Going Beyond Our Labels
As we are moving along the Path to Freedom, we are wise to, from time to time, stop and witness and observe where we are attaching ourselves to labels and preconceptions. Anytime we attach ourselves to any label, we are, in truth, confining ourselves to the limitations of that particular label. Or to put it in other words, we are permitting these limitations to work as laws in our minds and lives. But as the Loving Presence that is all there is, is limitless, boundless, infinite, and eternal, it never serves us to buy into these human-made limitations. I invite you to join me as we continue to set ourselves free.

Blessings and welcome to the path to freedom.
Once again,
This beautiful path where we get to hang out in high-minded fellowship,
In a beautiful community where we get to set ourselves free from that which no longer serves,
The small and limited,
That which is holding us back,
Which is keeping us stuck where we are so that we get to set ourselves free to expand,
To grow,
To shine,
To glow,
To soar in ways beyond anything that we've ever imagined,
Anything that we've ever experienced.
I mean,
There's so many benefits of walking this path.
There's so much freedom emerging as we're doing this inner work because it is all inner work.
This is not about,
Ultimately,
This is not about manipulating or changing external conditions and circumstances.
They absolutely will change and shift as we are doing this work,
But we're not doing this to change these conditions and circumstances,
But we're doing this to set ourselves free to be in ever-expanding love and joy and peace and harmony and wholeness and all of that,
Regardless of conditions.
And as we are working with the spiritual laws,
The sacred laws that correspond to the nature of our song or the predominant vibration that we're in or our consciousness,
Our feeling tone,
As we up-level our consciousness,
As we expand our consciousness,
As we up-level our feeling tone,
As we raise our vibration,
Our external conditions and circumstances will and must begin to change in accordance with that new vibration or that new expression that we have become or allowed to well up from within.
So we're doing this within,
And as we're doing this within,
Everything outside of us shifts and changes as a result of the work that we are doing within.
So this is a beautiful path.
My name is Daniel Roqueo and I'm very grateful and honored and privileged that you are choosing to join me in this space,
That you are choosing to do this work,
That you are willing to do this work.
I am filled with gratitude and awe over the number of people that are choosing this and more and more are choosing this.
So it's awesome.
It's absolutely magical,
The shift that is happening on the planet as we are moving into a new way of expression collectively,
A new way of human collective expression,
As the species,
The human species is evolving right before our eyes.
So this is a very exciting time to be alive and it's a very exciting time to be here on this planet.
Yes,
I know that there are a lot of things going on.
There's a lot of turbulence.
There's a lot of things coming to the surface that are not good.
Let's be honest.
I mean,
They are not good.
All is working for our highest good.
All is well,
Ultimately.
But right now,
There are a lot of people that are being hunted down,
That are being killed,
That are being.
.
.
I mean,
There's so many things happening.
So much is happening,
Which need to be released and let go.
And so we're doing this work for ourselves and we're doing this for all of the world.
So thank you so,
So much for being willing to be that pioneer,
For being willing to be that luminary,
For being willing to be that beneficial presence,
A forerunner,
A warrior of light,
Or light worker,
Or whatever attribute or label,
Which actually speaks to the topic for today.
Because the topic for today is let's just be with it without labeling it or something to that effect.
And this has to do with how,
As we are doing this work and as we are moving along this path,
As we are walking this path,
All of it is about releasing,
Letting go of that which happens.
And one of the things that we need to release and let go of that is very normal for us humans to lean into,
But that does not serve as one iota,
One little bit,
Is labeling and name calling and especially attaching ourselves.
So it's not the labeling in and of itself,
But it is when we become attached to labels,
When we become attached to what things are called,
Names,
And diagnoses,
And prognoses,
And all of that.
I was having a conversation,
Let me see if I can remember how this topic came into being.
It was a number of days ago,
And I was having a conversation with someone,
And in that conversation this individual shared a particular condition in their life.
They had a name for this condition,
And they didn't come up with this name,
But this name already existed.
So this was a physical condition,
And they were speaking about this physical condition,
An illness,
And they had a name for it.
And as they were sharing,
I sensed that they were attached to the confinements,
To the limitations of this particular condition.
So we got to have a beautiful conversation around how it doesn't serve us to label anything.
When we call something,
Like take a tree for instance.
The moment we call something a tree,
And we attach ourselves to that label,
We move ourselves into oblivion as to the living being,
The unique expression that the tree is.
Because the mind immediately just jumps to a preconceived perception of what a tree is,
Right?
A tree is something that has branches,
A tree is something that has leaves,
And let's say that it is a birch tree,
Well a birch tree looks like this,
All birch trees look like this.
And their trunks are white,
And they have black spots on them,
And their branches are white and black,
And their leaves have this particular shape,
And this particular size,
And all of that.
So when we label something,
And attach ourselves to label,
And this goes for ourselves,
I mean,
We can label ourselves as young,
We can label ourselves as old,
We can label ourselves as skinny,
Or fat,
Or overweight,
Or there's so many labels that we can give ourselves.
And I absolutely get and I acknowledge that we need labels to facilitate and enable communication,
Right?
But once we slap a label onto something,
And attach a preconceived meaning to that label,
We are losing ourselves in that label,
We are limiting ourselves to that label.
So we're wise not to call anything,
I mean,
A while ago,
A number of,
Not a number of years ago,
But about a year ago,
The phrase,
A phrase came to me,
The phrase,
Everything is nothing until we make it something.
And that is so.
The moment we attach qualities,
Or attributes,
Or names,
Or labels to something,
The mind contracts itself,
Confines itself to those attributes,
To those labels,
To those names,
And we confine ourselves.
So we want to set ourselves free from the labels,
We want to be present enough to witness and observe what it is that we are experiencing.
So if we are experiencing a particular,
Let's say a health condition,
An illness or disease,
Rather than calling it whatever,
Why not just witness and observe the feeling tone of it?
Why not witness and observe the qualities of it?
The sense of it?
So that allows us,
As this individual,
They were sharing about this condition,
And they had been in touch with the medical system,
And they had been speaking to a doctor,
Or doctors,
I don't remember.
And so they had been given a map over this particular condition.
They had been given what to expect.
This is how this condition plays out.
This is how this disease unfolds,
Right?
And once we come to believe something,
Whatever we turn our attention to the most,
Whatever we hold alive and active in our consciousness,
That's what will outpicture itself.
Even on a cellular level,
The cells adapt themselves to our expectations,
Right?
And having labels creates and facilitates expectations.
Because now we know.
Now we know what to expect.
Now as we know what this is,
Now we know what to expect.
But once we go beyond labels,
If we drop the labels,
If we drop the name-calling,
Now we don't know what to expect.
So now we come back to this now moment,
Witnessing and observing,
Being very present with what is,
Allowing it to be what it is without us calling it anything.
And this allows us to go beyond whatever labels the society or culture or the medical system or the financial institutions or whatever have come up with.
Now we have set ourselves free to choose our own perception.
Once we buy into labels,
That's a preconception that we buy into.
But going beyond labels,
Now we're free,
We're setting ourselves free to have our own perceptions.
We're setting ourselves free to have our own stories around what is possible.
I'll always remember,
I'll always remember a friend of mine who at one point was diagnosed with this particular type of cancer.
And she went through the initial examinations and all of that,
And she began,
And the doctors were telling her,
Or her doctor was telling her,
This is what to expect,
And this is how this is going to play out,
And this is how this is going to work,
And all of these preconceptions.
Because this doctor,
He was steeped.
I mean,
He had had cancer patients for many,
Many years.
He was considered an expert where cancer was concerned,
This type of cancer was concerned.
So he knew.
He was an authority,
So he knew,
Right?
But my friend did not buy into these preconceptions.
He didn't buy into what he explained to her as to the truth of the unfolding and the playing out of this particular cancer.
She held fast to,
I'm a perfect,
Unique,
Whole,
Complete expression,
Emanation of this loving presence that is all there is.
She held fast to,
This is passing,
This is not permanent,
This is not terminal,
I don't care about the prognosis,
I don't care about past non-remissions and past experiences.
I know that there is one divine intelligence.
I know that wholeness is here,
I am a unique,
Perfect,
Whole,
Complete expression of infinite wholeness and harmony and health and vitality.
So she began,
My friend,
She began educating the doctor.
She began guiding him into releasing the labels,
Into releasing the preconceptions for this particular cancer,
Where her condition was concerned,
Where her future was concerned.
And over a period of time,
Completely in non-alignment with the doctor's initial predictions,
The cancer began to dissolve,
And it continued to dissolve,
And it continued to dissolve,
Until at one point,
It was completely gone.
This was not what the doctor had predicted.
This was not what he said was to be expected.
But this was in complete contradiction to that.
He said that the cancer was not ever going to go away.
He had labeled it as terminal.
She proved him wrong.
Because she did not buy into the labels,
The predictions,
The expectations that the doctor had.
She went beyond the labeling.
So we are so wise to set ourselves free,
We are so wise to,
And that's the invitation for us today,
To become aware of where we are attaching ourselves to any label,
To any story,
To any belief,
To any judgment,
To anything.
Where are we attaching ourselves?
To something that is limiting,
To something that is small,
To something that is not,
That doesn't serve us,
That is keeping us stuck where we are.
It can be a blame story,
It can be anything,
A victim story,
Anything.
Where are we giving permission for a condition,
A circumstance,
A label,
An expectation,
A judgment,
An opinion,
To hold us hostage,
To hijack us,
To keep us trapped in the small and the limited.
That's the invitation for us today.
To just witness and observe where are we attaching ourselves,
Where are we identifying with something that is not in alignment with the good that we wish to experience.
So that's the invitation for us,
So that we may begin to set ourselves free and the questions for us to ask are,
So what is it that I need to release and let go of to set myself free?
To go beyond this label,
To drop this label,
To go beyond this story,
This belief.
What is it that I need to release and let go of?
Or the other side of that flip coin is,
What is it that I need to cultivate within myself?
Perhaps we need to cultivate practicing the presence,
Cultivate the art of witnessing and observing the content in our minds,
That flows through our minds.
Not attaching ourselves to it,
Not identifying with it,
Just witnessing and observing,
Embracing and allowing it to be,
And then turning our attention toward that which does serve us.
Perhaps it is just us leaning more into trusting and surrendering,
Trusting the benevolence of this loving presence that is all there is,
Trusting the perfect unfoldment that is always happening,
Trusting that we're always guided,
Moved and led,
Trusting that we're always sourced,
Fueled,
Funded,
Or whatever the case may be.
The purpose of these invitations and these questions is for us to set ourselves free.
To set ourselves free to shine,
To soar,
To glow,
To set ourselves free to forever love for greater and grander expressions of who we are.
Not to fall prey to what someone else believes that we can do.
Not limit ourselves to what we ourselves are telling ourselves is possible for us in our lives,
But to go beyond what is possible,
To live in the field of infinite possibilities.
That's the whole purpose.
So thank you so,
So much for tuning in,
For joining me.
Please share this with anyone that you feel might benefit from hearing this.
Until we meet again,
I absolutely bless,
Bless,
Bless our days,
My bless,
Bless,
Bless our ways.
I know that all is well,
That something wonderful is happening,
That everything is working for our highest good.
I know that perfect preparation and perfect unfolding is always happening.
With much love,
Many blessings,
Namaste.
