As we move along the path of awakening, we are wise to, from time to time, stop and ask ourselves - what are we leaving in our wake? What is our legacy? When we leave this place, what have we contributed to? Have we contributed to making this world a better place for all, or have we contributed to making it a worse place for all? Are we raising the collective vibration, or are we lowering it? I invite you to join me as we explore these questions in a field of love, kindness, and compassion.

Blessings and welcome to the path to freedom.

My name is Daniel Rocchio and as always,

I'm very grateful that you're choosing to tune in,

That you're choosing to participate,

That you're choosing to join me in a moment of expanding our consciousness and raising our vibration in a field of love and peace and joy and harmony and wholeness and all of the good stuff that is what God is.

And so the theme for today is actually a question.

And that question is,

What are we leaving in our wake?

And along this path of awakening and along this path of freedom,

We're wise to,

From time to time,

Stop and sort of get our bearings right.

And also sort of take a good and honest look at ourselves and what we're doing with our lives.

Because when we leave this place,

We wanna make absolutely sure that we're leaving the place better than when we came into this place.

In other words,

We wanna make sure that we have contributed to making this place a better place,

A more loving place,

A more kind place,

A more generous place,

A more compassionate place than when we came in.

We do not wanna move through life dragging others down.

We do not wanna move through this incarnation contaminating the consciousness,

Contracting consciousness.

But when we leave here,

We wanna leave this place a better place.

And so a beautiful question to ask on a regular basis is,

What am I leaving in my wake?

What am I doing with my life?

What is my legacy?

What am I leaving behind?

Is this place becoming better because I am here?

Or is this place becoming worse because I am here?

What am I contributing to?

Am I contributing to a more generous and loving and kind place?

Or am I contributing to more fearful and stingy and egoic place?

And this is not an exercise in judgment or self-criticism or anything like that,

But this is merely an exercise in awareness.

Sort of like a runner gets a sort of lap time for every lap that the runner runs,

The runner gets a sort of gauge and an estimate,

A telltale sign as to how fast they are running.

And perhaps they need to speed up,

Perhaps they need to slow down to keep their pace.

And this is exactly what we're doing.

From time to time,

We are wise to stop and simply gauge where we're at.

Can we do more?

All right,

So I'm doing all this stuff.

I'm contributing,

I'm being generous,

I'm being loving,

I'm being kind,

I'm being compassionate,

I'm being forgiving.

I'm truly contributing to creating a world that works for everyone.

But can I do more?

Am I slacking?

Is there something that I know that I need to do that I'm being called to do,

But that I am for whatever reason,

I'm putting off?

Am I procrastinating?

Am I waiting for that perfect condition before I make my move?

And these are not for us to feel bad about ourselves if we discover that perhaps we can do more,

Or if we perhaps are discovering that we are a weight on the world.

But this is for us to get our lives straight,

To begin to make even higher choices.

And so that is my invitation to you as you sit in a moment of meditation,

As you are in a space and a place where you can be with this question or these questions for some time,

I invite you to invite them in,

To ask them and simply observe what rises up from within you,

What comes into your awareness,

What comes into your consciousness.

And whatever comes up,

I invite you to be loving and kind toward yourself.

And from the space of being loving and kind and from embracing and allowing whatever comes to be as it is,

You can now make new choices as each moment is a new beginning.

Whenever we become aware of something,

We can make a new choice,

A higher choice,

Go off in a new direction.

So that's my invitation.

Thank you so much for participating.

Thank you so,

So much for tuning in,

For joining me.

Until the next time,

I bless,

Bless,

Bless your day and I bless,

Bless,

Bless your way.

Beautiful,

Magnificent,

Radiant being.

Namaste.
