It is also the first thing you forget to do. That’s why the time is now to become aware of what you can do with breathing and music frequencies. By using specific sound frequencies, we are able to provide your inner energy system with proper attention and move you into a higher state of consciousness.

Hi everyone.

In this breathwork session we are going to breathe through seven energy centers or chakras in the body.

We start with the first chakra at the base of the spine and move all the way up to your higher awareness of your seven chakra.

We do seven cycles of deep breathing,

Alternated with breath holds on the out breath and the in breath.

The music is specifically composed by Kraut to guide you from the lower energy centers to your higher awareness.

Every chakra will have its own frequency,

Sounds,

Intensity and rhythm.

Let yourself flow on these sounds.

Just follow my guidance and you will know what to do.

Here we go.

Deeply in.

Release.

Deeply in.

Release.

Breathe in with your belly and your chest.

Full in breath.

Release.

Now bring your attention on the pelvic floor.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

With your full awareness at the pelvic floor at your first chakra.

Try to make yourself comfortable to feel safe with each in breath.

Ground yourself,

Feel your body and bring your awareness to the root chakra.

First chakra at the pelvic floor.

Breathe in fully and out.

In and out.

You probably feel changes in the energies in the body.

Tingling sensations in the hand or the feet or in the face.

This is part of the process.

Perfectly normal.

Keep on breathing in and out.

And feel.

This energy center is your connection to the earth.

The area of stability and safety.

Of good physical health.

Fully breathe in and out.

In and release.

Find your own rhythm.

Find your own depth of breathing.

And keep on going.

Three more breaths.

Three.

Two.

Last full breath in.

And now you breathe fully out and hold at the end of the hour.

Om.

Completely relax and be aware.

And now you breathe fully in and hold at the end of the in-breath.

You bring the energy up from the pelvic floor,

Through your belly,

Through your heart,

Into the third eye and hold it there.

Bring the energy from the pelvic floor all the way up into the light of your intuitive wisdom.

Your third eye.

And now let go.

There we go for the second cycle.

Fully in,

Relax.

Fully in,

Totally release on the out-breath.

Bring yourself into the rhythm again and feel into the body.

Feel your breath.

And now bring your attention to the second chakra around your pubic bone.

The area of sexuality,

Of vitality.

Keep on breathing and focus on the second chakra.

A beautiful cycle of breath and awareness in the area of your vitality and sexual energy.

The area of desire,

The area of fulfillment.

Breathe fully in,

Belly and chest.

Release.

Breathe fully in and release.

Let all the life force in,

All the prana and release on the out-breath.

Surrender on the out-breath.

And if you encounter tensions or blockages,

Just breathe towards them and surrender on the out-breath.

Breathe towards any tension in the body,

In the emotions or in the mind.

Release,

Surrender on the out-breath.

You can even move your pelvis,

Your hips while you breathe in and out.

Bring in and out and move your hips.

Fully in.

Stay aware of your second chakra.

Three more deep breaths.

Three.

Two.

Last deep breath in.

Completely out.

Hold at the end of the out-breath.

Be aware of the energy around your pubic bone.

And just be the witness.

On that silent mind space,

Feel the energy in the body.

And just be aware.

Allow it to be there.

And now when you breathe in,

You bring all that energy all the way up to your third eye in the light of your third eye.

Breathe in.

Hold.

All that vitality you breathe into the wisdom of your third eye.

Hold.

Feel the openness of your chest.

Openness of your heart.

And let go.

Next cycle of deep breathing.

Get yourself into the rhythm again.

Feel the breath.

Feel the body.

When you feel the body,

Your mind becomes quiet and still.

Be with the rhythm.

Be with your breath.

And be with your body.

And now bring your attention to the area of your third chakra,

Your solar plexus,

Just above your navel.

And breathe into that.

When you breathe in.

Breathe in.

Into the belly.

Into the solar plexus.

And release.

Breathe in.

Release.

This is the area of your inner fire.

Of your strength.

Of your passion.

Try to feel what energy is in the belly at this moment.

And breathe.

Breathe and fear.

Hold the belly with each in-breath and surrender on the out-breath.

And let go of the inner fire.

Build up the fire with each in-breath and let go on the out-breath.

Make it stronger and stronger.

And deeper and deeper.

And if you feel emotions,

Pleasurable or not pleasurable,

You breathe towards it.

If you feel tensions,

You breathe towards it.

And you can open up with each in-breath and relax with each out-breath.

Open up the gut feeling.

Open up this area of fire.

And breathe.

Breathe into your belly.

In and out.

Fully fill up.

And release.

Three more breaths.

Three.

Two.

One.

Last deep breath in.

Fully out.

Hold the empty breath with an empty mind.

You are aware of the energy in your belly in your third chakra.

Be completely still.

Be the witness.

Now breathe the energy from your belly through your heart,

Through your throat into the higher awareness of your third eye.

And hold.

Breathe in.

Hold.

Hold the in-breath.

Connect the belly to the third eye.

And release the out-breath.

And breathing in,

Full cycles of breath.

Fully in.

And release.

Completely fill up the chest and the belly with each in-breath.

The more you can breathe in this life force,

This prana,

The more you can let go on your out-breath.

Pay attention to the area of your beautiful heart,

Your fourth chakra.

Breathe into the heart space.

Give space to your heart with each in-breath.

And relax your heart with each out-breath.

Your heart is the connection between you and everything.

It's right in the middle of your body,

Connecting your lower chakras with your higher awareness.

Love is the connection between you and everything.

And roll in.

And release.

Fully fill up into the heart area.

And release.

Fully in.

Breathe and sense.

Breathe and feel your heart.

And again,

If you feel resistance,

Breathe towards it.

And open it up with each in-breath.

Slowly but steadily,

Breathe in.

Release.

Breathe in into this area of love and compassion,

Of connection.

And maybe you can even open your arms.

Open your chest.

Move your chest up with each in-breath.

Breathe in fully into the heart.

And release.

And surrender.

And sometimes there's pain in the heart.

Breathe towards that.

Embrace it with each in-breath.

And release it with each out-breath.

Let everything be there and breathe in.

Three more deep breaths.

Three.

Two.

Three.

Two.

Three.

Two.

Three.

Three.

Three.

Three.

Three.

Two.

Last full breath in.

Completely in.

And then completely out.

And hold at the end of the out-breath.

In complete stillness.

Hold.

Be with your heart.

And now breathe all that beautiful heart energy up into the third eye.

And hold it there.

Connect your wisdom of your heart with your higher intuitive wisdom.

And hold it there.

Feel that connection.

Let go.

Next cycle of deep breathing.

First concentrate on the breath again.

Fully in.

Release.

Fully in.

Surrender.

No pause between in- or out-breath.

Continue your cycle of deep connected breathing.

Now bring your attention to the fifth chakra.

The area of your throat.

Maybe open your mouth a bit more.

And breathe in fully.

Concentrating on the throat area.

The area of communicating your authentic truth to the world.

Breathe fully in.

You can even make a sound on the out-breath through the throat.

Fully in.

And make a sound that feels right for you.

Maybe even tilt your head back.

Open the throat area.

Breathe in.

Open it up.

Release on the out-breath.

Everything that is in your heart.

You communicate through your throat.

Communicate your truth to the world.

Fully open your mouth.

And breathe in fully.

Three more deep breaths.

Three.

Two.

Last full breath in.

Completely out.

Hold.

Be aware of the area of your throat.

Be aware from open,

Loving awareness.

Be aware of every bodily sensation.

And emotion.

And now breathe fully in.

Through the throat,

Again into the third eye.

And hold.

Connect the throat with your third eye.

And let go.

Deep,

Connected breathing again.

Fully in.

Release.

Fully in.

Release.

Bring your attention up to your third eye.

Area between your eyebrows.

And concentrate on that area.

And breathe in through the third eye.

And out.

Again,

Fully in.

And out.

Fully breathing in.

Strong with a subtle feeling in the third eye.

This is the area of your intuition,

Of wisdom and visual insights.

This is also the area of your pineal gland.

It is a sense organ,

A light.

Maybe you can even see that light.

Or imagine that light in the forehead.

Breathing in.

Out.

Breathing in.

Out.

And if you have visions,

Be completely aware of them.

If you see a light in the forehead,

Be completely aware and keep on breathing.

Just breathe with them.

And stay open and relaxed.

And be aware of what your higher wisdom wants to communicate to you.

Fully in.

Release.

Fully in.

Into the third eye.

Release.

Open that area of intuition and wisdom.

And stay with your breath.

Three more deep breaths.

Three.

Two.

Last deep breath in.

And release.

And hold at the end of the hour breath.

And hold.

Just be aware of your own awareness.

Of your own light.

In complete stillness.

And now breathe fully in.

Concentrate on that white light.

And just be.

And release.

And start breathing in normally.

Keep on cycling the deep breathing with no intensity.

Last deep than before.

A beautiful cycle of in and out breath.

Concentrating on the top of the head.

This is the connection to the divine.

You breathe in towards the universe.

And you breathe out into the body again.

Through the crown chakra.

You can imagine a white lotus on top of the head.

A white light.

And you breathe in through that white light.

That white lotus.

And out.

A long slow breathing very subtly through the top of the head.

Breathing in.

And releasing on the hour breath.

Feeling the connection to your higher self.

Being an open loving awareness.

With all the sensations in your body.

All your emotions.

In loving awareness.

No thinking.

Just feeling.

Just being.

And relax.

Deeply relax.

And relax.

And know that this is really you.

And you can stay in this meditative mind state for as long as you want.

Maybe sit up for a meditation.

Or just keep lying down.

And relax.
