,

From our mother earth to allow us to experience all the energy,

All the beautiful energy out there.

And again,

We say thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you spirit.

Thank you mother earth.

Thank you to ourselves.

Thank you to all the people of the earth.

Let's start bringing our awareness back to our bodies.

This meditation was very deep and beautiful.

We say thank you to all the energies and spirit for allowing us to experience all of this beauty and joy.

And as we bring our awareness to our fingers and toes,

Let's start moving them.

And whenever you feel comfortable,

You can open your eyes very gently.

Be gentle to yourself.

Be gentle to yourself today.

It's a beautiful day always.

So how does everybody feel?

Do you feel enlightened?

Takes a little bit more than a meditation to get enlightened,

I know.

But yes,
