Hello,
This is davidji and welcome to today's meditation.
Let's find a comfortable place to sit down,
Get comfortable.
Close your eyes,
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and gently let that go.
Feel your body begin to soften.
Feel your shoulders relax.
Feel your hips start to melt into your seat.
Follow your breath in,
Blow it out and begin to witness it.
Watch it.
And let's drift our attention to our root chakra,
The muladhara,
That is red.
This is our safety,
Our shelter,
Our foundation.
And breathe into that right now.
It's at the tip of your tailbone.
And gently let that go.
This is our chakra of trust and integrity.
Feel it expand.
Feel it awaken.
And ever so gently drift upwards,
Seven fingers,
To a few inches below your navel,
To the second chakra,
The svadhisthana chakra.
Color is orange.
This is where we birth new concepts,
New visions,
New directions.
This is where we launch new beginnings.
This is our chakra of imagination,
Passion,
Sensuality,
And pleasure.
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath right into that space,
That orange space,
And allow it to open,
Awaken.
And ever so gently drift up again,
Seven fingers,
To the center of your chest,
Your torso.
To your solar plexus.
This is called your manipura chakra.
Color is yellow,
Like the sun.
This is our intention,
Commitment,
And follow-through chakra.
This is where we lock it down,
Get it done.
This is our chakra of transformation,
Where we own our impact and take responsibility.
Ever so gently breathe into it.
Feel that yellow sun just fill right up and open.
And then gently exhale.
And now drift again up to your heart,
Right in the center of your chest at heart level.
This is your anahata chakra,
The heart chakra.
And the color is green.
This is your anahata chakra,
The heart chakra.
And the color is green.
This is your chakra of acceptance,
Forgiveness,
Compassion.
This is your chakra of love and peace.
Now let's breathe that universe's unconditional love right into our anahata chakra.
And let that,
Now ever so gently,
Drift your attention,
Your awareness,
Up to your throat.
This is the vishuddha chakra.
The color is blue.
This is where you voice your truth.
This is your communication and connection center.
Your communion and conversation and interaction center.
This is your honesty chakra,
The chakra of expression.
So take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath into that blue space in your throat.
Allow it to awaken and just effortlessly release.
Now drift gently up to your third eye,
Your ajna chakra,
Nestled between your eyebrows.
The color is purple.
The ajna chakra is your chakra of intuition,
Choice making,
Judgment.
It's your chakra of vision,
Clarity of vision.
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath into that third eye.
And let that go.
And now ever so gently,
Drift your awareness to your crown,
Top of your head.
This is your sahasvara chakra.
The color is ultraviolet,
White,
Clear,
The thousand-petaled lotus.
This is your chakra of self-awareness.
The thousand-petaled lotus.
This is your chakra of spiritual awakening,
Of moksha,
Of freedom,
Of service and surrender.
This is the chakra of divine connection.
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath into that space right now.
And let that go.
And with all seven chakras open,
Just follow your breath in and out and allow the answers of the universe to flow into your root,
Then into your second chakra,
Then into your solar plexus,
Then into your heart,
Then into your throat,
Into your third eye,
And up and out through the crown of your head.
Let's just stay in this space and allow.
We'll use the mantra,
Sankalpa,
To help take us deeper.
So right now,
While you're in this whole,
Still,
Silent space,
Invite one intention into your heart.
Let it plant itself there like a seed in the fertile soil.
Repeat over and over,
Sankalpa,
Sankalpa,
Sankalpa.
And if you drift away to thoughts or sounds or physical sensations,
That's perfectly okay.
Ever so gently,
Drift back to sankalpa,
Sankalpa,
Sankalpa.
I'll watch the time and when you hear me ring the chime,
Just sit gently with your eyes closed.
So let's begin.
Sankalpa,
Sankalpa,
Sankalpa.
Sit gently with your eyes closed and let the stillness and silence and your subtle intention settle in.
And now let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and let that go.
And let's do that one more time.
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And gently let that go.
Let's seal this meditation by chanting the hymn of the universe just one time together.
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
When it feels comfortable,
You can slowly open your eyes.
You can look around at the tens of thousands who shared this collective consciousness with you.
This chakra tuning and this intention setting.
And wish them namaste.
Right now,
Let's just have a moment of gratitude right here.
How amazing is that?
From the sweet spot of the universe,
This is Davidji,
And I'll see you in the gap.
Namaste.
