We live our lives in the past and the future – rarely spending time to be mindful of what is happening in this very moment. That’s not a good thing or a bad thing; we have conditioned ourselves to fill any gaps in that flow of activity with more activity. Yet at our core, we ARE stillness and silence – pure unbounded, unconditioned consciousness. And when we return to our waking state after meditation, we create space for us to connect to our pure essence of self.
