Many people don't like to acknowledge or spend time with their shadow parts, but ALL of you is worthy of love. This meditation provides space to invite any shadow or marginalized part of yourself forward (sadness, anger, doubt); to be with them, and to love them too. It's easy to love the parts of you that are optimistic, excited, joyful, but what about the rest of you? That's a bit more challenging. This meditation is an invitation to explore. Optional journaling prompt: Is there a part of you that lives in the shadows a little too often? Not because it’s broken. Because it’s been carrying something alone. If you feel willing, curious, and resourced today, invite that part to the page. Let it take up space. Let it speak without being corrected. No fixing. No coaching. No “positive spin.” Just honest words. As you write, keep breathing. Keep your heart as open as you can. Go slow. There is no rush.
