Let's get in the flow of peace,
Love,
Joy,
Happiness,
All of it.
Let's do it.
So today we're going to start right off with doing some saging.
You'll understand why in a minute,
But for right now I am starting off if you've never,
If you've never saged before,
It's a very simple task.
And the prayer that I have gotten from John Edward,
I love this prayer.
So when you sage,
It like cleanses.
It actually,
From what I understand,
It actually cleanses like the actual air,
Like it gets rid of germs and stuff.
I don't know that to be scientifically true,
But you know,
That's what I've been told.
But anyway,
It takes away the stagnant and negative energy.
So now that I've lit my sage,
I'm going to say the prayer and it is,
I break up and release all stagnant and negative energy from this space.
May peace,
Light,
And divine love protect us and be ever present.
So and then you just make the sage,
The smoke from the sage,
Move around and it's awesome.
Really great.
Really,
Really perfect for that.
So today we are going to hold space for the world.
That's why I wanted to sage because that can help to hold the space.
Right?
So what is holding space?
You know,
I know a lot of people don't quite necessarily know what that actually means,
But holding space is about being present.
Right?
And it's about listening without judgment and just being without judgment in the world,
In our meditation.
Right?
I want to say it that way.
Right?
Seeing only love,
Only love.
Right?
So ultimately it's about,
Ultimately it's about deep compassion.
Okay?
It's about the deep,
Deep compassion for whatever it is that you were holding space for.
Now today,
What I would like to do is we're going to hold space for the world.
I'm going to lead a,
Today's going to be a little bit longer of a meditation,
But you'll see how impactful this can feel.
Right?
You can do,
You can hold space for anybody.
You can hold space for your loved ones,
Your friends,
The world.
You can just hold space for just love.
Right?
That's what's so cool about this.
It's,
It's about being present and having judgment free love and compassion.
Right?
So,
And don't you think we need that right now?
That's why,
Oh my gosh,
That's why I,
When my guides told me today,
Let's,
Let's hold space.
It's time,
It's time to hold space for the world.
So let's get ourselves comfortable and see with her sit,
I should say with our,
Our feet flat on the floor and let's see where spirit takes us.
Today's meditation is going to be totally guided.
So let's see where spirit takes us.
And if you could,
With your feet flat on the floor,
With your palms on your lap,
With your palms raised up on your lap,
Let's take a nice long,
Deep,
Very,
Very deep breath in and release very gently.
Taking these deep breaths allows us to relax just a bit and get ready for sitting in meditation.
So let's take another deep breath,
Really slow,
Very slow,
And release.
So I'd like for us all to imagine roots growing out from the bottom of our feet and into the ground.
So we can ground ourselves and open up our base chakra at the base of our spine.
Imagine red emanating from our root chakra into the entire room.
So imagine the room filling up with a beautiful ruby red color.
And as we move up to our sacral chakra,
Imagine a room filling up with that beautiful orange color.
And as we move up,
To our solar plexus,
Want us to imagine that chakra spinning and filling up the room with yellow,
That vibrant yellow.
Let's now place our attention on our heart chakra.
Our heart chakra with that brilliant emerald green.
Now filling up the room where we are.
Opening up our hearts.
You can even place your hand on your heart.
Opening up our heart chakra.
So wide.
And next is our throat chakra.
Start spinning this throat chakra.
Have that beautiful blue color emanating from our throat.
And then our third eye.
Let's call attention.
Let's place our attention on our third eye.
And get that chakra spinning with that beautiful,
Amazing purple color.
And then finally our crown chakra.
Just above our heads.
Place our attention there.
And just imagine the room filling up with beautiful,
Pure white light energy.
Today we hold space for the world and everyone in it.
We open up our hearts and allow the love to flow freely to the world and everyone in it.
As well as compassion.
Today as we sit in this meditation,
We know that love conquers all.
Love is the highest emotion.
And if we can sit holding space with love as our dominant emotion,
Our world and the whole world will be filled with peace and joy.
Compassion,
Kindness.
So as we sit in this space of love,
Let's remember that we are made out of love.
And that everything and every person deserves that love.
And deserves that compassion.
And we hold space for every single person on this planet.
That they might fill the love,
Fill the joy and the peace and the compassion.

Let's take a deep breath in through our nose.
Very,
Very slow.
And gentle.
And release it.
Perfect.
Start bringing our awareness back to our bodies.
Whenever you feel comfortable,
You can open your eyes and know today,
All throughout your day,
Hold space.
Hold space for the world.
Right?
Hold space for the love for every single person in this world.
It's time.
It's time to start doing that.
It's time to start feeling the compassion and the love and the joy.
Judgment free.
