Blessings and welcome to The Path to Freedom.
My name is Daniel Rokeo and as always I'm grateful that you're choosing to tune in,
That you're choosing to listen,
That you're choosing to invest in yourself,
In your unfolding,
In your expansion,
In your growth.
I'm grateful that you're choosing to be a conscious participant in the ever greater and greater expressions of who and what you are that are emerging.
So this path of freedom,
It is all about us waking up to who and what we are.
It is all about us allowing for ever greater and greater expressions of that who and what to emerge and it is all about us allowing for the peace and the love and the joy and the harmony and the abundance and the beauty and all of the good stuff to come forth to well up.
And it has been said and stated that the advanced stage and the advanced dimension of spirituality is practice.
It is all good and well to read books.
It is all good and well to tune in to hear my voice or to tune in to another teacher or to another individual that inspires and empowers you.
But none of us can ride on the wings of another.
None of us may take one step on the account of another.
It is up to each and every single one of us to do the work.
It is up to each and every single one of us to whenever we have an insight,
Whenever we have a realization,
Whenever we have a revelation,
To give that insight or realization or revelation permission to move us into action.
I forgot to say that the theme for this particular talk is in this moment what is mine to do.
In this moment what is mine to do.
Because as it is all about practice,
How we choose to practice,
When we choose to practice and what we choose to practice,
So that we may stay in a high vibration and raise our vibration continuously and continually and expand our consciousness.
One of the most profound questions that we can ask ourselves,
And let me sidetrack a little bit,
Because it has also been stated that the quality of our lives is determined by the quality of the questions that we ask,
And so there are disempowering questions and there are empowering questions.
This is not a talk about the disempowering questions and this is not even a talk about the empowering questions in general.
So if you're interested and want to learn more about that,
I invite you to tune into another talk that deals with the disempowering questions and that deals with the empowering questions.
But this talk is about one question in particular,
One of the empowering questions in particular.
And one of my favorite questions of all questions to ask,
To bring me back to the nowness of this moment,
To bring me back to actually ask the question is,
What is mine to do now?
What can I do in this moment to either raise my vibration or at least sustain my vibration at this high level?
What can I do to expand my consciousness?
And so the question is,
In this moment,
What is mine to do?
And it's a very simple question.
It's very,
Very simple.
As is with all these spiritual practices and tools that we're given.
They're all simple.
They're not always easy to practice and they're not always easy to align with,
But they're very simple.
And so this is a very simple question.
In this moment,
What is mine to do?
And rather than me telling you how to use this question,
Allow me to describe and explain how I use this question.
And then it is for you to use it in whatever way that you feel inspired and compelled to use it.
But whenever I remember to remember,
I ask myself this question in this moment,
What is mine to do?
And so I can be out driving.
We've talked about these moments in between,
Moments where we're not engaged in anything that requires our conscious attention.
And so I may be out driving,
I may be watching TV,
I may be waiting for someone,
I may be actually,
I may be in a creative space or I may be doing the dishes or doing laundry or standing in the shower or going to the bathroom.
So I'm having a moment where I'm not engaged in anything that requires my conscious attention.
Or I may catch myself being in a low vibration.
I may catch myself being triggered by someone or something.
And so whenever I remember,
I ask myself in this moment,
What is mine to do?
And so I ask the question and then I become still.
I tune in,
I turn within and I listen for the answer.
It is not for me to figure the answer out.
This is not about us using our minds or intellects to sort of tell ourselves what to do.
But we are to catch the answers in whatever way the answer comes to us.
We are to catch it.
Either it comes through a vision or a sound,
An emotion,
A feeling,
A bodily sensation,
An inner knowing or in some other way.
But in whatever ways the answers come,
We are to catch them.
And so I ask the question in this moment,
What is mine to do?
And then I become still,
I turn within and I listen.
And when I catch,
And for me that still small voice speaks through an inner knowing.
So I don't see images,
I don't hear sounds,
I don't feel much,
I don't have any bodily sensation or kinesthetic sensations,
But I just know.
And so when I catch and when I become aware of what is mine to do,
And oftentimes,
And I would say,
I have not kept a record or kept track of how many times the difference answers have come to me.
But my estimate would be that nine times out of 10,
The answers or the answer to the question,
What is mine to do in this moment is for me to breed.
That is to come back to the nowness of this moment,
To anchor myself in the nowness of this moment,
So that I may release and let go of opinions and judgments and thoughts as to what should and should not be.
But the answer can also be that it is mine to celebrate,
To celebrate the abundance that is all around me.
The number of lights of grass,
The number of rocks,
The number of trees,
The number of birds,
The number of flowers,
You know,
Whatever.
Abundance is not about money only,
But abundance is a divine quality,
It is always present.
Abundance is everywhere,
If only we have the eyes to see it and seek it.
So the answer may very well be for me to celebrate the abundance,
Or it can be to celebrate health.
The health that I enjoy,
That I'm free of any pain and any ache,
Any illness,
That I'm free of disease,
That I'm free of whatever physical conditions.
Or it can be something else,
That I'm to bless another being,
Or that I am to pray for another being.
And so the answer can be any one of these,
And probably more,
But these are the ones that most often come to me.
And as always with us asking guidance,
And as always with us catching insights and revelations,
As I believe I began by saying that whenever we catch guidance,
We're wise to give it permission to move us into action.
What this means is that if I catch,
Then I am to bless someone.
Or if I catch,
Then I am to forgive someone.
Or if I catch,
Then I am to breathe and come back to the nowness of this moment.
Or if I catch,
Then I am to celebrate abundance or health or something else.
It is for me to do it.
It is not enough to simply think of it.
It's not enough to simply catch it.
But we need to do it,
We need to practice.
We need to practice.
And so it is my invitation that you try this out,
That you,
Whenever you remember to remember,
That you become still,
Turn within,
And ask yourself,
In this moment,
What is mine to do?
And the longer version of this question would be,
In this moment,
What is mine to do to sustain my vibration,
To raise my vibration,
To expand my consciousness?
Do this and just observe how your life transforms by this very simple,
Simple practice.
It is simple,
But the trick is for us to remember,
To engage in it,
And for us to actually do it,
To practice it.
All right,
So until the next time,
I bless,
Bless,
Bless your day and I bless,
Bless,
Bless your way.
You are a beautiful,
Magnificent,
Wonderful,
Radiant,
Powerful being.
Namaste.
