This is actually one of the sessions from my upcoming course on how to master the law of attraction, but as I consider it to be a powerful practice that we can all benefit from, I wanted to share it with all of you. It is about dancing or celebrating our way through life, finding ways to add more of that which brings a smile to our face into our lives. And about finding ways to tweak that which we may not particularly like to make it more enjoyable. And so I invite you to join me.

Blessings and welcome back to How to Master the Law of Attraction.

This is Daniel Rockeo.

In the last number of sessions,

We've talked about different tools available to us to vibrationally align with the good that we desire.

And while they're all powerful,

And while we are wise to lean into them on a regular and daily basis,

The truth is that it's not really what we do that calls forth the good that we desire,

But it is the feeling tone that we have when we're doing whatever it is that we're doing that calls it forth.

In other words,

While we're wise to seek to create habits that help us consciously align with the good that we desire,

There is another and slightly more general approach to life that will put us in that vibrational alignment with that good.

And that is to simply dance or celebrate our way through life.

What this means is that we make the conscious choice of seeking to do more of that which brings us joy and laughter and peace and harmony and love and a sense of wholeness to let them infuse our lives in ever greater ways.

I think it was Joseph Campbell who talked about following our bliss.

And what this means is that when we are in joy or in bliss or in peace or in harmony or in love or in gratitude,

We are in vibrational alignment with all being well in this very moment.

And whenever we know and feel that all is well,

We are in vibrational alignment with the good that we desire.

And this is so regardless of whether or not we're actually thinking or talking or contemplating that good or not.

In other words,

However we move ourselves into vibrational alignment,

Whenever we are in that alignment,

We are calling good forth into our experience.

And so what this means is that we're wise to sort of review our lives,

To take an honest look at our lives and to sort of become aware of what brings us joy and peace and harmony and seek to find ways to do more of that to allow for more peace and joy and harmony into our lives.

Or in other words,

Let's say that dancing brings us joy.

But let's also say that we're dancing only once every couple of weeks or so.

Is there any way that we can introduce more dancing into our lives?

Is there a way that we can infuse our lives with more dancing?

Now this does not necessarily mean that we go to clubs more or that we sign up for more dance lessons,

But perhaps we can find ways to allow dancing to fill our moments in between to a greater extent.

What if we,

For instance,

Did a little spontaneous and joy-filled dancing while cooking or cleaning?

Now maybe it's not dancing for you.

Maybe it's singing or sewing or painting or volunteering or playing tennis or whatever the case may be.

Perhaps we have an uplifting playlist on Spotify or YouTube that we can lean into that assists us in raising our vibration.

And it doesn't even have to be something that brings a smile to our face,

But it can be something that that sort of brings a sense of peace and harmony and tranquility into our bodies,

Such as exercise of some kind,

Yoga,

Running,

Tai chi,

Or niya,

Which is my go-to physical experience form,

Or something else.

That while we do it,

And when we're finished doing it,

We're experiencing a greater sense of well-being,

A greater sense of wholeness,

Peace,

And joy.

And so,

As you may have come to understand already,

Moving into vibrational alignment with the good that we desire is not only about us raising our vibration in certain moments while being in fear and worry and doubt and lack and scarcity and separation the rest of the time,

But it is about us seeking to move our whole life into such vibrational alignment.

Kind of like that saying,

High tide lifts all boats.

While a wave also lifts all boats,

As soon as the wave has passed,

The boats sink back down again.

But when the high tide comes in,

The boats are elevated,

And that elevation is sustained.

And so that is how we want to seek to live our lives,

In ever-elevating vibration,

In ever-expanding joy,

In ever-expanding peace,

In ever-expanding harmony,

In ever-expanding wholeness and abundance.

Or in other words,

As we say in niya,

We want to dance our way through life.

We want to soar through life.

Now,

This doesn't mean denying that we're having challenging experiences,

Or that we from time to time get upset or sad or angry,

Nor does it mean that we will ever try to convince ourselves that we're feeling joy when we're not,

Or to suppress any emotion that we're experiencing.

This is called spiritual bypassing,

But that's not what we're talking about here.

What we're talking about simply means that we consciously seek to more and more turn our attention toward the good in life,

Rather than the seeming bad,

And that we find ways to increasingly infuse our lives with that that brings us joy,

Or that we find ways to tweak that which we do not particularly enjoy so that it becomes more enjoyable.

Like in our family,

For instance,

It is my job to vacuum and mop the floors each and every week.

Now,

I don't enjoy either vacuuming or mopping,

And I'm not ever looking forward to that moment when I need to face this chore.

But I have found that if I put my headphones on,

And if I put on some really good music that I can sing and dance to,

Then the cleaning of the floors can actually be quite fun.

I mean,

I'm still not looking forward to doing the cleaning,

But as I'm doing it,

And as I'm listening to this music and sort of singing and dancing while I'm cleaning,

I'm not getting caught up by the thoughts and opinions about the cleaning,

But I get to sort of dance through it.

And this is what we can do with most things that we find tedious or boring or exhausting.

We can find little ways of tweaking the doing of them so that that which we don't want to do,

Or that which we don't like to do,

Becomes a little bit more enjoyable.

And so once again,

This comes back to being willing to create habits that serve and support the manifestation of the good that we desire.

We need to do the work.

We need to find the ways to raise and sustain our vibration.

If we don't do it,

It's not going to happen.

It's not going to happen on its own accord,

But we need to do it.

We need to be willing to do it.

So before we close this session,

I invite you to take part in this exercise.

And there are actually two things I invite you to do.

The first thing is that I invite you to begin to create a list of the things that you really enjoy in life.

Things that truly bring a smile to your face,

That warms your heart.

Like we talked about,

It can be activities such as dancing,

Or singing,

Or painting,

Or knitting,

Or crafting.

It can be talking to a particular individual,

That when you're done talking to that individual,

You're in such an expanded consciousness,

Or your vibration has been lifted to a whole new level.

Or it can be something that calls forth a deep and profound sense of peace,

Harmony,

And well-being to your body and your mind.

Like exercise,

Or meditation,

Taking a walk on the beach,

Going into nature,

Or watching the ocean,

Or the lake.

It can be stopping to look at the sky or the clouds for a few moments,

Or a flower,

Or perhaps stopping to listen to the birds as they're singing.

Whatever it is that brings you a greater sense of well-being,

I invite you to begin to make an inventory of that.

And when you feel that your list is more or less complete,

And please be aware,

This is not about striving for perfectionism,

Where everything needs to be on your list.

But when you begin to sense that you have it more or less complete,

I invite you to begin to explore how you can add more of those things into your life.

Perhaps you need to shift your priorities around a little bit,

Or perhaps you need to move your schedule around a little,

Or whatever the case may be.

But I invite you to set the intention to make more room for that which adds or expands the dimension of joy and wholeness into your life,

For that which lifts your vibration.

To make those a greater part of your everyday life.

And so please be aware that we're not necessarily talking about making great changes,

But we're talking about making small little shifts.

Shifts that in turn will create big changes.

Are we cool?

Good.

All right,

So the other thing that I want you to do is that I invite you to begin to explore how you can tweak those activities that you're faced with doing,

But that you're not particularly enjoying doing.

How can you tweak them in a way so that they become more enjoyable?

Perhaps you can do them in a slightly different way.

Perhaps you can somehow reverse the order in which you habitually do them.

As you're doing them,

Can you move in a slightly different way?

Or can you add an element or dimension to them that makes them more fun to do?

In other words,

How can you tweak what you're already doing in a way to make it more enjoyable,

That allows for a greater sense of joy and harmony and well-being to emerge while doing it?

So that you may sustain or even raise your vibration while doing the things that you don't really like doing.

All right,

So I invite you to spend a little time with these two exercises,

And I invite you to let your imagination go wild while doing them.

And please remember that sometimes less is more,

Which simply means that we do not always have to make big and radical changes to enjoy much different results.

All right,

So that was it for this session.

In the next session,

We'll move into another aspect of the pillar of vibrational alignment,

Namely how to move into what I call inspired action.

And so until then,

Thank you so,

So much for participating.

Thank you so,

So much for listening.

I bless,

Bless,

Bless your day,

And I bless,

Bless,

Bless your way.

Namaste.

Easy to understand, FABULOUS message, much to 🎊 celebrate 🎉 ! This offering reminds me of Marchall Rosenberg’s, www.CNVC.org constant encouragement to celebrate ourselves and each other. Celebration is the path of non-violence, often. “Nonviolence: Twenty-five Lessons From the History of a Dangerous Idea” by author, Mark Kurlansky is a worthy read. The book was the non-fiction winner of the 2007 Dayton Literary Peace Prize. Elevated emotions, https://drjoedispenza.com and www.HeartMath.com tools help me assimilate this message into each breath. www.gratefulness.org, ahimsa
