
Deep Healing Meditation With Music & Alpha Binaural Beats

This deep healing meditation with music and alpha binaural beats (wear headphones for the binaural beats to work) guides you through a full body scan, followed by a healing light body scan and a guided visualization including a counting down process. It includes healing metaphors & ideas and space for inner healing work to take place followed by an hour of continued music and alpha to allow you to continue your inner work. The healing messages & metaphors are to help with body healing, inner well-being, reduced stress & related problems, as well as helping to calm your mind and to help you handle future stressful situations with less stress and anxiety. Make sure you only listen to this meditation when you are in a safe place where you can allow yourself to fully relax. Repeat this meditation daily for at least a month for the best results, to absorb and internalize the presented ideas and changes.

So just take a moment to allow your eyes to close and allow yourself to begin to relax and as you begin to comfortably relax,
I'm just going to tell this healing meditation in the background and while you follow along to this healing meditation,
You'll begin to experience a sense of deep relaxation and while you experience that deep,
Comfortable relaxation,
You can begin to allow yourself to just drift deeper into the experience and I don't know whether you'll do that to the sound of my voice or whether it'll be to the spaces between my words and as you continue to drift deeper and more comfortably into the experience,
My voice can take whatever form is most comfortable for you on this deep healing experience and you know that words can be powerful and healing,
You know that certain tonality,
Certain tones can resonate within you,
Through you,
All the way down to the core of your being,
So as you just listen to my voice in the background and make sure that your attention isn't required anywhere else,
That you can pay this your full attention and drift deeply and comfortably with it,
The tone of my voice can help to permeate through your body,
Permeating and deeply relaxing,
Healing from the top of your head to the tips of your toes and a part of you can think about what healing you'd like to achieve from this experience and be curious about how much of that healing is possible from a single listen and how much healing will take place over a number of times of listening deeply to this and while you listen along to this healing experience,
You can begin to relax as a body and you know that as you relax as a body,
Physical relaxation begins to reduce pain and discomfort,
It begins to reduce stress,
It begins to lower blood pressure,
It begins the process of inner well being and so you can now focus on the top of your head,
Focusing on what the top of your head feels like,
Focusing on sensations perhaps around the temple,
Around the forehead or maybe on the back of the head,
Maybe the back of your head is rested against something and you can be aware of that sensation,
And as you breathe in and breathe out deeper than each in breath,
By extending each out breath that you take,
And you don't have to put any real effort into that,
Just allowing it to naturally fall that each out breath is just a little bit longer than each in breath,
That triggers the relaxation response helping to speed up inner well being and so as you focus your attention down from the top of your head to the sides of your head and the lower back of your head,
Around your ears,
Around your cheeks,
Around your nose,
You can allow relaxation to continue as you go deeper and deeper down into the experience,
Allowing the relaxation to spread to the jaw,
And the jaw can gently relax,
The muscles can relax deeper and deeper and more comfortably and the lips can relax and go loose and limp,
The muscles around your face,
Around your eyes,
Around the side of your head,
Around your cheeks,
Your nose your chin can all begin to relax so peacefully,
So comfortably and deeply,
Deeper and deeper and as you follow that relaxation down,
Gently,
To the top of your neck,
The sides of your neck,
Softening,
Relaxing those muscles having a sense of the muscles relaxing gently down,
Around the front of your neck,
Down to your shoulders,
Allowing your shoulders to just slump slightly allowing the shoulders to become heavy,
Loose and limp and allowing the collar bone to relax,
The muscles around the top of your back to relax and become heavy,
Deeper and deeper and around the top of your chest,
And then down into your chest to relax,
Gently softening and I don't know whether the relaxation will begin to spread faster down the left arm,
Or the right arm but you can notice that as it happens and just look out for that and I wonder whether it will begin before you notice it or whether you notice it just as it starts to happen and which arm begins to relax the fastest and whether you notice that relaxation because of increased heaviness or perhaps a lightness to the arm,
Maybe it's a warmth or a coolness or a certain stillness that seems to set in as those arms relax deeper and deeper and while those arms relax deeper and deeper you can just allow the relaxation to continue down to the hands down through those wrists all the way down to the fingertips allowing those muscles through the arms,
The hands to soften and relax so deeply that they seem to almost become motionless perhaps feeling heavy,
Maybe being so motionless that you stop really having any awareness of them whenever your attention moves elsewhere and as your body is continuing to relax deeper and deeper so your breathing will be relaxing and slowing your out-breaths will be falling into a comfortable rhythm of being slightly longer than your in-breaths helping to trigger and maintain the relaxation response through your body and all of this will be helping to increase your inner well-being and your inner natural healing ability,
It will all be increasing the effectiveness and the efficiency and the working of your immune system it will be allowing any stress to stand out of the way of the effective functioning of yourself allowing comfort to move down through the body to the lower back around your sides,
Your stomach softening and relaxing,
Feeling a sense of peace through your body as it gently relaxes deeper and deeper down as your bottom begins to relax and your legs begin to gently relax deeper and deeper into the experience and while your body is continuing to relax deeper and become more and more peaceful so your mind will have the opportunity to still and quiet itself and it can begin without any effort on your part at all because all you're choosing to do is to focus on following along to what I'm saying,
Engaging with the process of developing and optimizing your inner healing and well-being allowing that relaxation to spread all the way down to the tips of your toes and then as the legs relax deeply and the feet gently soften and relax you can begin to notice a healing light as it starts to pass through from the top of your head perhaps warming your cheeks as it passes down through your head passing down and warming and softening almost gently massaging your shoulders and the back of your neck your upper arms down your lower arms to your fingertips allowing that healing light to continue its journey through your body going deeper and deeper than just the muscles but spreading that healing light to within every single cell as it passes that healing light can pass down through your body almost like it's sparkling,
Regenerating,
Rejuvenating like drinking the most refreshing drink that you can feel as it passes down through your body refreshing through your body,
Through every cell in your body breathing in peace,
Comfort,
Relaxation,
Inner well-being,
Healing breathing out any stress and tension and discomfort breathing in peace,
Comfort,
Healing,
Relaxation breathing out any stress and discomfort and allowing your body to just do that automatically and allowing the healing light to spread down to your lower back down into the tops of your legs and all the way down to the tips of your toes filling your entire body with that healing relaxed light of peace and then finding yourself moving on to relaxing your mind helping to connect the healing of your body with the healing of your mind having a sense of walking through a meadow and as you walk through that meadow you can see the grass,
The plants,
The different colours,
The movement as the breeze blows gently the peace of walking through the meadow,
The wildlife in the meadow and at the far end of the meadow you can encounter a broad stone staircase and as you arrive at that broad stone staircase so you can begin to slowly descend that staircase and as you descend that staircase I'm going to count down from 20 and you can go one twentieth of the way deeper into the experience with each count and on the count of one you can find yourself at the bottom of the staircase on the most beautiful beach 20 19 18 17 deeper and deeper 16 15 14 13 all the way 12 11 going deeper and deeper 10 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 all the way now deeper and deeper and one down on that beach now and as you step comfortably onto that beach you can notice what the ground feels like underneath each footstep that you take you can hear the sound of the sea as it rolls in onto the shore and just notice whether it's a rough sea or a calm sea what is that water like as it gently rolls in onto the shore and as you continue to walk along this seafront,
Walk along this seashore,
I wonder whether you can notice the salty smell to the air perhaps the sounds of seabirds and other sounds around you and you can allow yourself to be absorbed in the healing experience of walking along a beach and after a while,
You can see a place to sit down and so you can sit yourself down gently and rest back and allow your eyes to close and as your eyes close,
So you go even deeper and deeper into the experience,
Connecting on an even deeper level between my voice,
The presented ideas that I give all the way down to how you can connect with that on a cellular level to help with healing within your body and connecting on a psychological level,
On an understanding level where you can take my messages as you need to heal the mind and in any spaces between my words,
I don't know how much deeper you'll drift and float into the experience and how much more profound it'll make the experience and whether the effectiveness of this process will be enhanced by the words that I'm saying,
By the way you take and creatively use my words or by the work that you can do in the spaces between my words all the way,
That's it,
Making all the necessary changes deep inside yourself having the ability to do your inner work that's it and as you continue to rest there you can have a sense of scanning through your body and as you scan through your body,
From the top of your head to the tips of your toes all the way out to your fingertips and back to your core you can just allow any areas of physical healing to be highlighted,
Perhaps with a light or a colour or a glow,
Maybe a warmth or a coolness or some other sensation or signal scanning through your body,
Highlighting those areas of healing to take place and as you scan through your body,
You can notice those areas for healing to take place and just watch,
Almost as if you're outside of your body looking at yourself able to see where the healing within you is taking place watching as that healing happens maybe curious to see if you can notice the signs of the healing happening and the changes being made as that healing occurs and perhaps noticing an energy field or your inner field within you of well being and how that can change colour as you heal yourself and you can always enjoy this healing experience in your own unique way because it isn't about something that I do to you my role is just to facilitate just to help you to be in the right frame of mind and body to do your own inner work to do your own inner healing in your own way it isn't to dictate to you how you should do your inner healing but to just allow you the environment to be able to do it for yourself and so you can watch as you go through the experience of healing yourself maybe noticing those areas,
Noticing an energy field that shows the signs,
Maybe a change of colour in the locations where healing is needed or where there's disruptions in your inner energy and watch as those areas are addressed with what is possible here and now and as you continue that inner work and continue to just watch yourself going through that healing experience I'm just going to mention a few things in the background that are helpful for you on a non-conscious level to hear and understand because you'll know how to understand what I'm saying and I worked with somebody who told me that they had a perforated eardrum and this perforated eardrum meant that whenever they breathed in and out they heard a whistling coming from within their ear and they closed their eyes and they followed along to me guiding them inside and on awakening from the meditation,
On awakening from the experience they were breathing in an unusual way and they said that their ear was warm and so I asked them,
Why are they breathing in that unusual way?
And they said that when they opened their eyes they noticed that the whistling in their ear had gone and so they were breathing in and out sharper than normal to see if they could make that whistling appear because for years they'd never not had the whistling in their ear and they said that their ear was very warm and that now that whistling has gone and they had done their own inner healing I'd never told them how to do what they did I just helped them to be in a situation where they had greater control over their own inner working of their mind and body because every day,
A part of you deeply controls your mind and body,
Cell division keeping the heart beating just right keeping the breathing just right making adjustments based on what you're doing throughout the day and there are so many things that you do without any conscious awareness of how you do them your mind and body just knows how to get on with the task and do it for itself and there was someone who I met who had a bad back and they'd really struggled with this bad back and I took a few moments to present the idea to them that if they wanted to,
They could free themselves of that bad back as long as it was safe to do so because sometimes discomfort is a signal you need to listen to but other times discomfort is a signal for something that doesn't really need to have that signal and they understood this on some level and yet consciously they responded with some confusion not knowing how to follow what it was that I said and after a very,
Very short time they mentioned that their back pain had gone and they couldn't understand how only that it had happened automatically and so the aim of this experience isn't for me to somehow control you or to somehow tell you what you should or shouldn't do and how you should or shouldn't do that it's to just give you a situation where you're more in control of yourself than you normally realise where healing and change can happen spontaneously and you are more capable than you perhaps realise that you are and that,
In a work,
Can happen automatically and can continue each time you listen to this and it can continue on after you finish listening to this and I don't know whether you'll listen to this before bed and then the healing can continue on as you drift and float asleep and especially as you drift into your deep sleep which is the physically recuperative part of your sleep or whether you'll be listening to this as a meditation during the day where the healing can continue on at moments of drifting into daydreams when those daydreams naturally occur while the rest of the time you just enjoy your time doing whatever it is you normally would be doing and in a moment you can have a sense of standing up on that beach and walking around for a little bit until you find a clear sandy area near to the waters edge and you can find a stick,
A piece of driftwood that you can draw in the sand with and you can go down near enough to the waters edge that from time to time the water flows in onto the shore to where you're standing and as you find that location,
Now you can take that stick and you can write on that sand the number 3 you can hear the sound of writing that number 3 in the sand you can feel the sensations of sliding that stick through that sand and then watch that number 3 as the water rolls in onto the shore covers that 3 and as the water pulls back out while you still watch that space,
You can notice it's washed away the number 3 and then you can slowly,
Gently draw the number 2 with that stick the sound of drawing that number 2,
The feeling of drawing that number 2 and then the sound of that wave rolling up onto the shore rolling up over that number 2 and as that water rolls back away again so you can notice the number 2 is washed away and then you can write the number 1 on that sand the sound of writing the number 1,
The feeling of moving that stick through the sand and then waiting a moment as the water rolls in washes over that number 1 and then pulls back out leaving that number 1 erased and then you can write the word gone on the sand you can write the word gone and as you write that word so you can feel the sensations of the stick on that wet sand the sound of writing that word in the sand and then watching that word as the water rushes in,
Covers the word and as it pulls out,
So the word is gone and then you can walk a little way into the water of the sea and place that stick down in the sea and watch as it bobs up and down over the waves and gradually begins to slowly move out to sea bobbing further away from the shore as you walk back away from the seashore and sit on the sand a moment continuing to watch as the stick continues to move further and further away having a sense of the healing taking place in your body of this being a place you can come for inner healing resting on this beach,
On this magical island and as the sun begins to set so you can begin to notice the sky changing colour becoming more blue in one direction and deep shades of oranges and reds in the other direction and that sun seeming to get larger as it gets nearer to the horizon and beginning to dip behind the horizon as you begin to notice the stars appearing in the night sky maybe noticing the moon beginning to rise over the sea silver glow across the surface of the waves sparkling of the stars and that silver glow of the moon can seem to almost be beaming down a spotlight onto you and you can begin to absorb that healing light almost like you've got chakras through your body locations in your body that can be powered by that healing light as it passes through from the top of your head,
From your crown all the way down to the tips of your feet,
Passing all the way down through your body healing rejuvenating invigorating re-energizing making the changes that you want to make here today through you deep within you and I don't know whether they'll take effect immediately or whether it'll be something you notice a short while later or the next morning like with any meditation like this,
The effects increase and improve over time with repeated use as your unconscious gets used to the processes and to being able to best utilize what is contained within the meditation and so you can take some time now for a few moments to drift deeper and deeper into the experience resting back on that beach,
Closing your eyes feeling the sand beneath your hands feeling the temperature of the air,
The sound of the water and drifting deeper and deeper inside into the healing experience allowing yourself to take what you need from the experience to adapt with your own creativity this experience to what best suits you to understanding things in the way that is best for you making all the necessary changes honestly and fully,
In your own unique way and drifting and floating into a moment's peace and silence while you do that that's it and then as this experience begins to come to an end you can decide whether to awaken and carry on with your day or whether to drift deeper and deeper into the most peaceful profound sleep drifting and floating so deeply and soundly asleep sleeping fully and correctly through the night getting the right balance of dreaming sleep and deep recuperative sleep allowing you to awaken at the right point in your sleep cycle in the morning feeling so refreshed and revitalized with a deep sense of relaxed alertness and so you can decide whether you are going to awaken or drift asleep now

I love all of your meditations because you have such a soothing voice. This one is outstanding due to the combination of voice with music and the healing frequency that melds into a meditation that makes me believe that healing is inevitable.
