It is also an equally beautiful and powerful tool to inoculate us from the lower vibrations of fear, worry, and doubt that are running amuck in the world. As we lean into prayer on a constant and regular basis, we eventually pray ourselves up to the level where the world no longer can touch or move us, regardless of conditions, circumstances, and situations.
