The art and practice of Embracing and allowing that which is to be as it is, is one of the most fundamental practices we can engage in to allow for the peace, the harmony, and wholeness to emerge from within us, as well as vibrationally aligning ourselves with the good that we desire. Learning to embrace and allow means to release and let go of attachments, opinions, and stories about what should and should not be. I invite you to join me as we move deep into exploring this beautiful practice.

Blessings and welcome to the Path to Freedom.

My name is Daniel Roccagio and as always,

I'm deeply grateful and honored that you're choosing to join me,

That you're choosing to tune in,

That you're choosing to consciously participate in your own awakening,

In transformation,

In unfoldment,

In growth,

In allowing for the peace and love and the joy and the harmony that is inherent within each and every single one of us and in each and every single moment to come forth,

That we may all be beneficial presences here on this planet,

Allowing for the love,

Allowing for the peace,

Allowing for the kindness,

Allowing for the beauty,

Allowing for the abundance,

Allowing for the wholeness that is who and what we are to emerge and to be midwifed onto this planet so that everybody gets to be in peace,

So that everybody gets to be in love,

So that everybody gets to be in harmony and wholeness and abundance.

And so this particular session is actually a request from one of you who recently sent me an email asking me to do a session about embracing and allowing,

The art and practice of embracing and allowing or the art and practice of acceptance,

As is another way of describing it.

And this,

The art and practice of embracing and allowing,

It is one of the most beautiful and powerful practices that we can engage in when it comes to releasing and letting go of negativity,

When it comes to releasing and letting go of tension and anxiety and stress,

Allowing for healing to happen,

For wholeness to emerge,

For peace to emerge,

For love to emerge,

For abundance to emerge.

Because once again,

Everything is on a vibrational level,

Consciousness always precedes form and whatever we are in vibrational alignment with will and must come into expression in as in through us.

And so whenever we're in resistance,

Which would be the other side of the coin of embracing and allowing,

Whenever we are in resistance towards something,

And it can be resistance as in fear,

It can be resistance as in anger,

It can be resistance as in resentment,

Or another way to explain it,

Whenever we hold on to thoughts and opinions and judgments as to what should and should not be,

When we're saying that this is good and that is bad,

This is what should be happening and that is what should not be happening,

This is what I deserve,

That is not what I deserve,

Whenever we hold on to any such stories and beliefs,

What we're really doing is that we're calling forth more of the same on the vibrational level,

Because what we're doing is that we are turning our attention toward what we don't want,

Toward what we don't want,

And the good that we desire cannot emerge as long as we predominantly think and talk and feel about what we don't want.

This is the basic principle of the sacred laws that we're always working with.

So learning to embrace and allow,

And I believe that in the Buddhist traditions the words that they use is to move into non-resistance and non-attachment.

When we embrace and allow whatever is to be as it is,

What we're saying to ourselves is that this is well,

All is well.

We take on the feeling tone that all is well.

We release and let go of our attachment to what should and should not be.

Take a medical condition for instance.

An individual who has a medical condition and perceives themselves to be perhaps a victim of that condition or perhaps if they were in an accident calling forth this medical condition,

And so they are resisting,

They are saying to themselves that this should not be.

I should be able to walk if that medical condition involved their legs,

Or I should be able to run,

Or I should be now is the season for allergies,

And a lot of individuals are affected by allergies,

And they have the snivels,

And they get headaches,

And they get,

You know,

All these symptoms.

An individual embracing and allowing their allergies would move around,

Walk around,

Having no judgment about that allergy,

About the fact that they have allergies or an allergic reaction.

Whereas an individual who is not embracing and allowing,

Who is attached to resistance or judgments or opinions about their allergic reactions or their allergies,

Walk around feeling sorry for themselves,

Blaming whatever the allergen is for their condition.

And that resistance,

Those judgments,

Those opinions,

They themselves create the inner conditions for illness and disease.

They do not create the diseases,

They do not create the illnesses,

But they create the inner environment for disease and illness to flourish.

And so,

Practicing the art and practice of embracing and allowing means that we need to do the inner work to realize,

To come into the awareness that as God is omnipresent,

As God is infinite,

And Spirit is good.

You perhaps have heard me say that I know in a field that allness and the goodness and the eternality of Spirit.

God is all there is,

God is fundamentally good,

And God is always and forever the same.

And so the key to mastering the art and practice of embracing and allowing is to realize that whatever condition I'm facing in this moment,

Whatever challenge I'm facing,

As God is all there is,

Which means that God is right here where I am,

That God is who I am,

But not only who I am,

But God is in that condition,

In that circumstance.

All of this is Spirit expressing itself.

And every single challenge that we face,

Every single condition that we face,

Every single circumstance that we face,

Every single experience that we face inherently contains a gift and a blessing of transformation.

Meaning that they all are lessons or stepping stones for us to expand our consciousness,

To raise our vibration,

To move into alignment,

A conscious alignment with the will of Spirit,

The purpose of all of life,

Which is for Spirit to come into ever greater and grander expression of itself.

And so nothing is ever against us,

Except for when we buy into the story that it is.

Nothing is ever out to get us unless when we buy into the story that it is.

Nothing is never bad or negative,

Except for when we buy into the story,

When we attach ourselves to the story that it is.

Fundamentally,

The basic fundamental principle of Spirit is goodness.

God cannot contradict itself,

God cannot go against itself,

God cannot compromise itself,

But God is in an eternal state of expanding itself,

Of coming into an ever greater and grander expression of itself,

Innocent through all of us.

And so practicing the art and practice of embracing and allowing means to come back to that principle,

That this that I'm facing,

Be it a medical condition,

Be it a financial condition,

Be it a relationship condition,

Be it any kind of condition or circumstance or challenge.

It is for the good,

All is well here and now.

Something wonderful is always happening and everything,

Everything,

Everything is working for the highest good.

Even this,

Even this condition is working for the highest good.

Even this condition is something wonderful happening.

Even this condition is all being well.

I may have thoughts and opinions about it.

I may be trapped by egoic fantasies as to what should and should not be,

But underneath,

Beyond,

Transcending these,

All is still well.

All is still well.

All is still well.

And we need to keep reminding ourselves of this.

We need to keep reminding ourselves of this,

That all is well always.

That something wonderful is happening always.

That everything is working for the highest good always.

And when we immerse ourselves,

When we inundate ourselves,

When we make it a habit to lean into these principles,

Which just happened to be my three absolute favorite affirmations,

All is well,

So peace be still.

Something wonderful is always happening.

Everything is working for the highest good.

But when we,

Through repetition,

Come back to these over and over and over and over and over and over again,

The attachments to the perceptions,

To the point of views,

To the judgments,

They begin to dissolve until we realize and until we know and feel that regardless of what we come face to face with,

It is still God and God is good.

So therefore,

All is well.

So therefore,

Something wonderful is happening.

So therefore,

Everything is working for the highest good.

I may not see that good.

I may not see the wonderfulness of this condition yet.

I may not see how this is well,

But I still trust it.

I still trust it.

And I still know it.

I still feel it.

So this is the practice.

Coming back to the nowness of this moment,

Coming back to principles that affirm the goodness that is everywhere,

That is infinite,

That is eternal.

That is the practice.

And gradually,

Incrementally,

We begin to release and let go of opinions,

Judgments,

Point of views,

The egoic structures,

And peace begins to emerge.

Wholeness begins to emerge.

Wellness begins to emerge.

And with practice and with repetition,

The gifts and the blessings inherent in every single moment,

In every single condition,

In every single challenge,

In every single circumstance,

They begin to become more and more apparent to us.

Because we've made ourselves open and available to see them,

To know them,

To feel them,

To catch them.

But this is the practice.

Whenever we catch ourselves being attached to story.

Come back to the breath and begin again.

Lean into principle.

Lean into all is well.

Lean into something wonderful is always happening.

Lean into everything is working for the highest good.

All right,

So I'm trusting that this meets your need.

I'm grateful to you,

That individual who I'm not going to name,

But I'm grateful to you for asking the question and asking me to record this session,

Create this session.

It's been an honor.

I'm privileged and I'm truly grateful.

Until the next time.

Oh,

And the next session will be a follow-up where we move into a transformational process to call forth the good,

To allow us to see,

To know and feel the good in the challenge or the condition or the circumstance that we're facing.

So I invite you to tune into that.

But as always,

Thank you so,

So much for tuning into this one.

And until the next time,

I bless,

Bless,

Bless your day and I bless,

Bless,

Bless your way.

Your beautiful,

Magnificent,

Radiant,

Powerful being.

Namaste.
