It Is Not For Us To Figure Anything Out

How easy it is for the human mind to stretch into some future moment, trying to figure out what it is going to look like or how to get there. However, for all its seeming relevance to do so, it is futile. Few of us have the ability to foresee the future, and our minds are immensely restricted.

In other words, rather than trying to control outcomes and results, we are wise to surrender it all to Spirit, which is everywhere and knows everything. Including the best path to anything and everything

Thank you for sharing your wisdom with us ❤️🙏✨My one critique is the background music, which felt like 4 or 5 different genres smashed together, that is, except for the small stretch in the middle of this talk which had no background music, which I am grateful for. 🙏

I understand, honor, and respect that for some people, background music is helpful for storytelling and flow. However, I feel compelled to speak up for the people like me, who are overstimulated by background music in talks.

I suffer from CPTSD and a constantly overloaded nervous system, and for me and others like me, trying to listen to talks with background music is extremely difficult, because we have difficulty processing two separate layers of audio without our nervous systems freaking out 🫨😵‍💫😭so many of us will instantly click away if we find ourselves too overstimulated by excess layers of audio, which is unfortunate, because we end up missing out on the wisdom that lies within, only because we are trying to protect ourselves from the cortisol rush we get.

I would love to hear a version of this without the background music. Thank you so much for hearing me. 🙏❤️✨
