Every single day we are faced with choices to make... many choices. Every one of these choices includes a Yes and a No. Whenever we say yes to something, we are at the same time saying no to something else, and vice versa whenever. From time to time, we are wise to stop and ask ourselves, "What am I saying yes to?" We want to make sure that we are saying yes more to that which serves us than to that does not serve us. I invite you to join me as we explore this beautiful practice.

The blessings and welcome to the path to freedom.

My name is Daniel Roquillo and as always I'm deeply grateful and honored that you're choosing to join me,

That you're choosing to participate in the moment of expanding our consciousness and raising our vibration.

Today's topic is what are we saying yes to?

What are we saying yes to?

And this has something to do with the fact that we're always making choices.

In every single moment we're making choices.

Some of the choices are trivial and insignificant,

Seemingly,

And others are major and important.

And in every choice that we make there is a yes and a no.

In every choice that we make we're saying yes to something and we're saying no to something else.

Now,

Yes and no,

These are not separate,

But they are like two sides of the coin.

You can't have a yes without a no and you can't have a no without a yes.

But the thing is that we need to be aware of what it is that we're saying yes to.

And we need to be aware,

Simultaneously,

Of what it is that we're saying no to.

And for those of us who are having intentions and visions in life,

These,

As we've talked about in an earlier session,

About how an intention works on the spiritual level and on the human level,

And on the human level an intention or a vision or a goal or a dream helps us navigate.

They help us make conscious choices.

They help us discern which way to take,

What choice to make,

Which choices are in alignment with that vision,

And which choices are not in alignment with that vision.

And so as we move through life,

As we move along the path of awakening and as we move along the path of freedom and the path of manifestation,

All these paths,

There are many many many choices that we're making.

And we're wise to stop and contemplate and become aware of if I'm making this choice,

Let's say that I'm faced with two alternatives,

And if I choose the first alternative,

What is it that I'm saying yes to?

Where does this path lead?

Does making this choice put me in alignment on the path toward my vision?

In other words,

Am I saying yes to my vision?

Am I saying yes to my intention?

Or does it put me on a path away from the vision or the intention?

And in that case,

Am I saying no to my intention?

Am I saying no to my vision?

And so asking ourselves,

What is it that I'm saying yes to,

Ultimately,

Helps us discern and it helps us become aware of which choices that we make that truly serve us,

And which choices that we make that do not serve us.

And it can be that we're asked to go to dinner with a bunch of people,

But we perhaps do not quite feel like going,

Because maybe we sense that we could use that time to go into meditation or to go into stillness or to do some soul nourishing,

Taking care of our soul,

Taking care of our spiritual needs.

So should we say yes to that invitation to go to dinner?

That perhaps is not in alignment with us seeking to wake up.

These individuals that perhaps ask us to come to dinner,

They perhaps are not on this path.

And so we know that were we to go to that dinner,

The conversation would not be in high vibration.

Perhaps they're gossiping and complaining and bemoaning rather than talking about visions and intentions and high vibrations and high consciousness,

Expanding consciousness topics.

So what are we saying yes to?

What are we saying no to?

Because inherent in every yes,

There is a no.

Inherent in every no,

There is a yes.

Like I said,

These are two sides of the same coin.

So asking this question gives us the ability and gives us the power to choose more consciously.

We are not obliged to fulfill another's need.

If someone wants us to go to dinner and we say no and they get upset,

That is not on us.

It is not on us.

The only thing we are responsible,

And that is you and me and everybody on this planet,

Is ourselves,

Our well-being,

Our lives.

And we are on this path of awakening.

Our main responsibility is for us to keep awakening,

Which means that the farther along we come,

The more conscious we need to be about what we're making choices about,

What kind of choices that we're making.

Because we cannot afford to simply go with the mainstream.

We cannot simply afford to do what everybody else is doing.

And we cannot simply afford to do what we've always been doing.

If we want to keep awakening,

We need to allow for a new us,

A new version of who and what we are to emerge.

And with that new version comes new choices.

So we inevitably come face to face with needing.

We don't have to,

But we need to if we want to keep growing,

If we want to keep expanding,

If we want to keep allowing for these greater and greater expressions.

We inevitably come face to face with needing to make higher and higher choices,

More and more conscious choices.

So we may have made the same choice over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again in the past.

But now,

As we become more aware,

As our priorities have shifted from perhaps appeasing another or seeking validation or seeking approval or seeking love,

To doing what others think that we should do or what they want us to do,

To more and more come back to what do I need for me?

What do I want for me?

Regardless of what they think,

They may think whatever they think,

But that is not on me.

That has nothing to do with me.

That is not them.

It's their opinions,

It's their judgments,

It's their point of views,

It's their stories,

Made up stories.

So what choices do I need to make to honor me and to honor my intention,

To honor my vision?

And these are the ones we want to say yes to.

And gradually,

With us,

Become more and more able to say no to those choices that do not serve our visions,

Our intentions,

That are not in alignment with them,

That do not lead us along the path toward the manifestation of the good that we desire.

This takes courage,

And it's not easy.

It's not easy,

Because we may have many years' history of making choices for others as opposed to for ourselves.

But the good thing is that as every single moment is a new beginning,

As every single moment offers a fresh start,

The moment we set the intention to begin to make conscious choices,

The moment we set the intention to begin to be conscious of what we're saying yes to and what we're saying no to,

In that moment,

Our vibration is being raised,

Our consciousness is being expanded,

And the whole universe begins to rise up to meet us there.

So what are we saying yes to?

When we open that bottle of beer or that bag of chips or when we go to that fast food restaurant,

What are we saying yes to?

When we go for a run,

When we do yoga,

When we do niya,

When we sit in meditation,

What are we saying yes to?

So that's my invitation to all of us,

That we become more aware of what it is that we're saying yes to and what it is we're saying no to.

Are we saying yes to that which is in alignment with who we want to be,

Where we want to go,

What we want to see manifested,

The good that we desire,

Or are we saying yes to something that is not in alignment with that?

This is a fun game we can play around all this.

And that's the point of life,

To have fun.

In the exploration and the growth and the unfoldment,

It's about having fun,

It's about bringing joy into all of it.

So thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you so,

So much for tuning in,

For listening,

For participating.

Until the next time,

I bless,

Bless,

Bless your day and I bless,

Bless,

Bless your way.

Beautiful,

Magnificent,

Radiant,

Powerful,

Conscious being.

Namaste.
