One of the most profound realizations we can ever make as we are setting ourselves free to be in ever-expanding love, joy, peace, harmony, and wholeness, is that everything is nothing until we make it something. What this means is that everything simply is. Nothing is either good or bad, right or wrong, big or small, tall or short, unless we make it so by comparing it with something else and then labeling it. I invite you to join me as we explore what it means to embrace and allow all to just be

Blessings and welcome to the path to freedom this beautiful space this beautiful path where we continuously get to wake up to who we are as unique perfect only complete emanations of the one where we continuously get to allow forever greater and grander expressions of that who and what to emerge and where we continuously get to set ourselves free to be in you never expanding love and joy and harmony and abundance and all these goodies and yummies that are inherently within us in every single moment I am my name is Daniel Rocchio I want to say that and I also want to say that I am very grateful that you are choosing to join me that you're tuning in to this moment to this space of expanding our consciousness and raising our vibration so I am in the process of creating a course and as I was doing some preparations to that course earlier today a beautiful sentence just popped into my mind and I wanted to explore that and the sentence was everything is nothing until we make it something and this of course has to do with the human tendency and the human habit to label to judge to have opinions about stuff and as I caught this sentence I was out on the deck and I was looking out over the fields and and the trees and all of that and I became aware and this is not the first time but it hit me kind of hard that as I was looking at the trees I was looking at a tree I was looking at a tree but a tree is not a tree it's us who have made trees to be trees a tree is a label that we have given to unique perfect whole complete emanations expressions of the one so trees not a tree until we begin to call it a tree a tree is not a tree to a small baby a tree is not a tree to cat a tree is not a tree to a bird a tree is not a tree it is a living being that is a beautiful expression a magnificent expression of the one the beauty the harmony the wholeness the abundance the joy the love the goddess and oftentimes our minds and I get I get that there's a benefit to having labels it allows the mind to not having to process everything in a brand new way but when we call a tree a tree that's a shortcut for the mind to go directly to because in the mind knows what a tree is once we learn the word but it also moves us away from being fully present from seeing from truly seeing and as this course is about being fully present in the nowness of this moment and I want to add and I need to add to the best of our ability a beautiful practice is to from time to time release the labels that we have given things nothing is everything is nothing until we make it something a stove is not let's go with another example a flag post is not tall unless we compare it to something that is not as tall a marble is not small unless we compare it to something that is larger so everything is nothing until we make it something everything just is as it is and we're wise to cultivate the habit to not only have in our toolbox to collect dust but to actually pick it up the practice of embracing and allowing just observing witnessing so the quote-unquote tree that I'm looking at or that we are looking at what is it really how does it really look because no two trees are exactly the same just because I've seen a gazillion trees doesn't mean that I've seen every tree so every tree every blade of grass every grain of sand is different because there are no two things that are exactly alike in all of creation no two things there are many things that are similar but no two things are exactly alike and if we want to go really really deep into the nowness of this moment into being present really looking really observing and we're not only talking about you know physical objects we are speaking about other individuals we are speaking about thought forms we are speaking about emotions and feelings what would it be like if we for perhaps day is too much of a stretch but for a few moments not labeled the feelings that we had not labeled the emotions that we experience what would it be if we for just this conversation not labeled the individual that we're talking about or not the individual we are talking to not about I mean what would happen I know for me what happens is that I see this individual I see and I experience this emotion I experienced this thought form in a completely different way fear the word fear has a negative connotation to it if we drop the label fear and just explore the feeling that we used to call fear it is a completely different experience now it's not something bad now it's not something that needs to be fixed now it's not something that we need to cover up or run away from now it just is it's an is-ness it's an is-ness or this individual that we may be talking to and we may have I don't know let's say that we have judgments or praise around their choice of clothes what would happen or their hair dude or their makeup or their whatever what would happen if we dropped those labels what would happen if we made that something that we have created into nothing and nothingness and no thingness and is-ness we would see that individual in a completely different light we would see a completely different being if we want to have peace if not only peace if we want to experience the ever-expanding peace the ever-expanding joy the ever-expanding harmony finding ways to non attach ourselves nope to release our attachment to the thought forms to the judgments to the opinions to the labels that are running flowing through our consciousness this is what we need to do as long as we identify with labels as long as we identify with thought forms perceptions judgments opinions thoughts as to what should and should not be there will be no peace there will be no lasting peace there will be no expanding peace but peace arises when we come back to the nowness of this moment when we come into the nowness of this moment when we release time when we release past present future the wisdom of the trees the secret of the trees why they are able to remain standing even in a raging storm in the midst of a raging storm is because their roots run so deep and those trees whose roots are not running so deep they will not remain standing at sea once again that raging storm the waves may be crashing they may be 10 20 30 feet high on the surface but deep down deep down there is still peace deep down there's still tranquility deep down there is still harmony stillness but all of this is correlated dependent upon our ability to be present to be anchored centered grounded in the nowness of this moment so the practice the invitation is for us to be so steeped in the nowness of this moment using the breath using whatever whatever entry point that we have into the nowness in this moment where we get to observe where we get to witness rather than being attached to thought forms a cloud is but a cloud and it's for most of us it's very easy to not have judgments for most of us it's very easy to not label a cloud when we really look at it so a cloud it takes on different shapes and different forms and we're not attached to any of it or any of them we're not attached to what particular form a cloud should be in how fast it should be moving across the sky we're not attached to the number of clouds in the sky unless like me I'm I love the sunshine and I love the clear blue sky so on cloudy days I do have some judgments around that sometimes but in general nothing no everything is nothing until we make it something but what if we didn't make it anything what if we just allowed it to be what it is what if we just embrace and allow everything to be as it is because it is whatever it is it still is and we don't need to call it anything this illness that perhaps the medical system has given a label a diagnosis a prognosis what if we released those labels this financial condition that we may be facing what if we released the label the judgments the opinions around it came into the knowing and feeling that all is well not denying that it's not the way I want it to be not denying my experiences around it but it still is because God is always expressing itself perfectly and we with our finite minds we take it upon ourselves to believe that we know what needs to be but we don't we don't Holy Spirit knows what needs to happen how he needs to happen and when he needs to happen for the highest possibility for every single one of us to come into fruition to demonstrate a manifest self to emerge from within us so our minds all the beautiful they mess us up they mess things up as we attach ourselves to the content that flows through our consciousness that flows through our awareness into our awareness so we're invited to release and let go of that attachment we're invited to release and let go of the identifications with form and see it for what it is embrace and allow it for what it is and if it doesn't serve release and let it go so that's the invitation yes that's the thank you so so much for tuning in this was me blabbering on a brand new topic but I had fun I had fun until we meet again I bless bless bless your day and I bless bless bless your way knowing feeling that all is well that something wonderful is happening that everything is working for your highest good now always forever much love many blessings
