Meditation is perhaps the most powerful tool there is when it comes to calling forth the peace, love, joy, harmony, abundance, and wholeness that is inherent within each of us. As such, I have been guided to create this The way of Meditation Series. Each session begins with a brief teaching around meditation followed by a meditation sitting. I invite you to join me for a beautiful, healing, soothing and empowering moment of becoming still through meditation. Namaste Daniel

Blessings and welcome to the way of meditation.

My name is Daniel Roquejo and I'm always very very grateful and deeply honored that you're choosing to join me in a moment of raising our vibration,

In a moment of expanding our consciousness in this time through the powerful tool and technique of meditation.

Meditation is about coming back to the nowness of this moment,

It is about being fully present in the here and now.

So there are many ways of meditating and we can do it formally,

We can do it non-formally,

On the run,

On the go,

But these sessions,

These way of meditation sessions,

They are about setting aside time to be still,

To be in silence for a period of time.

And so that's what we're going to do now.

And so in this moment I invite you to make yourself comfortable,

I invite you to put a smile on your face,

That smile sends the signal to the body that it can begin to relax,

That it can begin to release and let go of tension,

And begin to produce and distribute these healing and tonic chemicals,

These loving chemicals.

And so as we smile I invite you to close your eyes and I invite you to begin to tap gently between your eyebrows to activate that spiritual eye,

That divine eye,

That first eye that allows us to see that which cannot be seen and hear that which cannot be heard and catch that which cannot be caught,

Sensed,

That which cannot be sensed with our human senses.

In other words,

We're activating our spiritual faculties by tapping this pineal gland.

And while we tap and while we smile,

I invite us to set an intention for this meditation and my intentions are always for me to wake up to who and what I am,

And for me to allow for greater and grander expressions of that who and what to emerge.

And you're welcome to join me in these intentions,

Or you may set your own intentions.

We can release the tapping,

We can keep the smile,

Or if you want to laugh,

Go right ahead.

And I invite us to turn our attention toward our breath,

And I invite us to place our hands in our lap,

Palms facing upward,

Thumb and middle finger touching as a sign of even deeper receptivity.

And as we turn our attention to the breath,

Which will be our anchor in the nowness in this moment,

During this meditation,

We want to be aware of two things when it comes to the breath.

First of all,

We want to be aware that the body is fully capable and able of doing the breathing by itself.

With its divine intelligence,

It knows perfectly well when to breathe and how much to breathe,

Which means that we do not need to make the breathing happen,

We do not need to participate in the breathing in any way,

Shape or form,

But what is ours to do is to merely observe the breathing as it happens,

Witness it.

And the other thing we need to be aware of is that as we turn our attention toward our breath,

The breath has four stages to it.

There's the in-breath,

There's the space between in and out-breath,

There's the out-breath,

And then there's a slightly longer space between out and in-breath.

And being aware of this and seeking to keep our attention on all these four stages makes it so much easier for us to sustain our attention on the breath.

And so,

As we take on the feeling tone of all being well in this moment,

In every moment,

Let's give the peace that follows permission to move us deep,

Deep,

Deep into the stillness,

Into the silence.

And should our attention drift away from the breath,

We gently and lovingly turn it back to the breath and we begin again.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

To the breath and begin again.

Let's be aware that meditation has nothing to do with doing.

Meditation is all about being,

About coming back to the nowness in this moment,

All about infusing our very being with the presence of spirit,

The love,

The joy,

The harmony,

The wholeness,

The power,

The abundance.

So being always precedes doing.

Being always precedes doing.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Come back to the breath,

Begin again,

And be before do.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

So that you can be before do.

Back to the breath and begin again.

Being before doing.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Being before doing.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Back to the breath and begin again.

Always being before doing.

And as I in a brief moment move us into prayer,

I invite you to remain with your eyes closed,

Your mind open,

Your heart open,

So that you may catch the vibration of this prayer,

Giving it permission to move you into an even higher level of vibration and consciousness.

And so in this moment,

Deeply,

Deeply,

Deeply grateful I am for the peace that is here in this moment,

For the joy that is here in this moment,

For the love that is here in this moment,

The wholeness that is here in this moment,

For the abundance that is here,

The beauty that is here,

And how deeply grateful I am for its accessibility,

How easy it is to access,

To tap into these divine qualities that are eternally present,

Eternally found here in the nowness of this moment.

And I'm grateful for your willingness to do just that,

For you saying yes to coming back to being,

Allowing that being to infuse the doing,

Whatever the doing,

Whatever form the doing takes.

I'm grateful for your level of consciousness and for your discipline,

For your courage to come back and witness and simply observe what is going on within you,

In your mind,

In your body.

And from this face of gratitude,

I absolutely know and I absolutely feel the allness and the goodness and the eternality of God.

I absolutely know and feel that right where you are,

There is only good,

There is only good,

Because God is where you are,

And God is infinite love and infinite peace and infinite joy and infinite harmony,

Infinite abundance,

Infinite wholeness,

Infinite beauty,

Creativity,

Progression,

Expansion,

Bliss,

Ecstasy.

These are some of the qualities of Spirit.

And as God cannot ever change up on itself,

As God cannot ever diminish itself or contradict itself or go against itself,

Divide itself into parts,

It means that right where you are,

As you and God are one,

As you're a holographic image of God,

Of Spirit,

As you are Spirit expressing itself in,

As and through you in a beautiful and magnificent and powerful way,

All of that which God is,

Is what you are.

So God is and you are peace,

And God is and you are love,

God is and you are joy,

And God is and you are wholeness.

And this has nothing to do with you doing anything.

You will not tap into these divine qualities by doing,

But you infuse the doing with these divine qualities by being.

Being first,

Doing second.

Being always needs to precede the doing.

The doing always needs to be arisen,

To rise from the being.

And this is what you're choosing in this moment,

And from this moment on,

This is what you'll continue to choose on a regular and consistent basis.

Giving your life permission to be a living testament of the beingness of God.

It is happening now.

It is happening now,

Regardless of what kind of choices you've made in the past up until this moment.

As this moment is a new beginning,

A new start,

Something brand new is being birthed here in this moment.

From this moment on,

Your life is now centered,

Is now revolving around the being.

Oh,

I know it and I feel it.

I know it and I feel it.

I know and I feel that this is so.

I give thanks for it.

It is the will of spirit for you to be,

And through your being,

Allowing all of the good,

The God is to flow in as and through you with such ease and grace.

That is the will of spirit,

That you may forever allow for greater and grander expressions to emerge,

Not through forcing,

Not through manipulating,

Not through efforting,

But through being.

Being.

And as I release the word,

I do so fully knowing and feeling that something wonderful has transpired,

Something wonderful is transpiring in this moment.

Something wonderful is transpiring in this very moment.

Healing is taking place now.

Wholeness is taking place now.

Peace is taking place now.

Love is taking place now.

Abundance is taking place now.

Being is taking place now.

I know it,

I feel it,

I give thanks for it,

I allow it to be.

So it is and so be it.

So shall it be.

Amen.

Ashey.

Auteb.

Shalom.

Salaam.

And hallelujah.

The next time,

I bless,

Bless,

Bless your day and I bless,

Bless,

Bless your way.

You beautiful,

You beautiful,

Magnificent and wonderful and radiant and powerful being.

Being.

Namaste.
