Hi there.

Today we're going to go on a little turtle adventure.

But first,

Let's get all the wiggles out of our bodies.

Stand up and shake,

Shake,

Shake.

Shake your hands,

Your arms,

Your legs.

Give them a shake and your whole body a shake.

Give it a shake like a silly jellyfish.

Wiggle your shoulders and make your whole body feel loose and free.

And now stop and take a breath in through your nose and let it out softly like you're blowing on a feather.

Let's do one more.

Breathe in through your nose and let it out softly through your nose.

Great job.

Now find a cozy comfy spot to sit or lie down like a calm turtle finding a safe place in the ocean.

Now that you are sitting down or lying down comfortably,

Let's help your body feel even more relaxed.

Close your eyes if you want to or look at something that helps you to relax.

Take a slow gentle breath in through your nose and as you continue breathing through your nose,

Imagine that you are breathing in calm sea energy.

Cool,

Peaceful and soothing.

And every time you breathe out let go of any tightness or tension from your body like a wave washing it all away.

Now let's continue breathing in this way as we bring our awareness to different parts of the body.

Imagine the calm sea energy right now all around your head.

Breathe in through your nose and as you breathe out through your nose let all the muscles in your head and eyes feel soft and relaxed.

Continue breathing gently through your nose as you feel your whole face relaxed.

Soften the mouth,

The eyes,

Your whole head relaxed.

Now let's move the soothing sea energy to your shoulders,

Arms and hands.

Breathe in gently through your nose and feel the energy making this area soft.

Breathe out and let your shoulders drop and feel heavy and calm.

Continue breathing gently through your nose as you feel your arms and hands heavy and calm all the way down to your fingers.

Now let's feel the calm sea energy at your tummy.

Feel how this area rises softly as you breathe in.

Calm sea energy fills it and as you breathe out through your nose imagine any tightness floating away like little bubbles in the water.

Continue breathing in this way in and out gently through your nose.

Feel your tummy soft and comfortable and now let's move the sea energy to the legs and feet.

Gently breathing in through your nose feel the sea energy here.

Breathe out and let the legs feel heavy and calm.

Continue breathing lightly as you feel really comfy in your legs.

Legs are soft and relaxed and now imagine feeling that beautiful calm sea energy over your whole body.

Whole body is calm and let that calm sea energy spread over your head all the way down to your toes.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Feel your whole body release and sink deeper.

Continue to breathe gently in and out through your nose.

Feel your body is soft and relaxed really comfy now just like a happy little turtle floating in the gentle ocean.

Feel your arms and legs all soft and heavy like they're resting in the water.

Imagine that you're a little turtle floating in a warm gentle ocean.

If you have any thoughts or worries you can imagine placing them into a special treasure chest beside you.

You can leave them there safe and sound while you relax.

Take a moment to gently imagine placing any worries or thoughts right now into your treasure chest and imagine closing the lid knowing you can come back to these later if you wish.

Now let's practice breathing like a calm sleepy turtle.

Take a soft breath in through your nose and let it out very gently through your nose.

Let's make the breaths really quiet so quiet that you can barely hear them.

In through your nose and softly out through your nose.

Keep breathing in this way.

Can you feel your body getting calmer just like a turtle floating peacefully?

That's it you're doing amazing.

Now imagine the ocean all around you.

The water is sparkly and warm and you feel safe as you float.

You see tiny little fish swimming by like little friends waving hello.

There's a big soft seaweed bed nearby and it looks so comfy.

Imagine yourself gently floating over to it resting on the seaweed like a turtle taking a break.

While you rest feel the ocean rocking you back and forth like a slow and gentle swing.

Continue to breathe slowly through your nose like little ocean waves.

The water is clear and you see sunlight dancing on the surface up above and this makes you feel all warm and happy inside and you just keep floating breathing softly and feeling the beautiful calm over your body.

You can think about what it feels like to be a turtle.

Safe,

Quiet,

Peaceful and free.

Just going with the flow of the ocean.

Now it's time to slowly swim back.

Imagine coming back up to the shore and now wiggle your fingers and toes just a little like a turtle paddling in the water.

You've just had an amazing turtle adventure.

Remember you can always float back to your ocean whenever you want to feel calm and peaceful.
