Along the path of freedom and awakening we are continuously being called to release and let go of the small and the limited; thought patterns, opinions, judgments, habits, and so forth. That we may forever allow for greater and grander expressions of who and what we are to emerge. Being willing to take on this inner work, is a beautiful and powerful key that allows this continuous transformation to happen with ease and grace. I invite you to join me as we explore what it means to be willing.

Blessings and welcome to the path to freedom.

The path to freedom is all about us waking up to whom and what we are.

It is all about us allowing for great and grand expressions of that who and what to emerge and it is all about us allowing for the peace and the love and the joy and the harmony and the abundance and the wholeness,

The beauty,

The intelligence,

The bliss,

The expansion,

The progression that is inherent within us,

That is the truth and the essence of who and what we are and that is inherent in every single moment to well up from within us.

And so the theme for today is willingness is a major key.

Forgiveness is a major key.

And this has something to do with the work that we are being called to do along the path of awakening,

Along the path of freedom.

As we say yes to becoming conscious participants in the unfolding and in the growth and in the expansion of who and what we are,

As we say yes to consciously participate in allowing for greater and grand expressions of who and what we are to emerge,

We are being called to do an enormous amount of inner work.

And that work mostly consists of us releasing and letting go of the small and the limited,

Of thought patterns,

Habits,

Opinions,

Judgments,

Point of views,

Perceptions,

Perspectives that no longer serve us,

The small and the limited.

And so what this means is that continuously and continually we are being called to challenge everything that we think we know,

Everything that we believe.

It may have served us in the past,

But it is not serving us now.

And to do this work and to go through these painstaking processes and these painstaking spaces of seeming darkness,

Of seeming confusion,

Of creating and sustaining and stabilizing new habits,

Habits that serve us,

Of practicing and practicing and practicing and practicing,

This requires a large amount of discipline.

And that discipline can only come when we are willing,

When we are willing to do this inner work because the freedom and the peace and the love and the joy and the harmony and the wholeness that is independent of conditions and circumstances,

They do not come for free and they do not come cheap,

But they come at a price and a high price at that.

And that high price is for us to continuously release and let go of the small and the limited.

It is for us to continuously turn our attention toward what we want as opposed to what we don't want.

It is about us setting intentions or catching visions for our lives,

Giving them permission to guide and lead and move us.

And so we need to be willing to surrender.

Surrender is not about waving a white flag.

It is not about acquiescing.

It is not about yielding.

It is not about submitting,

But it is only about making a conscious choice to get out of the way,

To release and let go of control,

To release and let go of trying to figure out how a certain demonstration or a certain manifestation is to happen or when it is to happen or why it is to happen.

And come back to surrender,

Come back to saying,

Thy will be done,

Knowing and feeling and trusting that Spirit is benevolent,

That Spirit is always for us,

But that we give Spirit,

That we give God the reins so that we can just enjoy the ride,

So that we can just tag along,

Giving Spirit permission to move us in whichever direction Spirit deems to be for the highest good.

So we need to be willing.

We need to truly be willing to do the inner work.

And I remember the first time that I consciously went into a personal growth that was not about spirituality back then,

But it was a personal growth process.

It's a long,

Long,

Long,

Long,

Long,

Long time ago.

And I remember I was sitting on a chair in our kitchen,

Me and my girlfriend at the time,

And she had called my attention to the fact that I needed to make some changes.

I needed to change if we were to stay together.

And I remember sitting on that chair and I remember being terrified,

Terrified.

And I even remember asking her or saying to her that,

What if I don't like the person that I will end up being?

What if I move into this process and things about me that I really like,

What if they are washed away?

What if they are dissolved?

And she looked at me and she smiled and she said something like,

None of the good that you are can ever be diminished or dissolved by you growing.

That growth is always about not enhancing,

But cultivating and giving permission to that good and to more good to emerge.

And so I went into that process and well,

Here I am,

And I'm loving who I am more than ever before.

So willingness is a major key.

We need to be willing to do the work.

But before we need to be willing,

We need to have some faith.

We need to have faith in the process.

We need to have faith,

Not necessarily in ourselves,

But in spirit and the goodness and the benevolence of spirit that is eternally flowing in through and as us as we in spirit are one.

So willingness is a major key.

Until the next time,

I bless,

Bless,

Bless your day and I bless,

Bless,

Bless your way.

Namaste.
