And gently let that go.

And now just watch your breath,
Watch it as it flows in,
Watch it as it flows back out.
Notice that your chest rises as you inhale and eases as you exhale.
Notice that your mind is calming,
Notice that your body is relaxing and just witness.
Just pay attention to your breathing,
Effortless,
Innocent,
Surrendered.
Notice that the swirl outside of you is slowing,
The swirl inside of you is slowing as well.
And just allow yourself right now to ease into this place of stillness and silence.
There's nowhere else to be,
There's nothing else to do except to be right here,
Right now in this sacred,
Precious,
Present moment.
And let's begin our practice by inviting a couple of sacred questions into our awareness.
First let's ask,
Who am I when I'm at my best?
Who am I when I'm at my best?
And sometimes answers will flow,
Sometimes there'll be no answers,
That's okay,
Simply keep asking that question over and over.
Who am I when I'm at my best?
Now is a perfect time to begin your dialogue with the universe.
And next let's ask,
What am I grateful for?
What am I grateful for?
Who am I grateful for?
And simply keep asking that question over and over.
And let answers arrive,
Let them effortlessly flow into you.
And next let's ask,
What does my heart truly long for?
What does my heart truly long for?
And simply let answers flow into you,
Feel free to place your fingertips on your heart to help you tease out the most profound answers.
What does my heart truly long for?
And now let's invite an intention into our awareness,
Just one intention,
Something we'd like to see unfold today.
Perhaps it's a state of mind,
A state of being,
A quality or a characteristic you'd like a little bit more of in your life,
Or a little bit less of,
Just for today,
Just for today.
What would you like to flow through the world today?
And once that's crystallized in your mind's eye,
Now invite it into your heart,
Your sweet,
Tender heart.
And plant it there,
Like a seed,
In the fertile soil of your heart.
Feel it take hold,
Feel it take root,
Feel it begin to merge with you,
To become you.
And now raise your chest up,
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
Let the universe gently kiss your soul,
Bless that intention,
And release it.
Let it go,
We'll leave it up to the universe to answer,
We'll leave it up to spirit to sort out all the details.
We've asked ourselves some sacred questions,
We've planted a powerful seed,
An intention to help us move throughout the day.
And now let's just come back to our breath,
Gently breathe in,
Gently breathe out.
Notice that when you breathe in,
The breath is a little bit cooler than when you exhale.
Notice all the places that it touches as you're filling your lungs and as you're letting go.
Over here,
In this sacred,
Precious,
Present moment,
There's no fear,
No grievance,
No judgment,
Only the perfection of this moment.
No sadness,
No lack,
No comparisons,
No less than moments,
No regrets.
All is perfect in this sacred,
Precious,
Present moment.
And you can carry this through the day,
You can move through the day with greater grace and greater ease,
Simply by reminding yourself to come back to the present moment and revisit that quality,
That characteristic,
That state of mind,
That state of being.
Remind yourself that you are that and innocently flow it,
Trust it,
And thrive.
