If we want to allow for the Divine peace, freedom, and harmony that is inherent within each and every single one of us to come forth, we need to learn to give it all over to Spirit and surrender all aspects of our lives. And so, I invite you to join me as we explore the four dimensions of surrender; the What, the How, the When, and the Why.

Hello and welcome to the Path to Freedom podcast.

A weekly podcast with the intention to inspire,

Empower and uplift us all to develop a healing consciousness that we,

That is you and me,

May forever allow for greater and grander versions and expressions of who and what we are to emerge with ease,

Grace and spiritual dignity.

My name is Daniel Rocquio and I am your host.

Blessings,

Everyone,

And welcome to this week's episode of the Path to Freedom podcast.

This podcast about allowing for greater and grander expressions of who and what we are to emerge,

About developing a healing consciousness,

About releasing and letting go of that which no longer serves us,

That the peace and the joy and the love and the harmony and the wholeness that is inherent in each and every single moment may come forth,

May flow through each and every one of us.

My name is Daniel Rocquio and I'm the host of this podcast.

And today's episode will be sort of a sequel to last week.

If you tuned in last week,

Perhaps you remember that just before I started recording that episode,

I tuned in,

I became still tuned in and was guided by Spirit to change the topic for that episode.

It was going to be about something,

But Spirit told me to do the episode about and around surrendering.

And so this week,

And I didn't understand it,

We've done quite a few episodes on surrendering in this podcast,

And so I thought that episode should be about something else.

But you know,

Whenever I catch Spirit's guidance,

I always listen and I always seek to obey.

And so we did the episode on surrendering.

Now after having recorded that episode,

I started to catch more information about surrendering and Spirit sort of taught me about the four dimensions of surrendering.

The what,

We are to surrender the what,

We are to surrender the how,

We are to surrender the when,

And we are to surrender the why.

So these are the four dimensions of surrendering and the art and practice of surrender.

And so this episode is going to be an in-depth episode about and around these four dimensions.

So I'm delightful and I'm very grateful to have another opportunity to perhaps inspire and power uplift you and anyone else who's tuning in,

Myself obviously.

And so I'm looking forward to this episode and I'm looking forward to see what Spirit has to say in essence through me,

During these 45 minutes or 50 minutes or however long this episode will turn out to be.

But always,

As always,

Before we get into the episode,

Let's begin the moment of stillness,

A moment of silence,

A moment of meditation,

And a moment of prayer.

And so in this moment I invite you to take a couple of deep breaths.

I invite us all to make ourselves comfortable,

Whether we're sitting or standing or walking,

Running,

Biking,

Driving.

Let's just make ourselves comfortable.

I invite us all to gently tap between the eyebrows,

Making ourselves open and receptive to catch that which cannot really be caught with our human senses,

So we're activating the first eye,

This spiritual eye.

So we tap there for a while.

While we keep tapping,

I invite us all to close our eyes.

I invite us to put a smile on our face,

Releasing the dopamine and the serotonin and all these feel-good hormones and chemicals informing the body that all is well.

As we end our tapping,

We might want to place our hands in our lap,

Perhaps palms facing upward,

Having our thumb and middle finger touch as a sign of tuning into our intuition to that still small voice.

Let's remind ourselves that this is the very first time that we are sitting to meditate.

Even if we perhaps have been meditating for years,

Each moment is a new beginning,

A new start,

Which means that this version and this expression,

This particular version and expression of who and what we are,

Has never before meditated.

So this is the first time.

And lastly,

Before we move into the meditation,

Into the stillness,

Let's set a high intention for this meditation.

My intention is always to wake up to what Spirit is and my absolute oneness with it.

We can iterate it in different ways,

Being open and available,

Making ourselves open and available for the peace and the love and the harmony to flow in and through our eyes,

To see clearer,

To expand our consciousness,

Or in some other way perhaps.

Let's turn our attention toward our breath,

Allowing each breath to move us deeper and deeper and deeper into the stillness.

We can feel our bodies relaxing with each breath.

We can feel how we begin to release and let go of any condition or circumstance that we may be faced with,

Any challenge,

As we move into the downness of this moment,

We release and let all of that go,

Leaning into,

Making ourselves open and available to the peace that is here,

That we are,

The love that is here,

That we are,

The harmony that is here,

That we are,

The wholeness that is here,

That we are.

We give these qualities,

The essence of who and what we are,

We give it permission to come forth.

With our attention stayed on our breath,

We move into a moment of stillness and a moment of silence.

We wait here.

Thank you.
