Good morning everybody and welcome to morning meditation.
So,
So much to tell you guys,
As always,
Right?
You can't shut me up,
Right?
So interestingly,
Interestingly,
Yesterday I went through this thing.
I was bored,
Right?
And I've been like going back to work.
I mean,
It's not like I'm completely like don't have anything to do.
I just got bored.
I felt bored in my life.
I just felt,
I just got bored.
I know that sounds crazy,
But you know I had stuff to do.
I had life stuff to do,
But I just felt like bored,
Bored with everything,
Right?
And I was like,
I have to get myself out of this,
Right?
And so of course because I,
You know,
I searched the web a lot for like quotes to say and like because I'm always trying to learn what the the Masters have taught us,
Right?
So I found this quote by the Yogananda,
Okay?
And it just,
It just it was like that slap on the face,
You know,
When somebody says snap out of it,
You know,
Kind of thing.
It was like that,
That verbal slap on the face,
Right?
And this is what,
This is the,
Um,
Parmasana,
Yogananda,
This is what he said,
You must not let your life run in the ordinary way.
Do something that nobody else has done,
Something that will dazzle the world.
Show that God's creative principle works in you.
And I have to tell you guys,
I was like,
Boom!
That just,
It just like was everything.
It like gave me everything.
I was completely,
Um,
Sort of blindsided because that was like the kick in the pants that I needed.
Go out and do something.
Go out and do something.
Do something fun.
Do something good.
Do something happy and exciting and dazzling.
Dazzle the world.
And so that is what we are meditating on today because what I want to meditate on today is that,
You know what,
I was bored yesterday,
But you know what?
Boredom is like the other side,
Sort of,
Of freedom.
Don't you think?
It's like the,
It's like the other side of freedom.
Like freedom to do what I want to do.
Freedom to be.
Freedom to do what I choose to do.
So I was like so excited.
So then I was like totally motivated.
Totally motivated.
So I have some really fun meditation and mediumship stuff that I am planning.
So keep a,
Keep a heads up for that if you follow me.
Some great ideas.
It's so funny how just like one little thing can like change the trajectory,
Right,
For your day.
So I thought that was really cool.
Um,
So we're gonna meditate on this,
Okay?
So everybody get yourself comfortable.
Comfy comfy.
Yep.
And sit with your hands on your laps,
Maybe palms facing up to absorb in any,
Any and all amazing energy.
Perfect.
And let's take a nice long slow deep breath in through your nose and out your mouth and really slow and allow every single cell,
Every single atom of the oxygen to just permeate every cell in your body.
So let's breathe in really slow.
And hold it.
Keep breathing even when you can't breathe anymore.
And release.
Perfect.
Perfect.
So as we get ready to begin our meditation this morning,
I want to focus.
Spirit wants me to talk about focusing on the solar plexus.
For some reason that's my favorite chakra because it deals with intuition and just like your instincts,
Right?
Let's be guided by our instincts today,
Right?
Our solar plexus is a yellow color,
Okay?
So during our meditation today,
Try to focus on yellow,
The color yellow.
Okay.
Okay.
And before we get really into the silence and stillness,
Let's talk about gratitude.
What are your three things this morning?
Are you grumpy this morning?
The Spirit has said to me,
Don't forget the gratitude.
What are three things that you're grateful for?
I'm grateful that I have the tools to turn myself around when I feel myself going down that rabbit hole,
Right?
So grateful for that.
I'm grateful for our ascended masters and our spiritual teachers that have so much wisdom,
So so much wisdom to show us.
So today's mantra,
Today's mantra is moksha.
Moksha.
Moksha means freedom.
Is that not perfect for today?
Moksha is freedom.
That could mean any and all types of freedom.
Freedom of your thoughts,
Freedom to be,
Freedom to feel however you choose.
Moksha.
So if you find yourself wandering,
Your thoughts wandering,
It's okay.
Just bring yourself back to the color yellow and moksha.
I will keep the time.
Let's begin.
Moksha.
Moksha.
Moksha.
Moksha.
Moksha.
Moksha.
Moksha.
Moksha.
Moksha.
Moksha.
Moksha.
Moksha.
Moksha.
Moksha.
Moksha.
Moksha.
Moksha.
Moksha.
Moksha.
Moksha.
Let's start bringing our awareness back to our bodies.
Maybe start moving your fingers and toes.
Let's take a nice long slow deep breath in through our nose and hold that breath in through our nose.
Let's take a nice long slow deep breath in through our nose and hold it and out of breath.
Perfect.
Whenever you feel comfortable you can open your eyes.
Perfect.
What a beautiful beautiful day.
Thank you so much for joining me and I hope you take turn that boredom maybe that you felt at all in the last however long it's been.
Turn it around and make it something dazzling for yourself.
Make it something dazzling.
I love that word.
Isn't that word great?
So until next time I love you all.
Thank you so much for joining me my friends.
Namaste.
Have a beautiful beautiful day.
