This meditation really resonated with how I felt this morning. My old yoga teacher used to say “you are your own guru“ and this morning I was thinking on that and some changes I want to make. This meditation seemed the perfect fit for those thoughts.

I did this meditation when suffering from a severe back pain due to a small accident yesterday at the playground with my nephew.
