Give Fully And Freely - Always

Giving and sharing of that which we have to give truly is a joyful act of conscious participation in the eternal circulation of energy. It is a spiritual practice, allowing us to come into ever greater awareness that we are eternally sourced, fueled, and funded.

And so, the secret to giving, as well as the secret to abundance, is that whenever we give, and whatever we give, we want to always give it fully and freely.

Without asking for anything in return and without holding anything back.

Hello and welcome to the Path to Freedom podcast. So this podcast, It just occurred to me, It covers a lot, It covers a lot, This podcast, And I'm grateful to be here as your host and I'm honored and I'm privileged to be here as your host. Regardless of whether you have been here before, Whether you have tuned in before, Or if this is the very first time that you join us here, You are so, So, So welcome. All of you, All of you, Wherever you are and whoever you are, Whenever you are, My heart goes out to you and I bless you and I bless your soul and I bless your heart and I bless your body and I bless your mind. I bless all of that which you are. This week's topic is, Let me see if I can remember it, It's something along the lines of give fully and freely, Always. We want to always give fully and freely something along those lines. And this topic came to me, I was working with a client a couple of days ago and she asked me and we were talking about moving into the field of circulation and abundance, Allowing for abundance and allowing for opulence and placing ourselves in vibrational harmony with the sacred laws and vibrational harmony with allowing abundance to flow into our lives. And so this topic is inspired by that conversation that we had. More about that later, As always, We always, Always, Always, I was going to say we always want to begin with meditation, But we always want to begin with gratitude. We always want to begin and we always want to end with and in gratitude. And obviously gratitude is a part of the meditation practice that we're about to move into as we move into meditation. We always want to do that with the sense of lightness and a sense of joy and a sense of knowing and feeling that all is well. So whatever is worrying us or whatever is troubling us, As we move into the meditation, We leave that behind. We come back to the nowness of this moment and each moment, As we have been talking about, Is a new start, New beginning. So when we move into the meditation, We release and let go of everything that we may have brought with us into that moment. But in that moment, We release and let it go. So it's time, The time has come for us to move into the meditation, A moment of stillness, Followed by a moment of prayer. And so I invite us all to gently close our eyes, To begin tapping that space between the eyebrows, That first eye, The spiritual eye, The divine eye that allows us to see that which cannot be seen and hear that which cannot be heard. And as we keep on tapping, I invite us all to set an intention for this meditation. My intention is always to wake up to who and what I am and to allow for greater and grander expressions of that who and what to emerge and to be a greater teacher and healer than I've ever imagined. All these three are in perfect alignment. So those are my intentions for meditating. I invite us to put a smile on our faces, Regardless of whether we feel like smiling or not. I invite us to smile. Smiling informs the body that all is well, Gives the body permission to produce and release tonic good for the body and good for the soul and good for the mind chemicals into the body. Strengthen the immune system and slowing down the aging process. And as we stop tapping, I invite us to place our hands in our lap, Thumb and middle finger touching, I invite us to place our feet firmly on the ground so that we anchor ourselves. And knowing and feeling, Taking on the feeling tone of knowing that all is well, We allow the peace to bring us into stillness and silence. So all is well, Peace, Be still. Should our mind drift, We gently bring our attention back to the breath. We begin again. Come back to the breath. Begin again. Come back to the breath. Come back to the breath. As I move into prayer, As always I invite us to remain with our eyes closed, Our minds open. Us being open and available to catch and receive the vibration and the frequency of the prayer. So in this moment, I begin in gratitude and I'm so grateful, I'm so grateful, I'm so grateful for this moment. For the joy that is here in this moment, For the peace that is here in this moment. The harmony that is here in this moment, The beauty that is here in this moment, The wholeness that is here in this moment. I'm so grateful for this space that this podcast generates. Each episode generates a sacred space that we're all co-creating. It's a joint space, We dwell in the space together regardless of when we're tuning in or where we're tuning in or why we're tuning in. This is a high and holy space and I'm grateful for it. I'm grateful for the technology that allows all of this to be. The zoom, The computers, The microphone, The internet and everything else that is beyond my understanding and beyond my knowing even. I'm grateful for it. I'm grateful for you and your participation in creating this field, In joining this field. I'm grateful for your having said yes to walk the path of freedom, The path of awakening. For that initial yes when you said yes for the very first time and for all of the yeses that have followed on that first yes. Thank you. I'm grateful for you being you, For the light that you are in the world, For the gifts that you bring to the world, The talents, Your abilities, For your willingness and for our willingness to surrender and allow spirit to guide and move and lead us into ever greater and greater expressions of who and what we are. That we all may be beneficial presences on this planet, That we all may bring value, That we all may serve love and peace and joy and harmony, That we all may call forth a new world that works for everyone for the highest good. I'm grateful to know and feel the allness and the goodness and the eternality of spirit, To know and feel that God is all there is, Everywhere present in every space and in every place, In every being, In every object, In every space. All of God is and God of course is infinite love, Infinite peace, Infinite joy, Infinite harmony, Infinite abundance, Wholeness, Much, Much more. All of this God is and all of this is fully present in every being, In every object, In every space. And I know that God cannot ever contradict itself or go against itself. God is forever for itself. And as God is both the creator and the creation, It means that right where we are, All of this which God is, Is fully present. It means that right where we are, We're eternally sourced, Fueled and funded, Sustained and maintained, Guided and moved and led. I know it and I feel it. I give thanks for it. I allow it to be. Fully knowing that there is only abundance, Fully knowing that the nature of God is unconditional love which is giving without agenda, Sharing without withhold. So this is the field that we are moving into. This is the space that is now enveloping us, Cradling us, Embracing us. We are this field of love, Unconditional giving, Of giving fully and freely. There is no lack. There is no separation. There is only abundance. I know it. I feel it. I accept it. I give thanks for it. I allow it to be. So it is and so be it. So shall it be. Amen. Amen. May we open our eyes? Let's just for a brief moment, Let's bask in this high frequency. Let's bathe in this high vibration of abundance of more than enough of all needs met. The feeling tone that we have everything we need. We truly, Truly do. We have everything we need. Which is not to say that we may have everything that we want or everything that we desire in consciousness, In the mind of God we do. But here on this planet, In this incarnation, In this dimension, We may not have it. But we do have everything we need. So we bathe in an ocean of abundance. And we want to stay in this high consciousness. We want to stay in this high vibration throughout this whole episode and beyond, Obviously. Well, Let's get into the episode. So I was with a client a couple of days ago and we were talking about evoking the sacred laws and calling forth abundance and about giving and sharing. And she was describing and she was articulating, She was admitting frustration and a sense of confusion because she didn't quite understand how these sacred laws operate, How they work. And she was saying something like, How can I give when I don't have much to give? And her attention was drawn to her material assets and her material abundance. And she doesn't have a lot of money in her perception. She perceives that she doesn't have much to give. And as I was introducing this giving fully and freely, That sort of went heads to heads with her perception of reality, Her perception of reality as being lack, As where lack and scarcity are fundamental. They are reality. They are real. And so we were talking back and forth and she said, How can I give when I don't have anything to give? And this is so common. I remember I used to have that question as well. How can I give? I don't, I didn't have a lot of money. I didn't have much to give at all. That's what I thought. That's what I believed. But we always, We always have something to give. And the sacred laws, As we've been talking about before, They mirror not necessarily what we do, But they mirror our vibration, Our consciousness, Our feeling tone. That is what they are responding to. So for us to move into harmony with abundance, In migration of harmony with abundance, For us to call forth abundance into our lives, To get into an active participation of the circulation of energy, Because that's all it is. Everything is energy. And when we willingly and fully and freely participate in the circulation of it, That's when we move into vibration alignment. But it's all about vibration. It's all about frequency, The frequency we're coming from, The vibration we're holding when we're giving. That is what the sacred laws are responding to. And so whenever we give, And it doesn't matter what we give, But whenever we do give, We want to do it fully and freely. We want to give from the vibration of abundance, From the sense and the feeling that I have more than I need. I have everything I need. All of my needs are met. That's the vibration we want to hold whenever we give. And as I said, Giving is not only about giving material things. It's not only about giving money, But it's about giving a smile or offering a prayer or a helping hand or a listening ear or our undistracted attention. These are ways and modes of giving as well. We allow something to flow through us. That's the giving part. We allow something, Something to flow through us. Perhaps we're a singer and that's what we give, A song. Or perhaps we're a costume maker. And so we produce a costume to the very best of our ability. And that's what we give. We want to give fully and freely. And whenever I think of giving, I think of the sun. The sun to me is the perfect example. There are many examples in nature of this free flow of energy. But to me, The sun represents divine giving. Even the sun, It's sitting up there in the sky. Well, It's not sitting, But that's the wording I choose to use. It's sitting up there in the sky. And what does it do? It gives and it shares of that which it has to give. And among other things, I'm no scientist, So probably the sun gives more than just one warmth and just luminosity. But these are the things that I come to think of when I think of the sun and when I think of giving fully and freely. The sun gives and shares of its luminosity, Its light, Its brightness, And its warmth. And it does so without holding anything back. And it does so without asking for anything in return. The sun doesn't sit up there being angry and frustrated because we humans on this planet are taking all of its light, At least some of it, And some of its warmth, But we never give anything back. That's not how it works. But the sun gives and shares fully and freely and conditionally, No agenda, No holding back, No asking for anything in return. And what does the sun have? It has everything it needs. God provides sources, Fuels, Funds, Sustains, And maintains the sun. But the sun, For as long as the sun is alive, Eventually the sun will quote unquote die, Or transition to something else, Into something else, Is a better way of describing it. For as long as the sun has this incarnation, This form, It gives fully and freely, And we want to emulate that. We want to emulate that. We can take anything. I've used birds, I've used a blackbird to illustrate this as well. A blackbird sitting on a branch in the spring morning, Early spring morning, And it sings and it sings its beautiful divine song. And it too has no thought of who is receiving or what anyone thinks of its song or how the bird, How the blackbird is going to find food tomorrow. What if it runs out of its song? So like we humans tend to equate. We have this, Some of us have this perception that if I give enough, If I give too much, I'm going to run out. But it's not the giving at all that causes individuals to experience lack and scarcity. It's the thought form, The vibration, And the fear of running out that calls forth this experience. It's not the giving in and of itself. Were they to give fully and freely, They would not run out. But because we entertain in our consciousness a thought or a belief that there is not enough or that we are not enough, That becomes our experience. Because that's how these laws work. They are immutable and they are impersonal, Which means that they don't care at all what we're calling forth. They have no judgment of good or bad. They are only responding to the vibration that we carry, The predominant vibration, The predominant or chronic feeling tone. What we feel the most is what we're calling forth into our experience. So if we walk around feeling and fearing and worrying about running out, You betcha, That's what we're calling into our experience. But when we release and let go, When we allow the flow of energy, Energy cannot ever run out. It cannot be created. It cannot be destroyed. It cannot run out. It changes form. It transitions from one frequency to another. It takes on one appearance and then moves into another appearance. But it cannot run out. It's like that Bible passage. It says something to the effect of, Look at the lilies of the field, How they spin not or toil not, And yet they're clothed even more beautiful than us. And it is exactly because they spin not and toil not. They have no worry. They have no fear. They have no doubt as to whether they're going to make it or whether they're going to run out or whether they're going to wake up one day and not have enough. But they are in complete surrender to the free flow of energy, The same energy, The same flow that has created all of the universe and all of the stars and the black holes and quarks and what have you. So we can give a smile and we can give a hug, Pat on the back, A prayer, A helping hand, Or we can give money. The same thing. Whenever we give money, We want to do it. And so we said in the beginning that we always want to begin in gratitude. And this is perfect, Beautiful exercise whenever we're giving. If we were to stop just for a moment, A brief, Brief moment and give thanks, And I mean give thanks to be grateful, To feel it, To feel it, Then we have the opportunity to give, Then we have the opportunity to serve, To be of service. If we were to stop and take on that feeling ton of gratitude before we give. And perhaps especially when it comes to money, Because money, There's a lot of opinions and there's a lot of tension around money. It evokes so much. Mere word money calls forth a lot of emotions within us humans. It's a very strong word. It's only word. Only word describing energy flowing or being constipated. But it's still a word describing energy. But if we were to stop, Come still, Come back to the breath and begin again and begin in a sense and a feeling tone of being grateful that we get to give. We get to give. We immediately move into the free flow, Into the high vibration of abundance. Obedience is a quality of God and God cannot ever contradict itself. It cannot go against itself. It cannot divide itself into parts. But God is fully present and all of the qualities that God is are fully present in every being, In every object, In every space and place. Unless, Unless it's being hindered or obstructed or pushed away by fear, Worry and doubt, By entertaining small and limited belief, Perception, Opinion, Judgment. I think it's in the Bhagavad Gita where it says something to the effect of from abundance it took and still abundance remains. We all live and move in an infinite field of abundance. There is only abundance. If that is what we choose to see, If that is what we choose to feel, There is only abundance. A beautiful exercise, One that I use daily, I have this thing, It's a call to action. From time to time, Actually now that I think of it, I don't even use the words anymore. But the words are what is mine to do in this moment? And so what happens is that I take a deep breath, I come back to the breath and this question used to pop into my mind, It doesn't anymore. But it used to pop into my mind and from asking that question I'm guided into what kind of practice I'm to move into. It can be simply breathing, It can be celebrating something, It can be praying for someone or praying for myself or blessing someone, It can be coming back to gratitude. One of the things that I celebrate whenever I'm called to celebrate, And so I ask what is mine to do in this moment or actually nowadays, I go straight into the practice. That call to action, It has done its job most of the time. It's already there. As soon as I come back to the breath, I sort of jump past it because it's become so habitual. But anyways, One of the things that I celebrate is the abundance that is everywhere. I can be out walking, I can be out driving, And I'm called to celebrate and I celebrate the abundance. Just think of the number of blades of grass on any lawn, Any small lawn, Or any large lawn or any park. Just contemplate the number of leaves on any tree, Or the number of grains of sand on any beach, Or the number of stars in the heavens, Or the number of raindrops in the rain, Or the number of beings or creatures on any field, Or in our bodies, The number of cells, Or the number of electronical functions that the brain performs, And the nervous system performs in each and every single moment. I mean it's beyond counting, It's beyond imagining, It's beyond at least my ability to perceive and comprehend. It's incomprehensible. I can't even fathom, I can't even grasp, Just looking out through my window and I see only, Well I see a number of trees, But this one particular tree, And I only see a portion of it, And there are more leaves than I can count on that little bit of this one particular tree. And then across the field, And then we have the field with so much grass. And then there's the forest across the field with pine trees and various leafy trees. There is so much abundance, And it is everywhere. It is everywhere. It is all energy. Energy cannot run out, So we want to tap into that, We want to lean into that. Whenever we give, We're not wasting, We are not spending, We're not using up, We're merely circulating. Whenever we give, We're circulating, We have received it and we give it forth. Receiving and giving are the same thing. They are one. Just like we have the in-breath and the out-breath, They are one. The breathing apparatus does not function only if we breathe in, But we receive and we give. Receive air and give out air. So whatever we have to give, It is not ours, But we have received it to pass it on. That's the consciousness we want to live from. We're not here to actually, This is the working topic I had for this episode, But then Spirit guided me to change it. But the working topic or the topic that I had chosen was that we are not here to get what we are here to give. Because when we seek, When we think and believe that we're here to get, That we're here to hoard, That we're here to save, That we're here to only receive, We block the flow, We block the free flow of this energy. But we're here to circulate, We're here to give. We're here to give that which we have to give. And as we do, And as we revel in it, And as we celebrate it, And as we take on a feeling of gratitude and joy about it, It will keep circulating. Whatever we give, We get. And what we get, We give. So you see, It's an endless circle. And the more we expand our consciousness and the higher vibration we move into, The more we turn our attention toward the abundance that is everywhere, To the free flow that is everywhere, The more we move into vibrational alignment with abundance, The more we evoke the sacred laws to circulate more into our experience. Not for us to keep, Not for us to hold on to, Not for us to hide, But for us to circulate, For us to give and share with the world to the very best of our ability. And we want to do it fully and freely, Knowing and feeling that we are eternally sourced, Fueled, And funded by God. Eternally sustained and maintained by Spirit. God is, We are, Abundance. Abundance is a quality of Spirit. We and Spirit are one, Thus. Abundance is a quality of who and what we are. We are not ever separated from abundance. We're not ever divided from abundance or cut off other than through our perception of being cut off. This is, This is, It is such a beautiful concept. That word sounds so harsh and hard. It's beautiful ideas, Beautiful, It's beautiful truth. It is the truth. But truth is not the word I was looking for. It's just beautiful. It's just beautiful. Energy cannot ever run out. Our job is to circulate, To be open and available to receive, Which means that we need to release and let go of that which does not stand in alignment with receiving. So we may need to be, We may need to do some work on ourselves, On our self-worth, On our perceptions of what abundance is, What energy is, What God is. We are to circulate whatever we get, Whatever we receive. We want to circulate it, Circulate it, Circulate it, Circulate it. In and out. The tide goes in, The tide goes out. The sun rises, The sun sets in an endless circle, Endless circle. The seasons come and go, Endless circle, Endless circle, Circulate. We want to participate, Consciously participate in the circulation of energy. We want to give fully and freely. And to the one who gives fully and freely, More is given to give. More is given to share. More is given to circulate. It's the law, Not personal, Not immutable, Always operational, Always working. We want to participate in this, In this circulation of energy. We want to participate consciously, Fully, Freely, Willingly participate. Keep and keep and keep and keep of whatever we have to keep. I think we're done. Thank you, Spirit, For guiding, Meeting, Moving me, Speaking through me. I'm going to bless us out, But before I do that, Before I forget, This is an important aspect of this whole allowing for greater and greater expressions of who we are to emerge. And I have the intention to visit this topic at the end of each episode, But I, For some reason I forget about it. But now it came to my mind, And so I'm going here now. Whenever we catch an insight, Like perhaps during this episode, You've caught an insight or a revelation or a realization, An idea as to how you can expand or as to how you can participate more consciously or more expanded. Whenever we catch an insight or a revelation or realization, We want to, One, Obviously in some way, Shape, Or form, Record it or write it down so that we don't forget it. And number two, We want to allow it, We want to give it permission to move us into action so that the insights that we get, The realizations that we catch, The revelations that we catch, That they do something with us. We want to stay in the field of constant, Eternal expansion. And so whenever we catch an insight, We want to give it permission to move us into some kind of expanded action so that we constantly change. All right, Now I've said it. So in this moment, I invite us to close our eyes and I'm going to bless us out and oh my God, Thank you. I'm so grateful for this field, For this space, For this high vibration that we are co-creating. I'm so grateful for your willingness to participate, Your willingness to be conscious participant in the unfolding of who and what you are, In the expansion of who and what you are. I know that during this episode, Something wonderful has happened. Something wonderful is always, Always, Always happening. Everything is working for our good. And I know that the we that are here now are not the same that was here at the beginning of this episode. But during this episode, Our consciousness has expanded. Our vibration has been lifted. Our awareness has increased. We have evolved. We have expanded. We have transformed into new version, A new expression of who and what we are. The old is no more, The new has emerged. A beautiful new, Beautiful new you, A beautiful new me. I know it. I feel it. I accept it. I give thanks for it. And from this moment on, This new us, Just like the butterfly, The caterpillar moves into the metamorphosis, The butterfly emerges. And we are now, And we have now emerged as butterflies. And the butterfly does not ever go back to being a caterpillar. But it flies, It soars. It radiates beauty and light into the world. It gives and shares of all that it has to give and share. And just like the butterfly, We are now soaring, Radiating light, Beauty, Abundance, Wholeness, Harmony, Into the world like never before. Whatever held us back, Whatever held us in a small and limited perception or paradigm or perspective is no more. It is dissolved. Healing has happened. Release has happened. Expansion has happened. A new us has emerged. I know it. I feel it. I accept it. I give thanks for it. It is to be. So it is and so be it. So shall it be. Amen. Welcome to open your eyes or remain with your eyes closed.
