Guided Meditation - It Is Done

I invite you to join me in this guided meditation with the intention to call forth a deep and profound sense of peace where the manifestation of the good you desire is concerned. It is done, and it is happening now.

So, I invite you to make yourself comfortable, to close your eyes and let this meditation guide, lead, and move you into that peace, into a sense that all is well - now.

Blessings and welcome to the path to freedom and this guided meditation called It Is Done.

My name is Daniel Ruqueyo and as always,

I'm deeply grateful and honored that you are choosing to join me,

That you are choosing to tune in to a space of allowing ourselves to forever moving into ever greater and grander expressions of who and what we are,

In forever soaring into higher vibrations and higher levels of consciousness,

Into allowing forever expanding peace and love and joy and harmony and wholeness and abundance to emerge always from within,

Always from within.

And so in this moment,

As the meditation begins,

I invite you to make yourself comfortable,

Whatever that means to you.

It is important that we are comfortable so that the body can begin to relax.

And I invite us to close our eyes.

I invite us to,

I invite us to put a smile on our faces.

Even if we perhaps do not feel like smiling,

I invite us to smile anyway.

Because that smile,

Regardless of whether we feel like smiling or not,

This smile is a healing smile.

It's a healing agent,

Sending signals to the body that all is well,

So that the body may begin to relax,

So that the body may begin to produce healing and tonic and good for the body chemicals.

And I invite you to give this smile permission to stay on your face as we move into the meditation.

And so to begin to release the busyness of the mind,

To release conditions and circumstances,

Experiences,

To release time,

Past and present and future,

Past and present and future,

I invite us to take a deep breath in.

Breathing in through our nose.

Breathing in peace.

And breathing out everything that is not in alignment with peace.

Another deep breath in.

Breathing in trust.

And breathing out that which does not serve the vibration of trust.

One last breath in.

Breathing in through our noses and breathing in spirit,

The benevolence of spirit.

And releasing fears,

Worries,

Doubts.

A sense of stress.

And as we move into the meditation,

I invite you to be mindful both of your breathing,

So to keep a part of your attention on the breath,

Not making the breathing happen,

Simply observing it as it happens.

And the other part of your attention,

I invite you to turn toward these words.

And I invite you to give the breath permission to move you deeper and deeper and deeper into stillness and into silence.

As well as these words,

To also move you deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Releasing tension.

And as we always want to begin in and with gratitude,

How deeply grateful I am.

How profoundly grateful I am that I get to walk this path,

That I get to walk this beautiful,

Magnificent path to freedom.

Of continuously allowing forever greater and grander expressions of who and what I am to emerge.

Of continuously allowing forever expanding peace and love and joy and harmony and wholeness and abundance and beauty to well up from within.

Setting myself free from fear and worry and doubt.

And in this moment,

I'm so,

So grateful that I get to be joined by you,

That you are tuning in,

That we get to walk side by side along this beautiful path.

Allowing for more good than we've ever experienced ever imagined to flow into our experience,

To emerge from within us.

So thank you so,

So much for being here at this time,

Regardless of when you are,

Where you are,

Even who you are.

Thank you so much.

And it is from this space of gratitude that I know that there is only one thing happening here.

There is only this one loving presence,

The one mind,

The one life,

The one intelligence,

The one source of everything.

Everything.

We can call it a loving presence.

We can call it God.

We can call it spirit.

We can call it the universe or life with a capital L.

We can call it love,

But whatever we call it,

It is the one thing here.

It is the only thing that is happening here in this now moment,

In this now space,

Because it is every space.

It is every place.

It is every moment.

It is every object.

It is every being.

It is every leaf on any tree.

It is every raindrop,

Every snowflake,

Every grain of sand,

Every pool of mud,

Every blade of grass,

Every molecule,

Every sound.

It is all that we see and everything that we cannot see,

All that we hear and that which we cannot hear.

There's no place nor space that we can ever go or be where this loving presence is not.

And this loving presence,

Whatever we call it,

It is good,

It is benevolent.

It is always for itself.

It is always in a state and space of expansion,

Always seeking to come into a greater and grander expressions of itself,

Revealing more of that which it is in,

Through and as all of creation.

And so to that end,

It is eternally sourcing and fueling and funding itself,

Guiding and leading and moving itself,

Even sustaining and maintaining itself in such a beautiful and perfect and magnificent way.

And it is also always expressing itself perfectly,

Divine and perfect action happening always,

Divine and perfect timing happening always.

Never late,

Never early,

Right on time,

Always expressing itself beautifully,

Magnificently,

Powerfully,

And perfectly.

And we are one with it.

We are what this loving presence is.

And it is what we are.

Just like the wave is always one with the ocean,

So are we always one with this loving presence.

We cannot ever be separated from it.

We cannot ever be set apart from it,

Divided from it.

We cannot ever be diminished,

As we are always one with this loving presence who is always expressing itself fully and freely.

We,

That is you and me,

We are unique,

Perfect,

Whole,

Complete emanations and expressions of this loving presence.

And it is from this awareness of absolute oneness that I know that you are blessed beyond imagination,

That everything that you need in this now moment,

In every single moment,

You have it,

You are it.

Everything you need to keep moving forward,

Everything you need to keep allowing for that next great and grand version of who and what you are,

It is here,

It is given.

It is who and what you are.

And as God is all that there is,

And as this infinite mind of spirit knows all and sees all,

It means that every single possibility for you and your life already exists.

Including the highest possibility.

The highest possibility for you and your life where peace is concerned,

Where love is concerned,

Where joy is concerned,

Where wholeness and harmony and health are concerned,

Where abundance and opulence are concerned.

All these already exist in the infinite mind.

The version of you who are the most high expression of all of that which spirit is,

The version of you where all the good that you desire and beyond,

That version already exists in the infinite mind of spirit.

It's already happened.

Just like the highest potential,

The highest possibility for any oak tree exists within the acorn,

Even before the acorn was,

That highest possibility existed in the infinite mind.

So it was done.

It was done even before the beginning of time.

And so it is with you.

And all the good that you desire,

Be it financial,

Freedom,

Be it divine and perfect health,

Any aspect of your life,

Whatever good you desire for that particular aspect for your life,

It already exists,

It's done.

It's already happened in the infinite mind.

It is not going to happen.

It is not a matter of if or when or whether or not this possibility will exist.

It already is.

It's always existed.

And through these words,

You're now locking on to that highest possibility.

You're locking onto it.

You're calling it forth into your experience.

And it is happening now.

It is happening now.

It's already done in the infinite mind.

And that doneness is now transitioning from the invisible dimension to the visible dimension,

To our physical dimension.

So it is happening now.

And everything that is needed for the demonstration,

For the manifestation of this good,

It is happening,

It will happen.

A spirit knows exactly what needs to happen and how it needs to happen,

And even when it needs to happen for the demonstration,

For the manifestation to happen with ease and grace.

And a spirit is always for itself.

A spirit is always seeking to come into a greater and grander expressions of itself.

It means that it is the deepest and most profound will and desire of God that the highest possibility for you and your life come into fruition.

Because it is through you,

It is through the demonstration of this highest possibility that God gets to come into its greatest expression in as and through you.

So nothing is against you,

But everything is for you.

All of your needs are met.

Everything you need to keep allowing for this highest possibility to emerge.

You already have it.

You already have it.

All the resources that you'll ever need,

When you need it,

They will come.

All of the knowledge,

All of the time,

All of the everything that you need to keep moving forward in the moment of need,

It is given to you.

It is given to you.

And as every single possibility already exists,

It means that the version and the expression of you who are already living this highest possibility,

Who are already expressing this highest possibility,

That version already exists.

So that future version of who and what you are is now reaching back through time and space saying,

Hey,

Beautiful being,

You made it.

You made it.

I am here.

Keep leaning in.

Keep surrendering.

Keep trusting.

Keep moving forward.

You made it.

I am already here.

And God,

All the while,

He's saying,

You are my beloved,

And in you,

You are well-pleased.

So allowing this highest possibility to emerge,

To demonstrate and manifest itself in us and through you,

It is not a matter of you qualifying for anything.

It is not a matter of you deserving anything.

It's already given.

The grace of God is unconditional.

The love of spirit is unconditional.

And you are it.

You are it.

So I know,

I know,

I know,

That right where you are in this now moment,

In every single moment,

All is well.

That right where you are in this moment,

In every single moment,

Something wonderful is happening.

That right where you are in this now moment,

In every single moment,

Everything is working for your highest good.

And like that lily on the field,

It does not need to spin nor toil nor effort or struggle,

And yet it is so beautifully,

Magnificently,

Abundantly provided for.

So are you.

So are you.

You are right where you need to be.

You are exactly where you are meant to be.

Lacking nothing,

Missing nothing,

Having everything that you need to allow-ness for the is-ness of the highest possibility for your life,

For the good that you desire to come through you,

To flow through you.

And it is happening now.

It is happening now.

It is happening now.

And it is happening with ease and grace.

For this and so,

So much more,

I give thanks in the full knowing that it is already done,

That the version of you who are expressing,

Revealing the light that you are,

The peace that you are,

The harmony that you are,

The abundance that you are,

The love that you are,

In the greatest way possible,

That version already exists.

It is done.

It has already happened.

It has already happened in the infinite mind of spirit.

For this,

I give thanks.

And as I release these words onto the law,

I know that they cannot,

That they will not return void,

But they must,

They will,

And they are returning fulfilled,

Fulfilled by the is-ness,

By the done-ness.

So I allow this is-ness,

I surrender to this done-ness,

Letting it demonstrate,

Manifest itself here in this dimension,

In,

As,

And through you,

In such a beautiful,

Magnificent,

And powerful way.

So it is,

So be it,

So shall it be.
