Hello,
This is davidji and welcome to today's meditation.
Let's find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Let's gently feather our nest.
Remember comfort is queen.
So nestle in,
Settle in.
Now together let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And let's gently release.
Again long and slow.
And let it go.
Allow your eyelids to gently float closed and keep breathing.
And begin to witness your breath.
Watch it as it flows in and watch it as it flows back out.
Begin to float with your breath.
Feel it slowly move in.
Drift with it.
Feel it slowly release.
You may notice that your mind is beginning to calm down.
Your physical body starting to relax.
Just keep watching your breath,
Witnessing it,
Observing it.
And make sure your breaths are long and slow and deep.
Let's cultivate that a little bit.
We'll breathe in to the count of five,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And we'll exhale to the count of six.
That's a deep breath.
So let's continue at that speed,
At that frequency,
At that vibration.
Just keep watching.
Keep witnessing.
And place your fingertips on your heart,
Your anahata,
Your heart center.
Your compassion center,
Kindness center,
Peace center,
Your love center.
As you continue to breathe,
Feel the breath of the universe coming into your heart.
Feel it move past your fingertips.
And as you exhale,
Feel some weight leave you,
Moving again out past your fingertips.
Just keep breathing in the divine flow of the universe.
Feel it fill your heart and then lighten your load with each exhale.
Let's stay in this space doing that for a few moments.
And with our next breath,
Let's breathe in the divine love of the universe.
Feel it fill your heart so totally and now release a grievance.
Let's do that one more time.
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in of healing love,
Healing energy.
Feel it fill your heart and let go of a grievance.
Now let's let go of some more weight.
Let go of a sadness,
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
Divine love.
And let go of a sadness.
Something that's disappointed you,
Frustrated you,
Irritated you,
Depressed you,
Pushed you down,
Made you feel small.
Let's let it go,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in of healing energy.
And let go of that sadness.
Let's do it one more time.
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in of healing energy.
Let go of some weight.
Breathe in light,
Feel it fill you,
Rippling through every cell in your body.
And let go of darkness.
Breathe in strength.
And let go of weakness.
Breathe in love.
And let go of anger.
Breathe in trust.
And let go of fear.
And now keep breathing,
Keeping this energy exchange alive,
Transforming yourself from the inside out.
Breathe in a nourishing trait or characteristic and release something that's holding you back or constricting you.
Let's do this for a few minutes.
And now let's take it deeper.
We'll use a mantra,
An ancient Sanskrit mantra.
Om Daksham Namaha.
Om Daksham Namaha.
Om is the vibration of the universe.
Daksham is the wisdom of the divine.
And namaha is the merging.
And so we will merge the wisdom of the universe,
Allow it to ripple through us in stillness and silence.
In that process,
Raise the vibration of our consciousness and let go of what no longer serves us.
Om Daksham Namaha.
As you repeat the mantra,
It may change.
It may get louder or fainter,
Faster or slower.
You may drift away to thoughts or sounds or physical sensations.
That's okay.
When you realize you've drifted away,
Never so gently drift back to Om Daksham Namaha.
Om Daksham Namaha.
Let's say it out loud once together.
Om Daksham Namaha.
And now let's whisper it.
Om Daksham Namaha.
And now begin repeating it silently to yourself.
I'll watch the time.
And when you hear my voice,
Just sit gently with your eyes closed.
So let's begin.
Om Daksham Namaha.
Om Daksham Namaha.
Om Daksham Namaha.
Om Daksham Namaha.
Om Daksham Namaha.
Om Daksham Namaha.
Om Daksham Namaha.
Om Daksham Namaha.
Om Daksham Namaha.
Om Daksham Namaha.
Om Daksham Namaha.
Om Daksham Namaha.
Om Daksham Namaha.
Om Daksham Namaha.
Om Daksham Namaha.
Om Daksham Namaha.
Om Daksham Namaha.
Om Daksham Namaha.
Om Daksham Namaha.
And now take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And gently let that go.
Let's do that one more time.
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And gently release it.
And now let's seal this meditation.
Let's celebrate our oneness as we breathe in the divine wisdom of the universe.
Let's celebrate the releasing of what no longer serves us.
By chanting Om,
The hymn of the universe,
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
Om.
And when it feels comfortable,
You can slowly open your eyes.
You can place your palms together,
Raise them to your heart,
Bow your head,
And say namaste.
I honor the divine light in you that's also in me.
And when you're in that space and I'm in that space,
We are one.
Namaste.
As you move throughout the day,
When you find yourself feeling separate from the universe,
Feeling alone,
Holding on to too much baggage,
Remind yourself that you are the universe.
And say Om,
Daksham,
Namaha.
And that will connect you with the cosmic stream of divine love.
From the sweet spot of the universe,
This is David G.
Keep meditating,
Keep trusting,
And I'll see you in the gap.
