Hello,
This is davidji,
And welcome to today's meditation on healing energy.
Let's find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Let's gently feather our nest,
Settle in,
Relax,
And together let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And ever so gently,
Let's release that.
Now allow your eyelids to gently float closed and take another long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And ever so gently release it.
And continue to watch your breath as it moves into you and as it moves back out.
Witness it with each inhalation and each exhalation.
Like the tide rolling in and rolling back out.
And as you watch your breath,
As you witness,
Notice that your body is relaxing and your mind is beginning to calm.
Feel yourself starting to ease.
And let's drift our attention to our heart.
Feel free to place your fingers on your heart,
On that sweet,
Tender heart.
As you continue to witness your breath,
Notice that your breath is actually coming into that heart space,
Your heart space,
Your healing space,
Your space of compassion and forgiveness,
Of peace,
Of joy,
Of tranquility and harmony.
And feel the breath move past your fingertips into that heart space.
The ancient Vedic teachings tell us,
We are not in the universe,
The universe is in us.
So feel the universe flow into your heart with each inhalation.
And feel it flow back out with each exhale,
Washing you and rinsing away any stains of fear,
Sadness,
Depression,
Discomfort and constriction.
Let's watch that for a little bit.
Watch the healing breath of the universe bathe our heart.
And now with your next breath,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
Feel that healing energy of the universe flow past your fingertips into your heart,
And as you exhale,
Draw a thread.
Extend that thread to someone you know who's in pain,
Who's suffering,
Who's struggling.
Let's do that again,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in of that healing energy of the universe.
And extend the thread across the miles,
Across continents,
To heal,
To soothe,
To comfort,
To calm,
To diminish the pain that someone else is feeling inside of themselves.
Let's do that again,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
Feel the healing energy of the universe bathe your heart,
And now extend that thread to someone you don't know,
Someone you've heard about,
Who may be in pain,
Sadness,
Distress.
And allow yourself to allay those fears,
To settle them,
To ease any struggles or suffering this other being has.
Let's do it again,
And notice that you are a conduit of healing energy.
Breathe it in.
Feel it fill you,
And now send it out on that thread,
That healing thread of love.
And watch your breath as it moves into you,
As it bathes you in that sweet stillness of love,
And then flowing it back out to that person,
That being,
Whoever it is who's suffering,
Struggling,
Or in pain.
So let's stay in this space for a bit,
And let's experience what it's like to be a conduit of energetic love.
Just watch your breath,
And watch that healing thread of energy as it moves throughout the world.
And now let's invite one intention into our awareness.
Everything in life is about attention and intention,
And with our attention on that healing energy that's flowing into us,
And flowing back out on those healing threads.
Let's invite an intention,
Something we'd like to see unfold in someone else's life,
Or in our own life.
Just one thing.
Invite it into your awareness,
And feel it settle into your mind.
Get clear on it.
And now invite it into your heart.
Invite that intention into your sweet,
Tender heart.
Feel it nestle in.
And now plant that intention like a seed in the fertile soil of your heart.
Feel it settle in.
Feel it take root.
Feel its connection to every single cell in your body.
And now take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
Feel that seed get anchored into the oneness.
The universe rests inside.
Raise your chest up.
Allow the universe to kiss your soul ever so gently.
And release the intention.
Let it go.
We'll leave it up to the universe to answer.
We'll leave it up to spirit to sort out all the details.
And in this tender,
Vulnerable,
Open space of stillness and silence,
Let's take it even deeper.
We'll use the mantra,
Moksha.
Moksha is emotional liberation,
Emotional freedom,
Emotional healing.
Ananda is bliss.
And Ritam is the rhythm.
Of the universe.
Moksha Ananda Ritam.
Moksha Ananda Ritam.
And now whisper that to yourself.
Moksha.
And now repeat it silently to yourself.
And continue to repeat it silently.
As you repeat the mantra,
It may change.
It may get faster or slower.
Even though you're repeating it silently,
It may get louder or fainter.
It may become jumbled or distorted.
It may even vanish.
However it changes,
Don't resist it.
And when you realize that you've drifted away from Moksha Ananda Ritam.
Ever so gently,
Drift back to the mantra.
So this meditation will be a gentle drifting back and forth.
Don't feel the need to force or concentrate.
This is a process of surrender.
So just allow the mantra to bubble up inside of you.
Don't even say it,
Listen to it.
I'll watch the time.
And when you hear me ring the chime,
Just sit gently with your eyes closed.
So let's begin.

And let the stillness and silence settle in.
And now together let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And gently let that go.
Let's do that one more time.
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And ever so gently release it.
And let's seal this meditation.
Let's seal the power of our healing energy.
Let's seal our oneness and the intention we've planted.
By chanting Aum,
The hymn of the universe,
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And when it feels comfortable,
You can slowly open your eyes.
You can look around at those you shared this collective consciousness with.
You can feel the power of Moksha,
Ananda,
Ritam.
Rippling through every cell in your body.
And through those threads that you extend throughout the world.
Know that in any moment you can activate your healing energy by getting still.
Breathing in the healing love of the universe right into your heart.
And then flowing it right back out on that thread of love and healing.
From the sweet spot of the universe,
