Walking this wonderful Path to Freedom is not a one-and-done thing. Living in this beautiful field of ever-expanding love, peace, joy, harmony, wholeness, and abundance does not happen overnight. But this truly is a way of life, a way of moment-to-moment living. I invite you to join me as we explore this new way of living that we are allowing to emerge from within.

Blessings and welcome to the path to freedom and this yet another beautiful session where we get to expand our consciousness and lift our vibration as is what this beautiful path is all about,

Releasing,

Letting go of that which no longer serves,

The small,

The limited so that we may soar and shine and glow in ways beyond anything that we've ever imagined before.

My name is Daniel Rojillo and I'm always,

And as always,

I'm deeply grateful and honored that you are choosing to join me,

That you're choosing to tune into this space,

That you're choosing to walk this path,

That you're willing to do this work because this is work.

This truly is work and this is actually the topic for today.

It's quite a long topic.

The topic is something along the lines of walking this path to freedom.

This is a way of life or it is a way of life.

And I was teaching a class last year and in the evaluation,

When the class was over,

In the evaluation,

One of the students said something that had not really occurred to me.

They said that one of the things that they had got the most out of this class was that this is a way of life,

That this is not about just setting aside time in the early morning or in the evening to go into meditation or to do affirmations or go into prayer or whatever our practice is,

But this is a way of life.

Even in between those,

Those are sacred moments.

I mean,

Meditation,

Morning meditation,

Morning prayer,

Evening routines,

Evening meditation,

Evening prayer,

These are sacred practices and these are practices that we need to lean into if we want to walk this path.

But we must not forget those moments in between,

As I call them.

We must not forget,

We cannot forget that every moment offers an opportunity for us to practice.

Every single moment offers an opportunity for us to become still,

To come to full stop,

To turn our attention within,

To come back to gratitude,

To come back to the breath,

To come back to affirmations,

To come back to prayer,

To come back to all the beautiful practices that we have that actually do raise our vibration,

That actually do expand our consciousness.

Every single moment,

Every single time we become aware of having been hijacked by a thought form,

A judgment,

An opinion,

A point of view,

A belief,

A story,

Something that gives rise to negativity within us,

Resentment,

Resistance,

Anger,

Jealousy,

Envy,

Every time we become aware of these,

That's an invitation for us to look,

To come to full stop,

To turn within,

Come back to the breath,

And look at the judgment,

Look at the story,

Witness and observe the content that is flowing through our mind relentlessly,

Incessantly.

And as we become aware,

As we embrace and allow,

Which simply means that we refrain from judging the judgment,

We release our opinions about the content that we are becoming aware of,

And as we witness and observe,

Look at it,

Listen at it,

What is it saying?

What are these stories saying?

And what is the underlying belief?

Why is it that I'm getting this upset?

Why is it that I'm holding on to this resentment?

What is the story underneath that is telling me that I have something to gain,

That I stand to benefit from giving power to these thought forms,

To these emotions?

So as we begin to become aware,

As we begin to embrace and allow,

And witness and observe,

This allows us now to make a new choice,

To break free from that old habitual reaction.

As many of us are moving through life as sleepwalkers,

Or as I've been prone to say,

Like mindless reactionary drones,

Just giving whatever emotion,

Whatever thought form,

The power to hijack us,

To hold us hostage,

To run us in endless reaction.

So we're in an endless,

Ceaseless reactionary mode.

So this being a way of life means that we need to be on our spiritual toes,

In a sense.

We need to be alert,

We need to be vigilant,

We need to be more or less constantly listening in on our minds,

Semi-conscious of the thought forms,

The content that flows through our minds all of the time,

So that we may stop ourselves,

So that we may set ourselves free.

Whereas before we perhaps were pulled into reaction,

The moment a thought form came into,

Let's say a judgment about what someone else did or did not do,

The moment that judgment popped up into our awareness,

We were just pulled into it and gave it all permission to take us down a path of negativity,

Of anger,

Resentment,

All these kind of lower vibration reactions.

But now,

As we are making walking this path a way of life,

We're now on our toes,

We look,

We listen,

We have the intention to not only set ourselves free,

But to stay free,

Obviously to the best of our ability.

But if we don't choose it,

If we are not willing to do this work,

It's not going to get done.

No one is going to do it for us.

We can read all the books,

We can go to all the seminars,

We can take all the classes,

We can have the best teachers in the world.

But if we are not willing to do the work,

If we are not willing to moment by moment by moment seek to make conscious choices,

Seek to make choices that are in alignment with what we wish to experience,

Nothing is going to change.

And the principles of transformation,

They remind us of this,

And they are crystal clear.

If we want anything to change,

This is the first principle,

If we want anything to change,

We need to change.

We need to change something,

A way of thinking,

A way of moving through the world,

A way of showing up,

A habit,

Whatever,

We need to change.

The second principle reminds us that unless we change,

Nothing is ever going to change.

As long as we stay the same,

Everything is going to stay the same.

And the third principle reminds us that in the moment we begin to change,

The moment we give a new choice,

The moment we make a new choice,

The moment we make a new choice,

A higher choice,

Everything begins to change.

Because now,

When we make a new choice,

We have now set a new direction for our lives.

We are now on a different trajectory.

We are now going in the same direction as we were before.

And as we are now taking a new route through life,

Everything will begin to change.

It might not change instantly,

The reaction,

Or in the moment we make a new choice,

We are locking on to a higher possibility for our lives,

Or a lower possibility,

Depending on which kind of choice we are making.

But we are locking on to a different possibility.

And so we are beginning to move in a different direction.

Now,

In the external world,

In the material world,

In this physical world,

It takes time sometimes before the changes begin to become visible,

Right?

But every single moment offers an opportunity for us to make a higher choice,

To make a choice that we have not made before.

Every single moment in our lives offers an opportunity for us to say yes to something new,

To begin to move in a new direction.

But we need to make these choices,

We need to make use of these moments,

Moment by moment choices,

Being aware,

Moment by moment by moment.

This is a way of life,

It is not for 30 minutes of meditation in the morning,

And then forgetting about it the rest of the day.

30 minutes of meditation,

Half an hour of meditation in the morning,

It's beautiful,

It's awesome,

But it's probably better.

I heard Eckhart Tolle say at one point that it is much better,

It serves us more,

As I would say today,

It serves us more to perhaps skip the meditation in the morning and seek to be very present in every single moment of our days than to be in meditation for half an hour in the morning and then completely forget about the nowness of this moment during the rest of the day.

The more aware we are,

The more anchored as is the second pillar of freedom,

Practicing the presence,

Finding a way to come back to the nowness of this moment over and over and over and over and over again,

So that this is where we live,

This is where we move from the nowness of this moment,

Fully present,

Fully alert,

Not labeling,

Not judging,

Not having opinions,

Embracing and allowing everything to be what it is,

As it is,

Recognizing that everything is nothing until we make it something,

Being in that witness and observing mode where we continuously monitor,

Listen,

Look at our minds and the content that is flowing through it,

So that we may free ourselves from being hijacked by that which does not serve,

By that which is not in alignment with what we wish to experience and begin to choose that which is in alignment with what we wish to experience.

It's not all that easy in the beginning,

It's simple,

Yes,

Not always easy,

But it gets easier,

It's easier.

As we build our attention muscles,

As we strengthen our presence muscles,

We become more and more present,

Aware,

And we are more and more capable,

Able to turn our attention away from what we don't wish to experience to what we wish to experience,

Thus raising our vibration,

Thus expanding our consciousness.

This is a way of life.

Every single moment offers an opportunity for us,

Calls us,

Invites us to release and let go of something,

To become aware of something,

To make a new choice,

A higher choice.

So this is a way of life,

We need to be willing to live this life,

We need to say yes to it,

And we need to choose it moment by moment by moment to the very best of our ability,

Not ever stopping choosing,

Not ever stopping choosing.

Thank you so so much for tuning in,

Until we meet again,

I bless bless bless our ways and I bless bless bless our days,

Knowing that all is well,

Knowing that something wonderful is happening,

That everything is working for our highest good.

I forgot the invitations,

I forgot the questions,

You're free to set your own invitations and find your own questions,

And I also forgot to invite you to invite others into this space.

Now I've done that.

Until we meet again,

Much love,

Many blessings,

Namaste.

Thank you Daniel for the moments in between. It's a work in progress for me. I was told some time ago, " It works if you work it". Namaste
