Blessings and welcome to the path to freedom.
My name is Daniel Roqueo and If you've tuned in before I love it that you're finding your way back If this is the first time you tune in I love it that you have found your way here to this beautiful magnificent path of freedom of awakening The path where we continuously obviously this is a spiritual path so obviously we get to wake up first and foremost to whom what we are to who and what God is or love is or the universe is or whatever name we choose to call it and Second of all our absolute oneness with that and from these two realizations from these two waking up our lives begin to move Our lives begin to be pulled into the direction of being of service into the direction of Releasing letting go that which is no longer in alignment with that newfound Truth in our lives.
It's not new but it's newfound So welcome a part of this beautiful path is Finding a way to not let external circumstances and conditions overwhelm us To find a way to not give external conditions and circumstances the power over us but to sort of take our power back to claim our minds to claim our consciousness to claim our vibration and Finding ways finding practices through practice to sustain a Higher and higher and higher level of vibration to sustain an ever expanding ness ever expansion I believe is the word of consciousness One of the means that we have one of the tools that we have that we can use a powerful tool is Prayer and when I'm speaking about prayer,
I'm not speaking about the kind of prayer where we ask God for anything or where we pray for God to give us anything or where we plead or beg for God to Resolve an issue or solve a problem or whatever the case may be but I'm speaking about the kind of prayer Which is actually called affirmative prayer where we are in a continuous affirmation Of what we know to be true.
And what is it that we know to be true?
Well,
We know that God is we know that God is good and As God is and when I'm saying that God is I mean that God is infinite God is eternal God is omnipresent Omnipresence fully present in every space and place if we know that when we know that as we know that And as we know that God is good meaning that God is always for itself It is always seeking to come into ever greater and grander expressions of itself Putting these two together We always know that whatever seems to be on the surface whatever conditions arise whatever surface appearances we become aware of Regardless of our judgments about them Our opinions about them our stories about them regardless of what we think should and should not be At the back of all of these underneath all of these there's a fundamental goodness fundamental benevolence And this is relatively easy for us to sustain that high Vibration of being in joy and love and harmony and abundance and wholeness when things are flowing when our lives are going Magnificently when they're when they're evident blessings and things are going our way and you know In that space it's very easy to stay in a high vibration in that space.
It's very easy to stay in an expanded consciousness But when things are challenging When the going gets tough and rough When we move into spaces where we're not feeling good at all when Fear and worry and doubt A sense of not being enough a sense of not having enough a sense of lack and separation a sense of doom and gloom when that takes over When our external conditions are filled with these experiences Then it's not that easy for us to stay in the high vibration to stay in the expanded consciousness Which is why I don't even know if I said the topic but the topic for today and let me See if I can remember it because I've been talking too much So the topic for today is let's be a living moving walking prayer And what that means is that in those no,
That's not at all what it means What that means is that?
Regardless of whether or not our lives are flowing if we are You know going downhill And we're not feeling good at all You know going downhill Having to not effort at all having to not struggle at all having to not work hard at all.
It's just blissful Or if we're going uphill Where there is a lot of struggle.
It's a lot of hard work.
The seeming reality of the surface appearances is pressing in When perhaps we experience it better our backs are against the ropes Or there's a knife to our throats and we don't know how to get out of this mess We can't see the way out Regardless of where we find ourselves.
We want to be a living walking moving prayer so steeped so steeped in Affirming the truth so steeped in coming back to our go-to principles So steeped in knowing That even if my mind doesn't agree even if my eyes cannot see it God is still and God is good That's all we need to know That's all we need to know.
We don't need to see the way out We don't need to know how anything is gonna work out when it's gonna work out I was gonna say whether or not it's gonna work out,
But it always works out if we know If we know that God is and that God is good If we know that the only thing that is happening here is God and God is good The only thing that is happening here is good When we know that and this doesn't come overnight This is not a one and done thing.
It's not about leaning into affirmations every once in a while It's not about leaning into prayer every once in a while,
But it's a constant regular Daily daily daily moment by moment by moment practice Just like going to the gym just like working to get in shape Going to the gym once every two weeks.
It's gonna do nothing other than give us sore muscles the day after Because we're so bent out of shape So that every time we move our muscles They're gonna get sore Or if I want to get in physical shape if I want to get my cardio going It's not enough to go for a run once in a while but I need to build the habit Of actually repeating and repeating and repeating coming back to coming back to coming back to coming back to That's when we build muscles.
That's when we get the cardio going That's how we are able to stay in the high vibration We're able to stay in an expanded consciousness,
Even when things are pressing in Even when things are challenging So my invitation is to first of all find our go-to principles like I've got three Actually nowadays four But the three I lean into the most habitually These are all is well Something wonderful is always happening Everything is working for the highest good And then recently i've added the only thing that is happening here is god to bring into more the dimension of absolute oneness But we need to lean into these and I lean into these a number of times every single day Every time I remember when I remember to remember I lean into these When I see a bird i'm sort of actually to be honest Drifted out of this practice But i'm finding my way back to it.
There's this beautiful practice called practicing the presence Which means that we pick a cue and i've picked birds and whenever we become aware of this cue or remember that This is our cue We lean into some kind of practice So i've picked birds and whenever I become aware of seeing a bird and remembering that birds are my cue I lean into these principles.
I lean into all is well something wonderful is happening.
Everything's working for the highest good And I just say them to myself a number of times to keep them top of mind to keep them alive and active within me And when we do this and as I do this When I come face to face with the challenge It is not far-fetched for me to lean into these principles because I already know them They are so habitual within me that they just automatically fall into place.
They just Automatically are put in drive Like our automatic cars they are put in drive and they do the rest They take me to where I want to go.
They take me to where I need to go.
They move me through this space Because i'm so steeped.
I'm it's so habitual.
So we want to Get out of thinking that prayer is only for when we need something or when we want something Or when things are rough and tough and challenging prayer is for 24 7 It's not a 9-1-1 emergency call only Prayer is beautiful when the crap hits the fan.
Absolutely But if we have not prayed ourselves up Before the crap hits the fan.
The prayer is not going to be as powerful as the prayer itself Hits the fan the prayer is not going to be as powerful as it can be and we are going to be shaken and we're going to be stirred Like james bond vodka martini We're going to be shaken and we're going to be stirred by the external conditions because we have not prayed ourselves up we are not fortified in our knowing Trusting the allness and the benevolence of spirit So that's my Outmost heartfelt Invitation to be a living moving walking prayer meaning that we pray all day long It doesn't mean that we have to walk around like monks With our head bowed and palms together not at all but just continuously consciously Finding ways to stay in the high vibration to sustain the high vibration And not get the surface appearances not get the worldly stuff Get to us yes,
There is worldly stuff i'm not denying that But we need to find a way to pull our attention away from the worldly stuff to know And feel that all is well that something wonderful is happening that everything is working for the high school Even if I can't see even if I can't feel it Even if I don't know how It's still so It's still subtle All right,
