
Secrets Of Manifesting

Sutras are mantras with meaning and we often refer to them as affirmations. Sutra is the Sanskrit word for “stitch” or “suture” and is similar to a stitch binding two pieces of skin or cloth. In the realm of meditation, affirmations act as sutras to connect your world of space and time to the world beyond space and time; from your physical realm to the ethereal, astral realm; from the local domain to the nonlocal domain; from the manifest realm to the unmanifest. Back and forth and back again. You can perform the sutras as part of your daily practice, and your life will begin to become happier and more loving. What you think, you become. And the sutras are powerful affirmations to evolving you to a life of greater love and compassion.

Hello,
This is davidji and welcome to today's meditation.
Let's find a comfortable place to sit or lie down and ever so gently feather your nest.
Remember,
Comfort is queen.
And in today's meditation,
We're going to explore the ancient concept of the Sutra.
Sutra,
S-U-T-R-A,
Is a Sanskrit word which originally had its meaning in the concept of a string or a thread to signify the passing on of timeless wisdom threading through ancestral and historical cultures.
Many of these sutras have been attributed to the Buddha,
And we know the Buddha lived around 600 BC.
But there are so many different types of sutras,
These strings,
These threads that have woven throughout Asia,
Throughout India,
Throughout so many different cultures and civilizations for thousands and thousands of years.
There's the Lotus Sutra,
The Diamond Sutra,
The Heart Sutra,
The Thunderbolt Sutra,
And these are part of Zen,
Buddhist,
And Taoist teachings.
And so today I thought we could explore sutras and see how they can weave their threads through our life.
One of the most beautiful aspects of the sutras,
We get the word suture or to sew in our language.
And so the beauty of sutras is that they exist in the present moment,
But we weave them as threads into us so that they unfold in the future.
Essentially,
The thread that we are connecting is between us,
Our soul,
Or our heart,
And the unmanifest,
That which has not yet been manifested.
And these are ways to ensure that our manifesting is so powerfully infused with whatever that sutra is,
Whatever that concept or theme,
Or trait,
Or quality,
Or characteristic is that we want to elevate as we move forward in our life,
In all of our thoughts,
Our words,
Our deeds,
Our conversations,
And our interactions.
So let's journey together,
Settle in.
Together,
Let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
And ever so gently let that go.
Allow your eyelids to ever so gently float closed as we take this next long,
Slow,
Deep breath in together,
And release,
Allowing your upper lids to rest so softly and gently on your lower lids.
Feel that connection.
Feel the softness and safety of that connection.
And continue to watch your breath.
Continue to witness as the breath flows into your nostrils,
Moves inside of you,
Fills you up,
And simply witness as the breath leaves you,
Releasing you.
And so we're going to actually drop these sutras that I will share with you.
These are powerful sutras that I have used for more than a decade to help direct my life in the direction of my dreams and desires,
In the direction of healing,
In the direction of personal expansion and evolution.
So let's journey together.
Remember,
Feather your nest,
Always keep moving towards comfort.
And we're going to drop these sutras into a place inside of us,
The still pond.
And you may see this as the heart chakra,
The anahata,
The unstruck,
The untainted,
The unwounded,
The pure,
Whole,
Perfect dimension of yourself.
Or maybe you actually see it as your sweet,
Tender heart,
Which guides you emotionally through the world.
However you see it in this moment,
See how still your heart is.
And if there's any turbulence inside,
Just breathe with me right now into your heart and calm the turbulence.
If there's any upset right now,
Right here in this sacred,
Precious,
Present moment,
Allow your healing breath to just settle it down and see your heart getting calmer,
Serene,
Tranquil.
That is what your heart is right now.
So trust it,
Trust it.
And we're going to drop the sutras into that stillness as if we were dropping a pebble into a still pond.
First,
Let's make a blessing on this sacred space in your heart.
Whatever blessing you would like.
Maybe it's a vow to your highest expression.
Maybe it's a prayer to God.
Or maybe it's just a kindness to yourself.
Take this time right now.
And now take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and let's release that blessing out into the universe.
We'll leave it up to the universe to answer.
We'll leave it up to spirit to sort out all those details.
From this moment forward,
You are blessed.
So let's begin.
Feel free to rest your fingertips,
Your palm or your hands on your heart.
And in your mind's eyes,
You see that still pond of your heart,
That serene place resting under your hand.
Let's drop the first sutra,
Like dropping a pebble into that still pond of your heart.
The first sutra,
Patience.
And drop the sutra of patience like a pebble in a still pond into your heart.
And just witness the rippling out as patience ripples through you.
Patience.
Simply allow patience with each beat of your heart,
With each inhale.
See the pebble of patience drop into that still pond and watch the ripple and ask yourself right now,
Where in my life could I use just a little more patience?
Where in my life could I benefit from just a little more patience?
With each inhale,
Drop that pebble into that still pond of your heart and watch as patience ripples to fill your heart,
To fill every aspect of your being.
Next,
Let's drop the second sutra.
Remember,
We are weaving these into our energy,
Our physiology,
Our emotional realms,
And they are connecting to the future.
So simply trust.
The second sutra,
Acceptance.
Let's drop that sutra of acceptance like a pebble in a still pond into that space of your heart and simply allow the ripple.
Acceptance.
Acceptance.
Acceptance.
Acceptance.
And now let's ask ourselves as we so secretly and preciously hold our heart in our hands right here,
Where in my life could I be just a little more accepting?
Where in my life could I be just a bit more accepting?
And as acceptance embeds itself and infuses itself into every fiber of your being,
See the still pond of your heart becoming calmer and more tranquil.
And now let's drop the next sutra,
Self-compassion.
Drop self-compassion into the still pond of your heart like dropping a pebble into a still pond and simply watch the ripple of self-compassion.
Self-compassion.
Self-compassion.
Self-compassion.
And feel self-compassion flow through every fiber of your being.
And as you feel this ripple flow into every aspect of who you are,
Ask yourself,
Where in my life could I be a little more compassionate to myself?
Where in my life can I be a little more compassionate to myself?
Feel the sutra,
The thread of self-compassion,
Self-kindness,
Self-forgiveness,
Self-love gently flowing into you through every aspect of your essence.
And notice that the still pond of your heart is so calm and tranquil right now.
Let's drop the next sutra,
Joy.
Drop joy like a pebble into the still pond of your heart and watch it so innocently and gently and sweetly ripple.
Joy.
Joy.
Joy.
Joy.
Watch joy ripple to fill your heart.
Watch joy ripple to fill your body.
Knowing that joy is rippling into every moment.
From the moment you open your eyes,
When you close them,
And to all the moments in between when you're dreaming.
Allow joy.
Accept joy.
Receive joy.
Your heart is beating with joy right now.
Allow it to become you.
And ask yourself,
Where in my life right now could I benefit from a little more joy?
Where can I awaken to joy in my life?
Where perhaps it is dormant or suppressed or not visible.
And as that still pond of your heart is so peaceful,
Tranquil,
And calm right now,
Let's drop the final sutra because you are so receptive,
So open,
So available to receive the blessings and gifts that the universe is bestowing upon you.
And our final sutra is abundance.
Drop that sutra like dropping a pebble into the still pond of your heart.
Feel abundance coming into you and rippling to fill your heart.
Abundance mindset.
Abundance consciousness.
Abundance in all aspects of your life.
The physical,
The emotional,
The material,
The relationship,
And the spiritual aspects of your life.
In these five realms,
Allow abundance to infuse itself and flow through you with every conversation and every interaction.
Abundance.
Abundance.
Abundance.
And ask yourself right now,
Where in my life could I be a better receiver of abundance?
Where in my life could I be more open to abundance and allow,
Accept,
Receive abundance as it pours into that still pond of your heart,
Filling it,
Expanding into every fiber of your being.
And in this moment right here,
Right now,
This sacred,
Precious,
Present moment,
You have received these five awakenings,
These five blessings,
These five secrets of the sweet spot.
Patience,
Acceptance,
Self-compassion,
Joy,
And abundance.
Let them ripple through you all day.
Let them become you.
And as you walk throughout the world,
Know that in every moment,
There's an awakening,
A sutra that's reaching into the future to bring you patience,
Acceptance,
Self-compassion,
Joy,
And abundance.
So take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in with me.
And ever so gently,
Let that go.
And with your hand on your heart right now,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
And feel those sutras weaving themselves through every cell in your body.
Feel free to massage your heart just a little bit right here.
Feel how good that feels.
And now give yourself a beautiful hug and feel that.
From the sweet spot in the universe,
