Blessings and welcome to The Path to Freedom.
My name is Daniel Rocquillo and as always I'm deeply grateful and honored that you're choosing to join me,
That you're choosing to participate in the moment of expanding our consciousness and raising our vibration.
This session is about music being prayer times two.
Or we could say that music is prayer on steroids.
And we've been talking before about how feeling is the language of spirit.
And how our vibration,
Our predominant vibration,
What we think the most,
What we talk about the most,
And especially what we feel the most.
How that predominant vibration is mirrored and reflected back into our experience.
How the sacred laws pick up that vibration,
Correspond to it reflected back as demonstration,
As manifestation.
And perhaps you've joined me in these power of prayer sessions where we through words raise our vibration and expand our consciousness so that we move ourselves into alignment with the good that we desire.
And wherever there is vibration alignment,
The manifestation must and will occur.
And this is so by law.
But we've also talked about how that it is not only verbal prayer,
That is the prayer.
But prayer is anything that we do when we raise our vibration.
When we move ourselves into a feeling of joy and harmony and wholeness and love and compassion and kindness.
This is prayer as well.
So it is not the words per se that is the prayer,
But it is the feeling that is the prayer.
The vibration that is the prayer.
And this is where music comes in.
Because music has such a powerful way of raising our vibration.
And I'm not saying that all music has this power.
Some music are designed and composed for other purposes.
But there is music that have such an immediate and powerful effect on our feeling tone of our consciousness.
Where we may be putting on a song while in a dark and dank vibration.
Where we perhaps are feeling sorry for ourselves and where we perhaps are experiencing fear or worry and doubt.
Where we perhaps are experiencing negativity or anger or sentiment or hatred or guilt or shame or whatever the case may be.
We may be in a low vibration and we put that particular song on and immediately we get pulled out of time.
We get pulled into the nowness of this moment and that song just raises our vibration.
You know how there is bungee jumping.
Although we get shot up like a slingshot.
We get slingshot up into a high vibration.
So music has that potential.
But then as the theme was music is prayer times two.
Because then there are songs.
Because if you listen to the words many of the traditional songs and the songs that play on the radio.
These songs often times bespeak of the illusion of lack and separation.
They bespeak of how someone can only be happy if this or that condition arises.
But then there is music that is sort of spiritual and that is enlightened and that is awakened.
Musicians that are writing songs with an affirmative message.
Leaning into spiritual principles.
Leaning into high vibe affirmations.
And so not only does their music lift our vibration because of the music and the vibration inherent in the music.
But their words and their lyrics raise our vibration even more.
Because they remind us of not getting caught up in worldly business.
They remind us that God is good.
That God is everywhere.
That love heals.
That reminds us that everything is working for the highest good.
That we are eternally sourced,
Fueled and funded.
That remind us of all these spiritual values and spiritual principles.
And when we engage in these and even more if we sing along.
Because then we are engaged in a powerful affirmational space where the lyrics affirm a truth,
A principle.
And as we sing along,
As we engage in that affirmation gets integrated and embodied within us.
It expands our consciousness while we are having so much fun singing or dancing or moving or rejoicing or celebrating or whatever we do when we hear music.
I for one love to sing.
I absolutely love to sing.
Especially like perhaps many others.
When I'm alone in my car.
My God,
I sing my lungs out.
And I absolutely love it.
I absolutely love it.
And so often times when I'm in my car that is one of my most sacred moments in between.
Especially when I'm alone in my car.
When I'm driving by myself.
That's one of my most sacred moments in between.
Because that gives me,
That allows me to have the space to move into prayer.
To actually move into meditation.
But there are times when I'm in my car when I don't quite feel a prayer.
I may be engaged in prayer but I don't feel it working.
It doesn't lift my vibration.
It doesn't expand my consciousness.
And there are moments when I'm in deep resistance towards going to prayer.
And so that's when I put on this playlist with songs that I've collected that affirms spiritual principles.
And so I put it on and there are slower songs.
And there are faster songs.
There are more upbeat and more downbeat songs.
And so usually I turn on one of the more upbeat songs.
And when it begins to play,
I begin to move.
My body begins to move.
And I begin to sing along.
And that has such a profound effect.
I cannot move through even one of these songs without having my vibration lifted.
Without having my consciousness expanded.
As the song is about spiritual principle,
It is a powerful,
Powerful prayer.
Because I'm in a deep space of celebration.
A high space of celebration.
And I am affirming spiritual principles.
So that is a powerful,
Powerful prayer.
And so I invite you to try it.
If you become aware of yourself resisting moving into prayer,
Or if you're moving into prayer and feel that the prayer doesn't move you,
It doesn't work you in the way that you perhaps are used to,
I invite you to try it on to use music as a prayer.
Because it is the feeling tone.
It is not the words,
But it is the feeling tone that is the actual prayer.
And whatever we do that raises our vibration,
Whatever we do that calls forth a high feeling tone.
A feeling tone of joy,
A feeling tone of love,
Happiness,
Celebration,
Ecstasy,
Bliss.
These are beautiful instruments of prayer.
And so that's my invitation to you.
Thank you so so much for listening,
For tuning in,
For consciously participating.
Until the next time,
I bless,
Bless,
Bless your day and I bless,
Bless,
Bless your way.
Your beautiful,
Magnificent,
Radiant,
Powerful being.
Namaste.
