Namaste.
Welcome to In the Flow with Lori Albert.
Here's my question for today.
Do you consider yourself spiritual or religious or nothing or anything or everything?
What do you consider yourself?
Good question,
Right?
You know,
I have been studying lately Buddhism and the ancient texts and the thing that I always end up coming back to during these studies is it's all we're all one.
You know,
Regardless and I know that that sounds,
You know,
Sort of cliche right now.
We are all one regardless of your color,
Your ethnic background,
You know,
Wherever you're from,
Your religion,
Whatever it is,
We're all one.
We're all one people,
Right?
So where did all these religions come from?
Where did all they,
Where did they all sort of come from?
And you know,
I,
I kind of just,
And that's why I was on this sort of track to study the ancient texts,
The ancient spiritual texts,
I guess I should say,
And it's so fascinating to consider all of that,
Right?
You know,
When I was a child,
I was raised Catholic,
Was a Christian.
I studied,
I have lots of friends who are Jewish.
I have friends who are Islamic.
I have friends that are like pretty much every religion,
Right?
And it's so fascinating.
And my thought is there's so much,
Okay,
And this is like a big conversation,
But there's so much fear attached to it,
To religion,
To learning about other religions and all of that kind of stuff.
There's so much fear attached and there doesn't need to be,
There really doesn't need to be fear attached to any of it,
You know?
And so that's why I wanted to talk about it today because I am having so much fun learning about all the religions and spirituality.
I'm having a blast learning about all this stuff,
Right?
And again,
Like I said,
If we can take away the fear of the differences of it,
Of each religion,
If we can take away the fear surrounding it all,
Like this one's right,
No,
This one's right,
That one's wrong,
This one's wrong,
You know,
I mean we can take away that and just appreciate the beauty of it.
If we can just appreciate the beauty of all religion and spirituality,
What would that be like?
You know,
Seriously,
In terms of fear,
Taking away the fear of anything is going to be positive,
Right?
Taking away the fear of it all,
Taking away the fear of going outside and going to the grocery store,
Taking away every type of fear,
It can be liberating,
Don't you think?
Love that.
So that's like my goal right now is to learn as much as I can about any and all the religions,
Spiritual texts,
You know,
Because I take a little bit from this,
A little bit from that,
My spirit guides represent it all,
Right?
My spirit guides represent all religions,
Right?
I have,
I ask before I do this meditation in the morning,
Before I do readings,
I ask all the ascended masters to come in and help because you know what?
I'll take the knowledge of it all,
Right?
So when you call in your spirit guides for whatever reason that you might choose to call them in,
Invite them all in.
Who am I to think that there's only one that's,
You know?
So that is what we are going to meditate on today,
Right?
But check this out.
Okay,
So I love,
This is sort of like a chant,
Sort of like this is a Kundalini yoga chant,
Right?
It's a chant,
It's a mantra,
All of that stuff.
I love this,
Right?
Okay,
So and I've probably done this before but you know,
If you know it then that's great.
If you don't then you'll learn something new,
Right?
So the chant is this,
Ra ma da sa sa se so hung.
Okay,
So it's all these little words,
Okay?
And guess what it means?
Sun,
Moon,
Earth,
Infinity,
All that is in infinity,
I am the.
It's like so perfect for what I wanted to talk about today,
Right?
Isn't that great?
So I'm going to say it again.
Ra ma da sa sa se so hung.
Okay,
And we're going to do it in a sing-songy way because you guys know I like to do that.
Okay,
So this is how we're going to do it.
Ra ma da sa sa se so hung.
Excuse my voice,
It's a little early.
Ra ma da sa sa se so hung.
Ra ma da sa sa se so hung.
So that's what we're going to do and you know what?
If my voice holds out,
I will just do it the whole time and I'll lead it,
Lead us in that.
How about that?
If my voice holds up,
Right?
Oh goodness,
Okay.
Alright,
So everybody get comfortable,
Get yourself comfy,
Gently allow your eyes to float closed on this beautiful day.
Allowing the sun,
The moon,
The earth,
Infinity,
All that is in infinity,
I am the.
Wow,
So beautiful.
So for today,
Let's ask ourselves,
You know what I'm going to say?
What are you grateful for today?
Did you have a fantastic weekend?
Did you have a great morning so far,
Day so far?
What are you grateful for?
Are you grateful for health?
Are you grateful for your job?
Are you grateful for the birds singing?
Okay.
And as we begin,
Our mantra chant today,
Just focus on the words and allowing yourself to just sink into them.
And you can follow me,
Follow along.
Sing it if you choose.
Ram Dasa sa se so hung.
Ram Dasa sa se so hung.
Ram Dasa sa se so hung.
Ram Dasa sa sa se so hung.

When you feel comfortable you can open your eyes.
I invite you to take this with you today.
Wherever you go,
Know that all that is in infinity.
I am the.
So thank you for joining me today.
I love you all.
Until next time,
Namaste everybody.
Have a beautiful day.
