Hello,
This is davidji and welcome to today's meditation.
Surrender.
Surrender.
Surrender.
Let's truly immerse and awaken the divine surrender that rests within.
Let's find a comfortable space.
Let's close our eyes.
Let's relax our shoulders.
Let's melt.
Soften.
Let's ask ourselves as we move through the five realms,
Where in my physical life can I surrender just a little bit more?
Where can I let go of my attachment?
And let's ask,
In my emotions,
In my emotional world,
Where could I surrender just a bit more?
Where could I allow?
Next let's drift to our material world.
Where in your material world could you surrender just a bit?
Allow.
Receive.
Open your hands as opposed to closing them.
And next,
Let's ask,
In my realm of relationships,
Where could I surrender just a bit more?
Where could I allow?
Where could I not impose my will,
My rightness?
Which relationships could I let go of?
And which relationships could I open my heart to just a bit more?
Now let's drift our awareness to our spiritual life,
Our purpose,
Our connection,
And ask,
Where could I surrender just a bit more regarding my connection to Source,
Spirit,
The Divine,
God?
Essentially,
Where could I trust the universe in my life just a little bit more?
Trust that this moment is perfect,
That we are exactly where we're supposed to be right now.
That our physical world,
Our emotional world,
Our material world,
Our relationship world,
And our spiritual world could all benefit from a little bit more trust.
Trust that here we are,
In this precious,
Sacred moment.
And let's allow the universe to unfold with grace and ease,
Rather than forcing our solution,
Our point of view,
Our rightness on a person,
A situation,
Or a circumstance.
Let's give ourselves permission today,
Right now,
To surrender just a bit more,
To allow our relationship with the universe to ease,
To open,
To expand,
To evolve.
Let's go deeper into silence,
Deeper into stillness,
By using the mantra,
Om ritam namah.
Om ritam namah.
Om ritam namah.
I am aligned with the universal mind.
I am aligned with the universal mind.
Quickly repeat om ritam namah.
Over and over.
And when you notice you've drifted away to thoughts or sounds or physical sensations,
Ever so gently,
Drift back to the mantra.
Om ritam namah.
I watch the time.
And when you hear me ring the chime,
Just sit gently,
With your eyes closed.
So let's begin.
Om ritam namah.
Om ritam namah.
Om ritam namah.
Om ritam namah.
Om ritam namah.
Om ritam namah.
Om ritam namah.
Om ritam namah.
Om ritam namah.
Om ritam namah.
Om ritam namah.
Sit gently,
With your eyes closed,
And let the stillness and silence settle in.
Now let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And ever so gently let that go.
Let's do that one more time.
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in through our nostrils.
And release.
And let's seal this meditation.
Let's seal our sweet surrender and our trust by chanting om,
The hymn of the universe.
Let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
Om.
And when it feels comfortable,
You can slowly open your eyes.
You can look around at all those who you share this collective consciousness with.
All your co-surrenderers.
From the sweet spot of the universe,
This is davidji.
Have a beautiful day.
A beautiful weekend.
A beautiful week.
And remember to surrender.
See you in the gap.
Have a beautiful day.
