
Time To Feel, Process And Let Go
In this meditation, we take the time to feel our feelings, process, and let go. We check in with our hearts, come back to center, and ground so we can integrate what we've felt and experienced recently. This meditation was a significant one for me, as I made it about a week after my son was born. Optional journaling prompts: Is there something from the past year your heart wants a little extra time and space to unpack today?
