Hello,
This is davidji and welcome to today's meditation.
Unlightening your heart and awakening your voice.
Let's find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Let's gently feather our nest.
Let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And ever so gently let that go.
Let's allow our eyelids to gently float closed and take another long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And effortlessly release it.
And now let's continue to take long,
Slow,
Deep breaths in.
And let's watch our breath as it flows in and as it flows back out.
And now breathe deeply into your throat.
And release it.
Again,
Let's breathe into our throat.
And let that go.
Let's stop even holding back tears,
Holding your breath,
Biting your tongue.
We're not allowing your true,
Magnificent voice to shine through.
Let's place our attention on our throat.
And let's envision a blue,
Glowing light in our throat.
Over the years we've constricted our ability to express.
We've held ourselves back from being heard.
Oftentimes we don't even listen to our self,
Our most divine voice speaking to us from some other plane of existence.
But now's the time to start listening.
Now's the time to start expressing.
Now's the time to start easing the constriction that holds your words back,
Your tears back,
And keeps your sacred expression from being heard.
As you continue to breathe and feel that blue light start to expand,
Soothing your throat,
Bathing your neck in peace,
In openness,
In ease,
And in grace.
Let's breathe again into our throat and allow it to expand just a little bit.
And release it.
Let's do that again,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath into our throat.
And let that go.
And see the light growing,
Getting stronger,
Getting brighter.
With each breath you transcend how bright that light can be.
Keep breathing in,
Keep breathing out.
There's something you've been wanting to say,
Something your heart is longing to say,
Something your dream needs to hear.
And so right now whisper it.
Say it again.
And say it one more time.
How does that feel to utter the words you've been holding back for so long?
Let's do it again.
Feel comfort coming into your throat.
Feel healing coming into the back of your neck.
Let it start to expand to your mouth.
Open your mouth wide and take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And let that go.
Again,
Open your mouth wide and take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And let it go.
Feel the weight start to lift off of your heart.
Do it again.
Open your mouth wide,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And feel your tender heart feeling the nourishment of lightness.
Again,
Open your mouth wide,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And release it.
Feel the green-white light in your heart as the weight continues to lift with each breath.
And now continue to breathe and continue to release the weight on your heart.
And as you exhale,
Feel your heart surrender.
Feel it release all the pain,
All the weight,
All the constriction,
All the tension,
All the anxiety.
Feel it leave you.
Release it.
Allow it to leave.
Surrender to the divine cleansing of the universe.
Open your mouth wide.
Open your mouth wide,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And let that go.
The vibration for your heart is yum or yum.
And each time you chant that out loud,
Your heart expands a little bit,
And your sweet tenderness expands.
Your love,
Forgiveness,
Compassion,
And kindness for yourself expands.
Yum,
Yum,
Yum.
The vibration for your throat chakra,
The Vashuda chakra,
Is hum,
Hum,
Hum.
And when you say that,
Your throat opens.
You give yourself permission to speak.
You allow your voice to be heard.
You allow yourself to show up with greater confidence,
Greater peace,
Greater comfort,
And greater ease.
When we combine these two vibrations into a sacred mantra,
Yum,
Hum,
Om.
Yum,
Hum,
Om.
Yum,
Hum,
Om.
We expand our throat.
We expand our heart.
We open them both.
And we allow abundance and sweetness,
Healing energy,
And love to flow through those two areas of your life.
So right now,
Let's say it out loud.
Do it with me.
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
Yum,
Hum,
Om.
And now whisper it.
Yum,
Hum,
Om.
And now begin repeating it silently to yourself.
Yum,
Hum,
Om.
Yum,
Hum,
Om.
Yum,
Hum,
Om.
And keep repeating it silently without moving your lips.
As you repeat the mantra,
It may change.
It may get louder or fainter,
Faster or slower.
It may become jumbled or distorted.
However,
Changes don't resist.
Continue to repeat yum,
Hum,
Om silently to yourself.
Listen to it.
Allow it to bubble up.
There's no need to force.
There's no need to concentrate.
Effortlessly repeat yum,
Hum,
Om.
I'll watch the time,
And when you hear the chime,
Sit gently with your eyes closed.
So let's begin.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Yum,
Hum,
Om.
Sit gently with your eyes closed and let the stillness and silence settle in.
And now take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And gently let that go.
Let's do that one more time,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And gently release it.
And now let's seal the awakening,
The opening of our heart and of our throat,
Our love center,
And our expression center,
Your passion and your voice,
Your tenderness and your voice,
Your love and your voice,
Your forgiveness and your voice.
By chanting om,
The hymn of the universe,
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
Om.
And when it feels comfortable,
Slowly open your eyes.
Place your hand on your heart.
Yum,
Om.
Place your other hand on your throat.
Hum,
Om.
And now together out loud,
Let's say yum,
Hum,
Om.
Take a deep breath in,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath.
Yum,
Hum,
Om.
As you move throughout the day,
Be gentle with yourself.
Know that you've awakened your heart and opened your throat.
You can better receive the loving kindness of the universe.
And your voice will begin to flow without fear,
Without hesitation,
Without constriction.
Let your voice be heard from the sweet spot of the universe.
This is David G.
And I'll see you in the gap.
Namaste.
