Affirmations are a beautiful way of raising our vibration to the level where the good that we desire flows into our lives with ease and grace.In this session, I share my three most loved affirmations to instantly pull me out of any egoic reaction and put me in vibrational alignment with only good flowing into my life. I invite you to join me and to allow these powerful affirmations to begin to work their magic in your life too.

Blessings and welcome to the path to freedom.
This path about us waking up to who and what we are,
About us allowing for ever greater and greater expressions of that who and what to emerge,
And about us allowing for the peace and the love and the joy and the harmony and the wholeness and the abundance and the beauty and creativity that is fully present in every single moment,
In every single space and place,
And within each and every single one of us,
For all of that to emerge and to well up from within us.
The theme for this particular session is three powerful affirmations to catalyst your vibration.
Three powerful affirmations to catalyst your vibration.
This has something to do with how the universe operates and how there is only order in the cosmos and that whatever we are in vibrational alignment with will and must come into our experience.
Whatever we habitually think about or talk about or feel about,
That is what we're calling forth into our experience.
That's the fundamental principle behind all kinds of affirmations,
To put us in a certain vibration,
A vibration that calls forth the corresponding manifestation and demonstration.
And so these three powerful affirmations that this session is all about,
These are my three go-to affirmations.
I use them all of the time and I've been using them for a long,
Long time and I absolutely love them.
I absolutely love them.
And so these three,
I'm going to name them first and then I'm going to talk a little bit about them and what they mean and what they do to us.
So these three,
The first one is all is well,
So peace be still.
That's the first one.
The second one is something wonderful is always happening.
And the last and final one is everything is working for the highest good.
If you've joined me in any of the other sessions,
You've probably heard me name one or all of these numerous times because I use them a lot.
They have become a part of my vocabulary.
So I use them even when I'm not affirming in particular,
But in my ordinary,
In my day to day,
In my moment to moment speech,
They sort of tumble in because I'm so used to using them.
And with all these,
These three are different aspects of the fundamental principle that God is good.
We may have judgments,
We may have opinions,
We may have thoughts as to what should and should not be.
We may have perceptions as to what we would like for to be or not to be.
But underneath all of this,
God is good.
Or if you don't like the word God,
We can use the word spirit.
If you don't like the word spirit,
We can use the words divine matrix.
If you don't like that,
We can use the unified field,
Infinite intelligence,
We can use whatever wording,
Whatever description we want to use to describe this presence,
This loving presence.
But the fundamental quality of this loving presence is that it is good.
It is for everything.
It's forever for itself,
Never against anything.
And so oftentimes as humans,
As we get caught up in time,
Past and future,
We have perhaps experienced something in the past and we have labeled it bad or negative or something else.
And we cling to that story.
We cling to our story of what happened and how it was not supposed to be that way or how it was supposed to be in another way.
Or we have projections,
We have thoughts,
Ideas,
Perceptions about the future.
And these stories and projections and thoughts,
They elicit fear and worry and doubt.
All arising from a sense of scarcity,
From a sense of separation,
From a sense of me not being enough.
And so there's a lot of fear and there's a lot of doubt and there's a lot of worry.
But underneath all of this,
Regardless of what we think of what has happened what is happening,
What may come to happen,
Regardless of our thoughts about it,
Everything is for good.
Because God is good and God is everywhere.
So that goodness is everywhere.
And so these three powerful affirmations,
What they do is that they bring us out of time,
Out of our perceptions,
Out of our opinions and out of our judgments to come back to the fundamental truth that there is only good.
Everything is working for the expansion of everything.
Everything is working for the expansion of consciousness.
And so as we use these affirmations,
And please be aware when we're talking about using affirmations,
Using an affirmation once or twice every now and then,
It is not going to do anything for us.
But an affirmation only works if we come back to it,
If we lean into it over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.
It is the repetition,
The repetition to the point where it becomes habitual.
The repetition to the point where we no longer need to think about using it.
That is when the affirmation really begins to work us.
Because then we have integrated the essence,
The message of that affirmation.
We have integrated it,
We have embodied it,
And it has become a part of our predominant vibration.
And then,
It begins to work us not only when we use it but all of the time.
So all of these three,
All is well,
So peace be still.
Something wonderful is always happening and everything is working for the highest good.
What they do to us is that they bring us out of our perception,
Of our judgments,
Of our point of views to come back to the truth,
The absolute truth that in every single moment something wonderful is happening.
In every single moment all is good.
In every single moment everything is working for the highest good.
So we get to release our negative charges,
Our negative thought patterns as to what is,
What seems to be on the surface.
We get to step back,
We get to step out of time.
And through stepping out of time,
Through realizing,
First of all reminding ourselves and then through the repetition,
Realizing that all is well,
That something wonderful is happening,
That everything is working for the highest good.
We raise our vibration to the level where we know and where we feel that.
And when we know and feel that,
Then that becomes our experience.
It doesn't mean that challenges do not come into our experience,
But even when we're faced with a challenge we can readily and easily see and know and feel that all still is well,
That something wonderful still is happening,
That everything still is working for the highest good regardless of what it seems to be,
Regardless of what it appears to be on the surface.
And so the way I use these or actually the way I began to use them,
Now they've been integrated and embodied to the point where most of the time I'm not even aware of thinking them,
But the way I began to use them and the way I use them today whenever I feel the need or become aware of having been pulled into a reaction,
An egoic reaction of fear and warrior doubt,
Is that I come back to the breath.
That's the starting point.
Come back to the breath.
Being present with the breath as the breath is present,
Fully present in the nowness of this moment,
Whenever we come back becoming fully present of the breath,
We are fully present in the nowness of this moment.
So that's the starting point.
Coming back to the breath,
Which allows for space to open up between us and our experience,
Our thought pattern,
Our perception,
Our point of view,
Our judgment or whatever the case may be.
So coming back to the breath,
That's where it all starts.
Come back to the breath and begin again.
And then I go through these,
Whichever one that inspires me the most in that moment.
So depending on what kind of reaction I've been in,
I go through these three and whichever one inspires me the most,
That's the one I stick to.
That's the one I go with,
That's the one I lean into.
And then I just repeat it,
Repeat it,
Repeat it,
Repeat it,
Repeat it over and over and over again until I feel myself free from the reaction.
So I keep at it,
I stay with all is well so peace be still,
All is well so peace be still,
All is well so peace be still,
All is well so peace be still,
All is well so peace be still.
Until I feel it.
Until I feel it.
And then the next time I become aware of being being snagged by a thought pattern or judgment or an opinion.
I go through the very same exercise over again,
Coming back to the breath,
Picking the one or all affirmation that I feel the most inspired by.
And I stick with it until I feel the release of the reaction.
And these three affirmations,
They work in any condition,
In any circumstance.
They are universal,
Non-condition based.
So that is my invitation.
They try these and watch the miracles that they work in your life if you let them.
All is well,
So peace be still.
Everything wonderful is always happening.
Everything is working for the highest good.
